[Area 52] [Item Changes] [Fetish of the Fallen] Fetish of the Fallen now has a new effect. Killing an enemy that provides experience or honor generates 200 health and grants you 6 Attack Power for 10 seconds. Stacking up to 10 times.

[Area 52] [Item Changes] [Occulus of the Hidden Eye] Occulus of the Hidden Eye now has a new effect. Killing an enemy that provides experience or honor generates 100 mana and grants you 3 Spell Power for 10 seconds. Stacking up to 10 times.

[Area 52] [Item Changes] [Totem of Astral Winds] Totem of Astral Winds has a new effect. Your Windfury Attacks critical strikes increase your Attack Power by 8. Stacking up to 5 times. The old effect of the totem was unable to function duo to differences in the Ascension Version of Windfury.

[Area 52] [Item Changes] [Runed Fungalcap] Runed Fungalcap on use effect for gaining Parry Rating is no longer tied to the absorb itself. It is now a standalone buff that lasts for 10 seconds (which on average should have more uptime).

[Auchenai Crypts] [Pending Restart] - Shirrak the Dead Watcher now applies the stacks of Inhibit Magic aura at intervals of 7 yard range from 10 to 15 yard intervals. Below is a list form of the newly applied ranges for the cast speed slow. - 4 stacks are applied when at 7 yards from Shirrak (from 15) - 3 stacks are applied when at 14 yards from Shirrak (from 25) - 2 stacks are applied when at 21 yards from Shirrak (from 35) - 1 stack is now applied when at 28 yards range (from 45) This also means you can completely avoid the cast speed slow while standing at max range (30 yards) from 55 yards. This aura is planned to be reworked in the new future.

[Area-52] Pending Restart - Reduced Magic Damage in all Heroic and Mythic dungeons except Caverns of Time dungeons by 20%. Mythic+ Scaling has been adjusted accordantly and remains the same for Mythic 10 Keys as before.

[Pending Restart] Unending Resolve now lasts for 6 sec, changed from 8. (8 seconds cast time immunity can be frustrating to face and together with its damage reduction Unending Resolve was overall too powerful.)

[Pending restart] Reduced the the level scaling of Preservation heal by approximately 20% and increased the healing power coefficient of the Prayer of Preservation channel from 2% to 9%. This change will not change the overall healing output for players with this LRE dramatically, but will shift some power away from Preservation procs into the Prayer of Preservation channel in order to make the gameplay feel better.

[Pending Restart] - [Disciple of the Tides] - [Legendary Enchantment] Fixed an issue where the Tidal Shield would not allow you to proc the Indulgent Position buff (100% crit for Lesser Healing Wave / Tidal Shield) or the Frugal Disposition heal from the frugal disposition Epic Enchantment when used on anyone but yourself.

[Mythic+] [Area-52] The "Mystic Runes, Mystic Orbs, and Mark of Ascension" option in the Mythic+ loot cache will now be labelled as "Mystic Runes, Mystic Orbs, Gems and Mark of Ascension". Choosing this option will reward you a chance at gems from Heroic and Mythic0 dungeons and a chance at some uncut gems. You are guaranteed at least 2 of any combination of Gems or Uncut Gems. As a reminder: choosing this option does NOT count towards your maximum opened mythic+ chests for the week.

Increased the damage reduction effect of various Mind Control effects inside Classic and TBC dungeons and Tempest Keep - The Eye by to 75% up from 50%. Player deal 75% less damage while under the effect of this Mind Controls and take 75% less.

Mystic Enchants

Fixed an issue where sometimes the 100% crit buff from frugal disposition would fail to proc when it did not over-heal.

[Epic Enchantment] - [Shadow Core] - Now has an 8 second cooldown when triggered without Molten Core from 10 seconds. This change matches the cooldown of Mind Blast. Additionally, the increased chance to proc Molten Core is now increased by 6% from 5% while on cooldown.

Fixed an issue where Stagger''s damage could be influenced by some stats of the player. It should now always deal correct damage.

