Cheaters get punished. Banned, more often than not. Exploiting the game to gain an advantage over others is something we do not tolerate. We have good, honest players on Ascension that spend hours improving their characters fairly, and we have absolutely zero tolerance for players who try and cheat their way to the same level. To those players, we’re serving up a tall glass of just ice. JUSTICE!
A new Anti-Cheat is live now on Ascension.
This anti-cheat is the Skynet of Ascension. It’s infinitely more active than the last, and can dole out punishments automatically. Best of all, it’ll develop the ability to stop cheating on its own while simultaneously notifying a gamemaster.
This anti-cheat is part of an ongoing effort to make Ascension fairer and more enjoyable for everyone, and to keep people who want to ruin the game out of our community. We’re cracking down on toxic behavior on Ascension, and this is a great step forward to ensure that cheaters are stopped in their tracks.
To all of our players out there who have never cheated, and don’t have to worry about the anti-cheat, high five!
