Updated the loot logic of Callboard Caches to be more inline with the paradigm of the League, allowing you to get molten core loot even after your character is past the item level of Molten Core gear when BWL is not active. Currently callboard caches were only giving you onyxia loot if you were past a certain item level threshold and BWL was not released yet.
