[Pending restart] Increased the damage of Frostbrand against non-players by approximately 10%.

[Pending restart] Eviscerate (Disembowel) from Blood and Guts now deals damage 4 times over 6 seconds, up from 3 times. This increases its overall damage by 33%. Its damage against players is now reduced by 35%, up from 15%, resulting in only a slight increase in its PvP damage.

[Pending restart] Fixed an issue where the Titanic Power buff from Fury of the Titans neither would benefit nor be consumed by certain Warrior abilities. Among other things, this buff now benefits Bladestorm.

[Pending restart] The Titanic Power buff from Fury of the Titans now stacks up to 3 times. It still increases the damage of your next Warrior attack by 15% (per stack).

[Pending restart] Deadly Combo now increases the damage of your Execute by 30% per stack, up from 20%.

[Pending restart] Envenomed now makes your Rogue poisons deal 10% additional damage to targets that are bleeding, up from 5%.

Fixed an issue where Apprentice of Shadow would add an additional 15% spell power from Agility while you also have Master of Shadow after the value change last week. Having Master of Shadow will now correctly disable the spell power from agility of Apprentice of Shadow while active, for a total maximum of 75% Agility to spell power at any time.

[Pending Restart] - Upgraded Versions of Medallions of the Horde and Medallions of the Alliance will now be available for 20k honor. This epic trinket has 128 item level and 34 resillience with the same on-use effect as the previous version.

[Pending Restart] - Zul'Aman treasure hunter now requires 126 item level. This means to find Zul'Aman Bloodforged gear in the open world you must have atleast 126 Item Level.

The spell damage coefficient of Heart of the Crusader has been reduced from 18% to 15%, and the attack power coefficient from 9% to 7%. This change is intended to bring the power granted by this talent more in line with other talents.

Reduced the damage dealt by Combo Shot and Combo Shot Bleed in the Compound Power Mystic Enchantment by 10% This change is intended to bring the AoE damage of the LRE more in line with other builds.

The base damage and scaling of Soul Fire have been increased by 5%.

Reduced the spell power scaling of Shadow bolt to 0.52, down from 0.531.

Brain Freeze now increases the damage of Fireball by 25%, down from 30%.

[Pending Restart] - Fixed an issue where Demonic Synergy would not always affect Wild Imps from Hand of Guldan.

[Pending Restart] - Fixed an issue where the capstone of Nemesis would stop working until you left Metamorphosis in some cases. Nemesis capstone will now consistently reduce the cooldown of Hand of Guldan when reapplying Metamorphosis while using the Legendary Mystic Enchant Demonic Influence.

[Pending Restart] - Energy Bolt from Elemental Destruction now gains the combo point "On cast" of Energy Bolt, changed from "On hit".

Consumed by Fire now causes your Pyroblast debuff to increase the critical strike chance of your Soul Fire against the target by 10%.

Increased the coefficient of the Mending Tide heal over time effect from the Mending Tide Mystic Enchantment from 1.5% to 4.5%.

Holy Spirit now triggers on cast instead of on hit to avoid having to wait for the travel time before you can use your Holy Shock with 4 stacks.

The 20% armor reduction from Nature's Fervor now lasts for 20 seconds, up from 12 seconds.

Reduced the spell power and attack power scaling of Purification by Light by about half, but added flat level scaling.

Undaunted now only reduces the bonus health effect of Last Stand by 5%, down from 10%.

Increased the self-healing buff effect from Touched by the Light stacks to 10/20/30% per stack, up from 7/14/20% per stack.

Ward of Light now increases the damage of Divine Storm against monsters by 20%, up from 10%. Its PvP damage is unchanged.

Ice Lash now also makes your attack power increase the damage of your Cone of Cold in addition to Frostbolt and Ice Lance.

Master of Shadows now grants up to 75% of your Agility as spell damage, up from 60%.

Soul of the Pyro now increases the damage of your Soul Fire on targets affected by your Pyroblast by 4%, down from 6%.

Midnight Flames now provides 6% damage per stack increase to Pyroblast and 8% damage increase per stack to Conflagrate.

Lightning Strikes Twice now reduces the damage of Chain Lightning by 45%, up from 40%.

Energy Bolt now has a cast time of 1.7 seconds, similar to Lightning Bolt. In addition, fixed a tooltip issue, clarifying you only get 1 combo point per cast.

Hydromancer now grants an additional stack of the Conductor buff if your Water Bolt critically hits.

Triggering Lunar Eclipse while you have Total Eclipse Mystic Enchant increases your Arcane damage done to monsters by 15%, up from 10%. The PvP damage is unchanged.

Triggering Solar Eclipse while you have Total Eclipse Mystic Enchant increases your Nature spell critical strike chance by 15%, up from 10%.

Zul'Aman treasure hunter now requires 130 Item Level down from 135 Item Level. (This change has been active for 24+ hours).

Fixed an Issue where Twisted Crusader and Overpowering Twisted Crusader, weren't granting rage on proc. It now behaves as the tooltips state.

The following Enchants and their respective formulas have had their tooltips updated to correctly show their Spell Effects: Void Assault, Overpowering Void Assault, Dread Assault, Overpowering Dread Assault, Twisted Evoker, Overpowering Twisted Evoker, Void Flows, Overpowering Void Flows, Void Blasting, Overpowering Void Blasting, Dread Precision, Overpowering Dread Precision, Twisted Crusader, Overpowering Twisted Crusader, Twisted Channeler, Overpowering Twisted Channeler.

Fixed an Issue where Twisted Evoker Rare High Risk Enchant wasn't increasing Intellect by 110 like it's tooltip stated.

The MP5 on Lightfathom Scepter has been converted to Spirit. There was a gap in spirit one-handed weapons in the tier-5 content leaving with little to no options available.

Shadow Word: Pain now deals 45% reduced damage versus players, changed from 40%.

Curse of Agony now deals 20% reduced damage versus players, changed from 15%.

[Alar] Wrath now deals 5% reduced damage versus players while the Knight of the Eclipse mystic enchant is active.

Spirit Bond rank 1 now regenerates 3% base health every 20 sec, changed from 2% base health every 10 sec.

Spirit Bond rank 2 now regenerates 3% base health, changed from 4%.

Nether Whelp now has the Twilight Blast spell instead of Horrify. (It was never intended to have Horrify which gave this pet 2 crowd control effects which ended up being too powerful.)

Fixed an issue where Shadow Word: Death self damage could deal higher damage than what it dealt to the enemy.

[Pending Restart] High Inquisitor Qormaladon will now restore lost "Empowered Insignia of the Burning Legion +" trinkets with the "Replace Lost Trinkets" gossip option, whether they were misplaced, or if you were a Felforged from the previous event!

[Requires Restart] Felforged now have a max PvP combat range of 5 levels in Group zones specifically. This deals with an issue that would cause you to be unable to attack some opponents who were in groups because of level difference.

Felforged Caches from reaching certain Levels will now give Felforged Sealed Card packs