You can now only purchase up to 100 Scroll of **STAT** from Darkmoon Faire before having to trade or mail them off. This alongside the other changes should help unpromote semi-afk-vendor-buying while making sure this is not the best way to obtain your **STAT** scrolls while additionally being more accessible to everyone.

Darkmoon Faire now regenerates Scroll of **STAT** Stock 3x Faster than before.

[Mythic+] Pending Restart - Corrected an issue where creatures killed by Murmur as part of his out of combat ambient events inside The Shadow Labyrinth would cause the dungeon to lose eligibility for a Mythic+ Key to start. Murmur will now start his ambient events 5 minutes after a player entered the dungeon. The Shadow Labyrinth Keystones will be re enabled later today.

[Frozen Chaos] - Polished the tooltip it now reads off as: Your Frostbolt and Ice Lance critical hits grant you a charge of Frozen Chaos and resets the cooldown of Chaos Bolt. You can store up to 3 charges of Frozen Chaos. Frozen Chaos increases the damage of your Chaos Bolt by 20% and the spell power scaling by 40% while additionally causing it to incur no cooldown. Casting Conflagrate grants you Splintered Chaos, causing your Chaos Bolts to hit an additional target. In addition, your Conflagrate triggers your Fingers of Frost (if known).

[Frozen Chaos] - The Splintered Chaos buff from Frozen Chaos will no longer additionally apply immolate to targets hit by your Chaos Bolt.

[Prophet of Wrath] [Pending Restart] - Prophet of Wrath now increases the critical strike damage of Holy and Arcane spells by 20% down from 25%. Prophet of Wrath has been a clear-cut contender and over-performing in many encounters since the caster talent rework and boost of 25% critical strike damage was added.

[Pending Restart] - [Predatory Nature] Now grants 2 combo points down from 5 when fully stacked and used on players. The Random Enchantment now reads off as: Consuming Predators Swiftness restores 10 energy and gives you a stack of Predatory Nature. Reaching three stacks increases the critical strike chance of your next spell cast through Predators Swiftness by 100% and causes it to grant 5 (2 to players) combo points.

[New Epic Enchantment] - [Shadow Core] Casting Mind Blast while Molten Core is active will activate your Shadow Core, restoring Molten Core to 3 charges. Casting Mind Blast without Molten Core active will grant you 1 charge of Molten Core and causes Shadow Core to go on cooldown for 10 seconds. While on cooldown, your chance to proc Molten Core from Corruption is increased by 5%.

[New Epic Enchantment] - [Predatory Nature] Consuming Predators Swiftness restores 10 energy and gives you a stack of Nature of Madness. Reaching three stacks increases the critical strike chance of your next spell cast through Predators Swiftness by 100% and causes it to grant 5 combo points.

Predators Wrath now reduces damage done of your Wrath by 20% from 10% in PvP.

Predators Wrath has been reworked. It no longer prevents your wrath from critically striking. The reworked RE now reads as follows: Your Predatory Strikes effect now lets you cast Wrath without leaving Cat Form. Wraths cast this way are unable to miss, but its damage is increased by 12% of your attack power. In addition, they will also restore 30 energy and 15% of your base mana, and gives you Predators Wrath. Predators Wrath causes all your Cat Form abilities to deal additional Nature damage, this effect lasts for 6 seconds.

Fixed an issue where Lava Sweep was gaining to much scaling on Fire Blast, Pyroblast and Flame Shock when used against players. Additionally, Lava Sweep now does 20% reduced damage in PvP, from 25% reduced damage in PvP.

Changed the Icon and Description of the Bloodforged Debuff in Flex Mode. It now has a distinct Icon and a more clear description. The new description is as follows: You are wearing Bloodforged or PvP items in PvE content. This debuff is only visible to you. In Flex Normal difficulty this has no penalty. In Heroic and Ascended difficulties this will reduce damage done, healing done, and increase the damage taken by 20%.

Mystic Enchants

Fixed an issue where the Attack Power to Spell Power conversion buff from Lava Sweep was artificially supplying you with 5% melee and spell critical strike chance despite not being listed in the tooltip of the LRE.
