General
Blade Vortex now also increases the duration of your active Blade Flurry by 3 seconds. While active, Fan of Knives generates a combo point.
Blade Flurry now has a 90 second cooldown up from 120 second cooldown. This is an experimental change leaning in on Combat's Niche.
Shadow of Death radius increased to 10 yards.
The cooldown of Killing Spree is now also reduced by Fan of Knives.
Massacre now deals 70% weapon damage from 50%.
Sinister Finisher now also causes your next Eviscerate to deal 15% (per stack) of the damage dealt to one nearby enemy.
Talents & Abilities
Touch of Elune now lasts for 15 sec, changed from 12.
Lightning Fangs now deals 20% reduced damage.
Pack Alpha now grants 5 sec cooldown reduction to Feral Spirit, changed from 7.
Shock Tactics now increases crit chance of Shocks by 15%, changed from 12%.
Booming Thunder now grants 15% increase Lightning Overload chance, changed from 10%. It now increases Earth Shock damage and crit by 6%, changed from 5%.
Elemental Momentum now also affects Chain Lightning.
Water Bolt now has a 10 sec cooldown and deals around 100% more damage. Its debuff now increases damage of Lightning Bolt and Chain Lightning by 10%, changed from 5%.
Crackling Flames can no longer trigger from Chain Lightning.
Crusader of the Light now grants 10 sec cooldown reduction to Avenging Wrath, changed from 15.
Guardian of Ancient Kings now has a 60 sec cooldown and 10 sec duration. It no longer increases healing taken by 30% but now reduces damage taken by 10%.
Shadow Crash now has a 30 sec cooldown, changed from 45.
Cursed Shadows now has a 30% chance to trigger and only has 1 stack. Now increases Shadow Bolt damage and reduces its mana cost by 20%.
Forked Lightning now deals its damage over 5 sec. It hits the main target plus a random nearby target.
Tethered Power now also grants 1 sec cooldown reduction to Elemental Blast when your pet critically hits.
Fury of the Wind has a new effect: Your Flurry talent lasts an additional swing and increases attack speed by an additional 5%.
Fixed a bug where Consecrated Zeal did not reduce physical damage correctly.
Consecrated Zeal now increases Holy damage by 2%, changed from 1%.
Crimson Defense: Shield of Righteousness proc now deals around 40% less damage.
Light of the Guardian is now an absorb, changed from a heal.
Light at the end of the Tunnel duration now lasts for 18 sec, changed from 15 sec.
Hammerstorm now has a 25 sec cooldown, changed from 45. It no longer has a movement speed slow. Its attack speed slow now has a 20 sec duration.
Twilight Paragon now reduces the damage you take from Shadow Word: Death by 10% per stack. It now grants 1% Smite damage per stack, changed from 1% critical strike chance. Shadow Word: Pain is now extended by 3 sec on dealing Twilight damage, changed from casting Smite. Mind Flay and Mind Sear gets an additional damage tick over their duration while Paragon of Darkness is active.
Light and Shadow now increases Smite critical chance by 8%, changed from 10%.
Curse of Doom now benefits from damage over time modifiers like Haunt, Shadow Embrace and spellstones.
Lava Beam damage has been reduced and now deals about 15% more damage than a Chain Lightning. The jump damage is no longer reduced, changed from 30% per jump.
Shadow Visions now requires 6 fragments, changed from 9. The empowered effects are now: Devouring Plague: Duration increased by 12 seconds. Mind Blast: Damage increased by 50%, makes your next Mind Flay have 33% increased critical strike chance. Vampiric Touch: Marks a target to take 15% increased periodic damage from you for 30 seconds.
Fixed a bug where Doomguard would not attack summoner when summoned from Curse of Doom.

