Fixed an issue where you could get a "Ghost" Skill Card. This was due to some abilities changing their levels and no longer being available as a skill card.

Added 1.5 seconds cast time to Flight Form and Swift Flight Form as temporary solution to prevent an exploit.

Fixed an issue where it was possible to have some human-looking ghosts Undead creatures as pets using Dominate Undead.

[Area-52] Subsequently, drastically increased the damage done in PvP by the Undead & Demon pets. There was a blanket mod applied to PvP damage for the Undead & Demon pets to help maintain the integrity of the new Arena Season 2.5 release.

[Area-52] Fixed an issue where a handful of spells (new to TBC) were missing PvP mods.

[Area-52] Fixed an issue where some Undead & Demon pets had spells that they shouldn't have.

Fixed an issue where characters from Malganis could not open Mythic+ caches for gear.

Fixed an issue where people were flagging for PVP in capitals.

Character Archive transfers are now active once again. You can retrieve your characters from the archive once again!

Guild Masters from Malganis now have a "Guild Rename" scroll in their mail from the merge allowing them to change their guild name or get rid of the "0" in the guild from the merge.

Fixed an issue where Dispatch would return "this spell is not available to you."

Fixed an issue where the Prestige Journeyman Riding Tome required level 40 after the recent updates to Alar. It now once again requires level 1.

Fixed an issue where you could roll Kill Command w/o tame beast.

[Area-52] Fixed an issue where Chromie did not have the Prestigious Pamphlet available to obtain.

[Area-52] [Alar] Lunar and Solar Bomber from the Astral Bomber now provide a 3% increase per stack from 4%.

[Pending Restart] Fixed an issue where the heal from Blood Drinker was not affected by healing reduction effects.

Fixed an issue on Area-52 where Undead & Demon Pet Spells were not getting their PVP mods applied.

[Area-52] Fixed an issue where Don''t make me angry was not providing its contribution to Starfire.

Elemental Immolation from the Elemental Destruction enchant will now scale with haste.

Pyrolate can no longer be used with Elemental Destruction. However, the base damage and Spell Power scaling of Elemental Immolation has been increased by 33% to monsters.

[25 New Legendary Enchantments] - Due to an error in pushing some spells, namely Ice Shock, Starfire (with the knight of the eclipse buff), Devils Claw, Elemental Immolation, Energy Bolt and Winds of Winter had incorrect level 70 scaling. This should result in a significant increase for some of these spells

Fixed an issue where Chaotic Skyfire Diamond could interfere with Combustion and Lightning Mastery talents.

[Pending Restart] Cat and Bear Form now requires you to have Agility or Strength Primary Stat to clear movement impairing effects. (This was changed for casters to not be able to pick up movement clears while circumventing the rarity system and means we don't have to further nerf Cat and Bear Form in other ways which could affect feral players.)

[Pending Restart] - Fixed some damage values on the TBC only Enslaved Demons to be more in line with other Enslaved Demons.

[Pending Restart] - Magnetic Pulse ability from the Enslaved Demon family Moarg Engineer has been changed to a damaging spell with an interrupt.

[Area-52] - Fixed an issue where the White Walker enchant was not scaling your Sinister Strike from Spell Damage.

[Alar] [Area-52] Temporarily Disabled Tree of Wrath, Blood Venom and Cauterizing Flames until further tuning and redesigns are applied.

Midnight Flames now provides 3% damage per stack increase to Pyro blast and 5% damage increase per stack to Conflagrate.

[Pending Restart] - [Pending Patch Update] - Triggered / Channeled spells that deal direct damage now generate rage equal to an amount that a singular spell cast could generate instead of generating an amount up to 5x any other spell cast.

[Pending Restart] - [Pending Patch Update] - Pyroblast and Hot Streak has received these scaling changes due to the massive buff it received (of well over 20%) from the caster talent overhaul. While all spells had their base damage and scaling coefficients reduced anywhere from 6 to 12%. Pyroblast remained unchanged and became an outlier as well because its critical strike multiplier was changed from 175% with investment to 200% with investment. On the flip side, incorporating combustion into your rotation may now be worthwhile.

