These updates are the follow-ups to the general resilience change from last week and aim to rein in the most dominant outliers in the short term. There may be more tweaks like these over the next days if needed, but the primary focus is on a bigger long-term balance pass that will be centered around buffs and improving diversity.
[Pending Restart] Wind Lash now deals 10% less damage in PvP combat.

[Pending Restart] Resurrecting at the closest town, closest city or at the spirit healer will now apply Resurrection Sickness to the player when above level 10.
Fixed a bug where itemlevel from Green & Blue Quality items were contributing as much itemlevel as an epic item in the average item level calculation.

[Pending Restart] [Zul'Gurub] [High Priest Thekal]: Rip, applied by Swipe and Speed Slash is now treated as a area effect, obeying all damage modifications effecting area damage.
[Pending Restart] [Zul'Gurub] [Jindo, the Hexxer]: Sacrificed Trolls now apply initial threat scaling from their health rather than an initial 100k flat.
[Pending Restart] [Zul'Gurub] [Jindo, the Hexxer]: Corrected an issue where Brainwash Totems would sometimes spawn with much more health then intended.

[Jindo Boss Adjustments] - Delusions of Jin'do now increases your damage against undeads by 350% instead of 250%.

Fixed a bug where the new Prestigious Cache awarded for prestiging during ZG was not always granting gear.
[Pending Restart] - Gri'lek now takes 3% increased damage for each stack of insatiable.

[Pending Restart] - Jin'do the Hexxer will summon Brain Wash Totems and Healing Stream Totems half as often and the Cursed Visions of Jin'Do had its damage increased but its tick timer increased to 5 seconds, reducing its overall DPS.
Fixed a bug where procced spells could grant rage
Fixed a bug where threat reducing talents like Fanaticism, Arcane Subtlety, Nature's Reach, Burning Soul were not reducing threat.
Death's Embrace - Zul'Gurub enchantment now provides 24 Attack Power, 10 Stamina and 6 Expertise Rating. This enchantment can be applied to a leg or head slot item.
Due to loot lockout timer being adjusted: Azuregos & Setis Loot Lockouts have been reset. You may still have an instance ID lockout and can reset that via your character panel. They will reset every 7 days on 05/11/2025 at 09:00 Server Time.
Mystic Enchants
[Pending Restart] Shadow of Death now deals 30% of Ambush damage as a Shadow damage around the target, changed from 15%. In PvP combat it now deals 20% of the damage, changed from 15%. Also fixed a bug where it was incorrectly dealing increased damage and could critically hit. (So buffing it together with the bug fix that reduces its damage.)

You now take 10% reduced damage in PvP combat at level 60. This will be followed up by a patch to address outliers spells in PvP in the coming week.

Encrypted Twilight Texts now reward 250 More Reputation on the repeatable and first turn in. Bringing them UP to 500 reputation from 250 per turn in (this is a corrected changelog from the previously posted one).
Fixed a bug where Encrypted Twilight Texts (repeatable) was rewarding 500 Reputation instead of the intended 750 reputation. Additionally, the pre-requisite quest for getting access to the repeatable quest now also rewards 750 up from 500.

Refiner Guardians have a significantly higher chance of dropping Ephemeral Keys.
Refiner Guardians have a significantly higher chance of dropping new War Mode crafting recipes.
Refiner Guardians such as the Wailing Weaver and Vile Butcher have a high chance of dropping Heroic Bloodforged and Bloodforged Gear.
Rare creatures can now drop Heroic Bloodforged Gear. This chance is based on difficulty and respawn length.

[Pending Restart] You will no longer be able to use Hearthstone while using Divine Shield in High-Risk.

[Pending Restart] Adjusted the acquisition method of the enchant Rush of Blood for Rogues. The time required between each player's acquisition has been cut down a lot. We noticed this was a big bottleneck and should be more flexible now.
[Pending Restart] Players are now able to do the [Hallowed be thy Name] achievement within Classic Expansion. The TBC and BloodElf/Draenei achievement requirements have been removed to allow players to complete it. You should retroactively be awarded the achievement if you have all the classic points completed after the next server restart and patch.

[Pending Restart] - Crows Cache now rewards everyone who participates 2,000 Runes of Ascension.
[Requires Launcher Update] Added predicted healing to ascension's raid frames, and all launcher raid frame addons. This new system works similar to existing addons that communicate predicted healing amounts, but is a shared common version across all addons, as well as the base UI meaning everyone will have it and see the same values.

Azuregos will now reflect every 60 seconds from every 30 seconds.
Fixed a bug where Azuregos was teleporting people more than 30 yards away and wiping their threat. Azuregos will now only teleport people within 30 yards in.

[Pending Restart] - The Heirloom sets for Champion Herod's and Mystical Set of the Elements are now mail gear from level 1 because these sets may not be equippable via classes that had obtained them, you are now granted the respective slot in the Stained Shadowcraft Set or Preened Ironfeather set for each piece you had in your vanity. What this means is: if you had the head piece from Champion set, you now ALSO have the Stained Shadowcraft helmet.
Sap (Rank 4) is now trainable on the trainer at level 60. This change ensures that Sap retains the same strength it was meant to have at endgame without affecting leveling.
Talents & Abilities
[Pending Restart] Restorative Totems and Healing Tide now correctly affect Healing Stream Totem.
[Pending Restart] Illumination will now correctly give you back the base mana of the spell and not be reduced if you have any mana cost reductions active (like Divine Illumination).

Fixed an issue where creatures in high-level zones had a much lower chance to drop leveling Bloodforged gear in High-Risk than intended. They will now drop at a rate more consistent with previous zones based on the difficulty of the creature killed.
Item Changes
(Pending Restart) Disenchanting Bloodforged gear now has a chance to drop a new enchanting material. The chance and amounts are higher when disenchanting Heroic Bloodforged and higher tier gear.
Talents & Abilities
[Pending Restart] Added over 50 missing items to the Mark of Triumph vendor.
Fixed a bug where the Conviction Paladin talent incorrectly increased spell critical strike chance by 1/2/3%. It now correctly increases by 2/4/6%.

If you have a level 60 on Bronzebeard, you can now use Heirlooms on Malfurion as well.
The Healing % bonus gained from PvP Power is now active in the Open World if you are in War Mode or High Risk.
Titan's Grip was double dipping and reducing your damage twice in PvP on Bronzebeard, this is no longer the case.
Pets were not benefitting from PvP Power. They will now correctly benefit from PvP power.
[Pending Restart] Fel Commutation gold will now be put into your HighRisk chest instead of immediately given to killers. This will give the opportunity to recover it if you can make it to your chest, and will also balance the risk better when fighting players in Warmode who are unable to open your chest.
You now take 10% less damage in PvP combat at level 60.

A new dagger was added as a reward for the Poison quest chains for Rogues. (If you did not know all class quests that used to give abilities made baseline now give class specific gear.)
Rogue creatures now have a slightly increased chance to drop their immersive gear drops