[Pending Restart] -- Creature RPG Overhaul -- Creatures now utilize their active racials in combat with a chance to trigger. Humans may use Every Man for Himself when crowd controlled. Dwarves may cast Stoneform in combat. Gnomes may use Escape Artist when rooted or slowed. Draenei may cast Gift of the Naaru during longer fights. Orcs may use Blood Fury on engage. Tauren may cast War Stomp during combat. Trolls may use Berserking. Undead may use Will of the Forsaken when feared. Blood Elves may use Arcane Torrent during combat. These chances are very small to happen overall and are one way of making azeroth's creatures more dangerous inline with the RPG Overhaul.
[Pending Restart] -- Creature RPG Overhaul -- Creatures now also have their passive racials active at all times. Humans have a slightly higher chance of detecting stealth. Dwarves have slightly higher frost resistance. Gnomes have more mana. Night Elves have a slightly higher chance to dodge. Draeneis have bonus resistance to Shadow Spells. Orcs now get stunned for less duration. Taurens have slightly more health. Trolls will regenerate some hp during combat. Undeads have bonus resistance to Shadow Spells. Blood Elves have small but bonus resistance to all spell schools.
[Pending Restart] - The Starter Zone Mount Trainers have been moved outside of the starter zones. They are still available in their normal locations in addition to being available at the flight path taking you from the starter zone to the next zone (goldshire, brill, etc). The reason for this change is that with the adjusted experience rates, most don't actually have the level required level to train riding by the time they leave the starter zones and if you are high enough level it is a signal for you to leave the starter zone and go to the next zone.

Fixed a bug where Stormstrike was consuming (but also benefitting) from small proc effects that could deal 200 damage f.ex rather than your casted spells and abilities like Lightning Bolt, Wind Lash, etc.

[Pending Restart] - Bosses in Heroic/Mythic dungeons are now once again immune to fear, horror and other similar effects. This restoration is to mainly prevent abuse cases where you could lock down an entire boss and have it deal close to zero damage as a result.
[Pending Restart] - Tuned and Updated the increased damage that monsters deal in adventure mode to match the more deadly azeroth.
Talents & Abilities
[Pending Restart] Predator's Wrath: Wrathful Strikes no longer grants 20% increased damage to your Wrath spell while the buff is active and instead adds damage based on 20% of your attack power. It no longer grants 15% attack power scaling to Wrath at all times. (This change was made to simplify the functionality with barely any change in damage output.)