[Pending Restart] - [Pending Patch Update] - Fixed an issue where Combustion was not applying its critical strike damage component to Fire Mage spells as the updates to the Caster Talent overhaul making critical strike damage classless was overriding the critical strike damage from Combustion.

[Pending Restart] - [Pending Patch Update] - Increased the base damage and spell damage scaling of Scorch by 4%.

[Pending Restart] - [Pending Patch Update] - Increased the base damage and spell damage scaling of Fireball by 4%.

[Pending Restart] - [Pending Patch Update] - Hot Streak now increases the damage of your next Pyroblast by 40%, down from 50%.

[Pending Restart] - [Pending Patch Update] - The spell damage scaling of Pyroblast has been reduced from 52.5% to 47.5%.

[Mal'ganis] Fixed an issue where Edrim Skysong had Ascended T3 Rings available for Heroic T3 tokens in the "Back" section of the Mythic 0 option.

[Pending Restart] - [Pending Patch Update] - Reworked the Tidefury 2 Set as it provided far more value than stated in its tooltip and was far too inconsistent with Lightning Overload. Now the Tidefury 2 Set increases the critical strike chance of Chain Lightning by 4% instead of reducing the SP per jump.

[Pending Restart] - [Pending Patch Update] - Fixed an exploit in the Lightning Strikes Twice enchantment that could cause players to bypass the damage reduction effect.

[Pending Restart] - [Pending Patch Update] - Fixed an issue in the Cleave Logic of Splintered Chaos buff from the Frozen Chaos enchantment that could sometimes cause none of your Chaos Bolt casts to hit an additional target.

[Pending Restart] - [Pending Patch Update] - Frozen Chaos now provides 15% increased damage and 15% increased spell damage scaling from 20% and 40% respectively.

[Pending Restart] - [Pending Patch Update] - The DoT scaling of Solar Burn from the Knight of the Eclipse enchant has been increased significantly, from 11% to 26%.

[Pending Restart] - [Pending Patch Update] - The Solar and Lunar Knight buffs granted by Knight of the Eclipse now increase the damage of your next Wrath or Starfire by 50% per stack, from 60% per stack.

[Pending Restart] - [Pending Patch Update] - The damage of Thunder Clap is now reduced by 33% when using the Thunder Slam enchantment. However, the damage increase provided by Lightning Blade has been increased to 60% from 20%. This will result in a slight damage increase single-target.

[Pending Restart] - [Pending Patch Update] - Rising Winds from Wind Rager no longer grants attack speed, but now increases Wind Strike damage by 2%. It now stacks to 15 and required 15 stacks to trigger Rampant Tornado.

[Pending Restart] - [Pending Patch Update] - Pack Alpha now reduces the cooldown of Feral Spirit by 5 seconds, up from 3, when hitting a monster with Stormstrike or Lava Lash. This effect can now only occur once every 6 seconds, preventing it from being disproportionately powerful for Wind Rager builds.

[Pending Restart] - [Pending Patch Update] - Fire Blast and Pyroblast now only gain an additional 15% AP scaling from 20% AP scaling from Doomhammers Fury from the Lava Sweep enchantment.

[Pending Restart] - [Pending Patch Update] - Eruption from the Lava Sweep enchantment now grants 4% increased critical strike chance to Fire Blast and Pyroblast per stack from 5%.

[Pending Restart] - [Pending Patch Update] - Lava Sweep now deals 80% weapon damage from 85%.

[Pending Restart] - [Pending Patch Update] - Ice Prism Shatter from Snowblind can now only trigger Surge of Light once every 2 seconds.

[Pending Restart] - [Pending Patch Update] - Fixed a bug where the HoT Effect from Frugal Disposition was double dipping with healing % increases. This bugfix also serves as a nerf to this enchant which was vastly overperforming.

