[Pending Restart] - Execute (Disembowel) from the Mystic Enchant Blood and Guts can now hit up to 3 targets, up from 1.
[Pending Restart] - Soulbender has been slightly reworked, it is now an Epic Mystic Enchant and now reads: Each tick of Drain Soul now accumulates Soul Energy. Dealing damage with Shadowburn consumes all of your Soul Energy stacks to heal nearby party members and increases your healing done by 2% for each stack of Soul Energy consumed. This effect lasts for 10 seconds. In addition, the cooldown of your Shadowburn is reduced by 4 seconds.
[Pending Restart] - Clarified all mechanics of Plague Bearer in the tooltip of the Mystic Enchant and its spells and effects, and you now only learn Festering Strike if you know Bear Form. In addition, Plague Bearer's Rabies effect from dealing damage with Mangle (Bear) now has level scaling on the physical damage taken debuff. The effect at level 60 is unchanged, and at level 70 is slightly increased.

Fixed an issue on Alar that could consume the new weapon enchantments from the exclusive 2v2 rating.
A Warden of the Horde, Back to the Oprhanage, A warden of the Alliance, from the Childrens Week quest chain is now a daily repeatable quest and will allow you to obtain all three pets from the Veteran Nanny on one character. Additionally, these quests (if previously completed) are now reset.
Orphan Whistle timers are now updated to match the new Childrens Week event timer. All current whistles have had 3 days added to their duration timer.
Fixed an issue where some achievements would not count with your Orphan Out, even though the Orphan was indeed out.
[Pending Restart] - "Bad Example" will now be complete when you finish just ONE of the criteria listed below when your orphan is out. (this achievement was originally created in WotLK and only 1 recipe is available in vanilla and only two in TBC. This will make this achievement completable in both, TBC & Vanilla)
[Pending Restart] - "School of Hard Knocks" will now be complete when you finish THREE of the FOUR required criterias to complete the achievements.
[Pending Restart] - "Hail to the King" will now be completable by slaying Thrall or Bolvar with your orphan tagging along instead of requiring King Ymirron.

[Pending Restart] Brambles now silences for 2 sec when casting Entangling Roots, changed from 3 sec. (This talent provided too much control for certain builds, making them frustrating to play against.)
[Pending Restart] Unrelenting Assault now reduces magical damage and healing by 10/20%, changed from 15/30%. (Arms builds are doing well overall and especially in 2v2 where specifically their healing reduction is very powerful.)

[Pending Restart] Unchained now slows nearby targets for 50% instead of rooting. (After the recent buff of Unchained the root ended up being too overwhelming to face as it made it too hard to follow someone blinking away from you.)
[Pending Restart] Arcane Shielding now decreases the mana lost per point of damage taken when Mana Shield is active by 10%, changed from 13%. (Heavy investment into Mana Shield made it too powerful for too low of a mana cost for the builds that could afford it).

Rounded out the flat damage increase per level for Multiple Tamable Undead & Demon pets that they would receive in PvP. The damage for these pets remain unchanged at level 50 & above. This means that the damage increase received will not be so drastically favorable to certain level brackets and more of a general increase that does not seem to immediately halt once hitting level 50.

[Area 52 - Malganis - Alar] [Mythic Affixes] Avenger no longer reduces creatures damage taken. Avenger is now a enrage effect and can be dispelled.
[Area 52 - Malganis - Alar] [Mythic Affixes] Last Will has been replaced with Avenger. Avenger causes a dying creature to rally nearby allies, increasing their damage dealt for a short duration, stacking up.
[Area 52 - Malganis] [Mythic Affixes] Mrglrlrlrr no longer effects summoned creatures and bosses.

Fixed an issue where the Divine Fury Mystic Enchantment would not increase the damage done to targets affected by your Righteous Flames Holy Fire (DoT) effect.
Fixed an issue where the Divine Fury Mystic Enchantment would never further increase your damage more than 2%. Having 3 Enchantments will now correctly increase your damage done by 6%.
Fixed an issue with the Divine Fury Talent and Mystic Enchantment that could cause other Mystic Enchantments to not stack. This also could cause no benefit from other Mystic Enchantments that increase specific ability damage such as the Sealed in Flame enchant.
