Change

Banshee Wail from the Banshee pet now deals 25% reduced damage vs players. (It was dealing too high damage even without any investment into it.)

Change

[Pending Restart] - Fixed an issue that caused player's pet's spell casts to appear duplicated to player's clients. This issue was most noticeable when the pet's spell missed.

Talents & Abilities

Change

Earth Shock will now stack from multiple casters. This means that you can now have multiple people in the same group using Earth Shock without worry of them overriding yours. (Mainly affecting builds that use the following enchantments: Elemental Assassin, Swarming Stings).

Change

Improved Stormstrike debuff for increased Fire and Frost damage will now stack from multiple casters. This means that you can now have multiple people in the same group using this talent without worry of them overriding yours.

World

Change

[High Risk] Fixed an issue where players could refine High-Risk materials out in the open world without being level 60, effectively bypassing the risk associated with doing so. You must be level 60 to use High-Risk Resource turnings as intended.

[Pending Patch Update] - The description of the Remove Armor & Weapon Enchant vellums now more clearly states that it does not give back the enchantment that you removed.

[Pending Restart] - Rune of Metamorphosis will now work inside of Tree of Wrath and you will gain same the bonus as the Tree of Life.

Item Changes

Change

[Pending Restart] [Vanilla PvP Progression] - Warrior Tier Set from Arena Rewards are now statted more akin to the Rogue Set but instead replacing the agility for strength. The agility/rogue set remains unchanged. We are looking into the other PvP sets as well to make changes that more align with the stat allocation system without disrupting the players who have already obtained and use these gear pieces.

Dungeons & Raids

Change

[Dungeons and Raids] - Fixed an issue where certain mobs would spam interrupts on you at a 100% chance of success when walking into melee range or being in combat with them.This chance has been significantly decreased and also has a cooldown.

Mystic Enchants

Change

[Pending Restart] Pure Shadow stacks can now additionally be gained from Shadow Burn and Shadow Word: Death.

Change

[Pending Restart] Pure Shadow stacks are now gained on cast instead of hit. This means that you can use shadow fury right after you fire your tenth shadow bolt and you do not have to wait for it to hit the target. Overall, this change should smooth over the rotation and create more viability especially in fast-paced environments where sometimes your Shadow Bolt casts would not deal damage to a target as it died after you finished your cast but before the Shadow Bolt could hit the target.

[Pending Restart] Shadow Burn now scales 37.4% of your spell power up from 33.3%.

[Pending Restart] Shadow Bolt now scales 53.5% of your spell damage. Up from 48.9%.

[Pending Restart] [Astral Bomber Legendary Enchantment] - Lunar and Solar Bomber now provide 4% increased damage to spells from 3%. This means the damage increase to their respective spells is increased by 20% up from 15% per cast once Lunar and Solar bomber are fully stacked. Pair this with the new Natural Destruction epic RE to really pack a punch.

Talents & Abilities

[Pending Restart] Trueshot Aura is now a passive ability and will always be active after you learn it just like Rampage or Unleashed Rage.

Mystic Enchants

Change

[Pending restart] The Frozen Chaos buff has been reduced to a 20% damage increase (from 25%) and 40% bonus spell damage scaling increase (from 50%).

Solar and Lunar Knight now increases the damage of your Wrath and Starfire by 20% per stack to players, changed from 50%. (It was overperforming due to the recent bug fixes, causing far too high instant burst in PvP).

Mystic Enchants

Change

[Pending Restart] - Fixed an issue in Solar Eclipse not always increasing the damage of Wrath when accompanied with the Astral Knight Buff - tooltip below: Your Wrath damage is increased by 60% and 12% of your attack power. Your next Wrath will grant you Astral Attunement. Stacking twice.

[Pending Restart] - Solar and Lunar Knight will now increase the damage of your Wrath and Starfire by 50% to players down from 60%.

[Pending Restart] - Fixed an issue where Knight of the Eclipse damage buffs was not always applying to Starfire or Wrath.

Temporarily Removed items that contain a "RANDOM AFFIX" item in the mythic+ loot chest as these items could roll entirely useless affixes becoming very frustrating.

[Pending Restart] Everlasting Affliction now reduces the cooldown of Howl of Terror by 1/2/3 sec, changed from 2/4/6 sec.

[Pending Restart] Fixed an issue where the heal of Holy Shock was reduced to 30 yards. It is now 40 yards like other heals.

[Pending Restart] Significantly reduced the mana cost of many of the pet spells from Enslaved Demon and Dominate Undead. This will allow mana pets to be more equal to their energy counterparts in longer fights.

[Pending Restart] Fixed an issue where spreading Insect Swarm and Insect Swarm (Plague) with Nature's Reach would not always apply the critical strike chance debuff from Improved Insect Swarm.

[Mythic+ Scaling][Pending Restart] - Adjusted the stat scaling per level on Mythic+ Items that will bring them to a more well rounded state and more in line with raid tiers.