[Pending Restart] - [Pending Patch Update] - Natures Synthesis has been reworked, it now states: "Increases the healing done by your Lesser Healing wave by 2% for each of your Nature heal over time effects active on the target up to a maximum of 6% per enchantment." Since this enchantment counts EVERY nature heal over time effect, this enchantment was providing far too much value.

[Area-52] The Slain Champion Counter in the UI will now update based on the amount of Champions needed to complete the dungeon rather than the total amount of champions in the dungeon. [Required Patch Update]

[Stratholme] [Mythic+] Pending Restart - Reduced trash requirement by 15% for both parts of Stratholme as the following creatures now granting reduced progression - Mangled Cadaver, Ravaged Cadaver, Spectral Citizen.

[TBC Raids] [Items] Restored the random suffix items dropped by the Karazhan Servants Quarter bosses to their original 115 item level and the represented Heroic and Ascended item level.

[TBC Raids] [The Eye] [Alar] Corrected an issue where Alar would sometimes fake his death to the players clients even while actually being dead, preventing player from looting his corpse.

[TBC Raids] Increased Physical damage of Prince Malchezaar, High King Maulgar, Gruul the Dragonslayer and Magtheridon and all creatures involved into their encounter by 18%.

[TBC Raids] Increased health of all creatures inside Serpent Shrine Caverns and The Eye by 4%.

[TBC Raids] Increased Physical damage dealt by all creatures inside Karazhan, Gruuls Lair, Matheridons Lair, Serpent Shrine Caverns and The Eye by 7%.

[TBC Raids] Update all creatures inside Karazhan, Gruuls Lair, Matheridons Lair and Serpent Shrine Caverns to latest standards.

[TBC Dungeons][The Shattered Halls] Reduced the effects of Strange Tasting Ooze casted by Creeping Oozelings by 50% and its radius to 15 yard down from 40.

[TBC Dungeons][The Mechanar] Pathaleon the Calculator and all creatures spawned during his gauntlet across the bridge leading up to him are now permanently spawned and no longer summoned by the dungeon itself. This creatures now count towards Mythic+ progression and are affected by affixes.

[TBC Dungeons][Mythic+] Adjusted scaling to Mythic+ to go along with the reduction to the Mythic 0 versions and in preparation for Mythic 20. Player will now experience each level as roughly 3 tiers beneath the previous scaling.

Fixed an issue where lower ranks of Unleashed Rage could stack with Trueshot Aura.

Fixed an issue where Tier 3 Naxxramas Heroic Rings were missing from Major Mattingly, and are now available for Heroic ring tokens.

[TBC Dungeons] Reduced health, physical and magic damage of all creatures on all difficulties by 10-20%.

[Requires Launcher Update] Removed [CTRL+F] hotkey from the Character Advancement / Vanity / Mystic Enchants UIs. This was causing input to be blocked entirely if CTRL was pressed with any of these UIs open.

[Mythic+] Pending Restarts - Mythical Boon - Sanctified now heals for 1% maximum health per stack every 200 milliseconds. Previously healed 3% maximum health per stack every second.

[Mythic+] Corrected an issue where Mythical Boon - Sanctified would scale with Spellpower and in addition multiply its scaling by the number of stacks currently applied.

[All Realms] Fixed an error with the achievement Friends in High Places, where it incorrectly stated that you obtained a Zhevra through the Recruit-A-Friend program. Achievement has been updated to be earned via learning the Spectral Steed.

[Malganis] Resilient Constitution now reduces damage taken in PvP by 50%, changed from 48%.

[Website] Fixed Blood Elfs showing up as Alliance on the leaderboard.

[Website] Fixed certain leaderboard icons having an incorrect aspect ratio.

[Website] Fixed Orcs showing up as Humans on the leaderboard.

[Area-52] Fixed an issue where Alembic of Infernal Power displayed PvP power instead of PvE power.

[Pending Restart] Fixed an issue where Flames of the Apostate from Cauterizing Flames was giving more healing power than intended.