[Pending Restart] - Fixed the radius of pulling of many low level creatures and those especially in caves or very CROWDED areas like the Defias Thugs in Northshire or the Kobolds in the Fargodeep mine. They now have corrected pull radius.
- [Ferocity] Shark Attack increased pet damage has been reduced from 5/10% to 3/6%.
- [Ferocity] Call of the wild now requires the Spider's Bite talent to be learnt.
- [Ferocity] Lick your wounds now requires Heart of the Phoenix talented ability to be learnt.
- [Ferocity] Lick your wounds healing has been increased from 50% to 100% of the pets total health over the 5 seconds the ability is chanelled.
- [Ferocity] Rabid's duration has been reduced from 25 seconds to 20 seconds.
- [Ferocity] Heart of the Phoenix now requires the Bloodthirsty talent to be learnt.
- [Tenacity] Wild Hunt now requires Roar of Sacrifice talented ability to be learnt.
- [Ferocity] Heart of the Phoenix now revives your pet with 100% of its life and its cooldown has been increased from 4 minutes to 8 minutes.
- [Tenacity] Silverback no longer grants increased maximum health for your pet.
- [Tenacity] Roar of Sacrifice now requires the Grace of the Mantis Talent to be learnt.
- [Tenacity] Intervene (Pet) has had its cooldown reduced from 40 seconds to 30 seconds and its duration increased from 5 seconds to 10 seconds.
- [Tenacity] Taunt (Pet) now requires the Guard Dog talent to be learnt.
- [Tenacity] Taunt (Pet) has had its cooldown increased from 30 seconds to 3 minutes.
- [Tenacity] Blood of the Rhino now requires the Great Stamina talent to be learnt.
- [Tenacity] Pet Barding now requires the Natural Armor talent to be learnt.
- [Tenacity] Pet Barding has had it's chance to Dodge reduced from 2/4% to 1/2%.
- [Cunning] Roar of Sacrifice now requires Grace of the Mantis talent to be learnt.
- [Cunning] Wild Hunt now requires Wolverine Bite talent ability to be learnt.
- [Cunning] Wolverine Bite no longer costs Focus.
- [Cunning] Bullheaded talent ability now requires the Cornered talent to be learnt.
- [Cunning] Cornered has been changed from 5/10% increased damage and 10/20% reduced chance to be critically hit when your pet falls below 35% health to 25/50% increased damage and 30/60% reduced chance to be critically hit when your pet is below 35% health.
- [Cunning] Mobility talent has been changed from 6 second cooldown on Dive or Dash pet ability to 8 seconds.
- [Cunning] Mobility talent now requires Dash or Dive to be learnt in order to be able to be selected as a talent.
- Roar of Sacrifice talented ability has had its duration increased from 6 seconds to 12 seconds and the pet will now properly share 20% of all damage taken during the effect.
- Grace of the Mantis no longer increases the critical strike chance of the pet and the reduced chance to be critically hit has been reduced from 3/6% to 2/4%.
- Wild Hunt Stamina Contribution has been increased from 15/30% of the hunters stamina to 20/40% of the hunter's stamina.
- Natural Armor talent has been changed from 10/20% increased pet armor and 15/30% reduced Area of Effect damage taken to 5/10% increased pet armor.
- Lionhearted talent has been changed from 5/10% increased strength and agility to 15/30% reduced effect of all Stun and Fear effects.
- Great Stamina talent has been changed from 3/6/9% stamina and 5/10/15% Focus regeneration to just 4/8/12% increased stamina.
- Dash and Dive pet talented abilities have now been increased to 80% movement speed from 70% movement speed for 8 seconds.

Fixed an issue with Wand DPS especially at lower levels where they were too weak.
Multiple Caster Creatures have been added to the starter zones. These mobs can drop their immersive gear and have the RPG overhaul applied to them. So physical damage dealers, casters, healers will be introduced to the RPG and Immersive Gear system.
Acquiring a Mystic Enchantment through the Open World, Quests (like picking your first enchantments), events and more will now AUTOMATICALLY be added to your collection for FREE.
[Pending Patch and Restart] Fixed a bug where buffs were sometimes not showing in buff bar

PvE Power Damage Reduction now provides 25% damage reduction from 37% when fully stacked. This is being brought to be more in-line with the damage done increase from PvE Power. Originally the damage reduction was increased to 37% because of the Heal Squish introduced on classless. Healing, Health have been hand-tuned for the classes.

Fixed a problem where 206 creatures did not have their wool cloth dropping at the correct rate from level 10 to 19 mobs.
Fixed a bug where if you completed higher level quests (even though they were level scaled), they weren't displaying correctly or rewarding more experience for doing harder content.
Fixed a bug where Heirloom Armor Display would not update visually.
Fixed a bug where DoT damage from creatures was not matching the actual server side value.
[Pending Restart] - FIxed a bug where you could NOT start challenges
Glyph of Corruption will no longer trigger the Classless version of Shadow Trance.
Fixed a bug where your equipment would still be visible and visually active whenever it was broken and needed to be repaired.
Shamans and other classes who start with a shield will no longer have the shield put into their inventory despite wearing it in character creation screen.
Fixed a bug where spell pushback would not always work.

[Pending Restart] - [Pending Patch Update] - Cremation is now available at level 30 rather than 40. It no longer is transformed from Combustion and is just taught via the LRE. You can now use Cremation and Combustion and not share a cooldown between the two. Brand of the Pyromaniac no longer reduces cooldown of cremation.
