Conjure Food rank 6 can now be taught from trainers and Book of Ascension. (Active on next server restart).
Deliana (Ironforge quest NPC) will now have a respawn timer of 5 minutes (down from 7 hours)
Fix various levers and torches out in the world not opening doors if the player is in high-risk.

Rework parts of the Scarlet Commander Mograine & Inquisitor Whitemane fight, should no longer bug out.
Scholomance - Fixed a bug where you could get stuck as a bunch of bones

Investigating the Blue Recluse - Rift Spawns should now properly appear
Gordunni Gold - The piles of dirt will now properly spawn.
The Lich, Ras Frostwhisper - Head will now properly be lootable if he is in human form.
The Suntara Stones - Reworked the last part of the event, quest will finish properly
Keeping Pace - Corrections to the script so it works on Andorhal too
You are Rakhlikh, Demon - Rescripted Rune of the Defiler so it works on high-risk too.
The Matron Protectorate - Rescripted Rune of Mazthoril so it works on high-risk too.
Lost in Battle - Put the correct version of Mankriks wife (bug only affected Andorhal)
Tome of Valor (Daphne Stilwell) - Fully rescripted.
The Love Potion - Fully scripted.
Lines of Communication - Fix gameobjects not respawning.
Treasure Hunt #1 - Detheroc will no longer despawn + bring back the option to resummon him.
Ulag the Cleaver - Fully scripted the event.
Cuergos Gold - The pirates will no longer spawn on top of eachother.
Item Changes
The Genesis AQ 40 set no longer retains the 5 piece bonus when unequipping the set while in shapeshift form.
Talents & Abilities
Fixed a bug where you could use Killing Spree and Bladestorm while Deterrence was active. (Active on next server restart).
Item Changes
Blue and Epic "Undead Slaying" gear no longer requires Argent Dawn reputation. (Change active on next server restart).
Shaman shields are now removed from you when unequipping the Shaman AQ 40 3 set bonus.

Fixed MovementType for Lucifron, so he does not path off into oblivion.
Mystic Enchants
Sacred Duty (Rank 2) no longer provides bonus Stamina.
Blessing of the Divines can now be triggered from casting healing over time spells and Power Word: Shield.
Quests
Adventurer's Contract: Highborne For This! now requires 8 Anguished Highborne and 20 Suffering Highborne.
Keeping Evil at Bay: Jademir Lake now requires 10 Dream Bough-Infused Scales, instead of 15.

You are now able to remove Warrior stances by using the stance ability again. (Requires new patch to work).

Seasonal: Improved Rejuvenation changed to 7/14/20%, down from 10/20/30%.

When Track Beast is active you now deal 1% more damage to beasts.
When Track Demons is active you now deal 1% more damage to demons.
When Track Dragonkin is active you now deal 1% more damage to dragonkin.
When Track Elementals is active you now deal 1% more damage to elementals.
When Track Giants is active you now deal 1% more damage to giants.
When Track Undead is active you now deal 1% more damage to undead.
When Sense Undead is active you now deal 1% more damage to undead.
When Sense Demons is active you now deal 1% more damage to demons.
Surge of Light no longer has a Smite bonus damage to players (its damage bonus in PvE is unchanged).
Devastate weapon damage done with a 2-hander equipped is now 110%, up from 100%
Fixed a bug where Every Man for Himself could remove additional effects and wouldn't properly share a cooldown with PvP trinket.
Every Man for himself now shares a 20 sec cooldown with PvP trinket, down from 30.
Stoneform now also grants a 5 second immunity to bleed, poison and disease effects.
Escape Artist now has a 90 sec cooldown, dowm from 105.
Fixed a bug where the Endless Agony debuff would keep you in combat.
Fuxed a bug where certain non-Druid forms like Ghost Wolf and Shadowform would clear slows when you removed the buff. (Druid forms will still clear slows).
Vitality now gives 10/20/30% energy regeneration, up from 8/16/25%.
Feral Charge - Cat now has a 25 second cooldown, down from 30 sec.
Dual Wield Specialization (Shaman). The proc now increases Fire, Frost, and Nature damage by 2/4/6%, down from 4/7/10%.
Insect Swarm now costs 14% base mana, up from 8%.
Curse of Agony now costs 14% base mana, up from 10%.
Corruption now costs 18% base mana, up from 14%.
Turn Evil now has a 1 second cast and 30 yard range.
Shackle Undead now has a 1 second cast.
Savage Strikes now affects Wing Clip.
Hamstring now has a 20% ap scaling.
Increased the base damage and scaling of Pounce by 25%.
Fixed a bug where some ranks of Thunder Clap wouldn't show their cooldown properly.
Thorns now has a 30 minute duration, up from 10 min.
Unending Breath now has a 30 minute duration, up from 10 min. It also gives 20% swim speed.
Water Breathing now has a 30 minute duration, up from 10 min. It also gives 20% swim speed.
Convection now reduces the mana cost of Shaman spells by 3/6/9/12/15%, up from 2/4/6/8/10%.
Mystic Enchants
Seasonal: Chilled to the Bone rank 1 now gives 1% Frost damage and 1% increased slow.
Seasonal: Chilled to the Bone rank 2 now gives 2% Frost damage and 1% increased slow.
Seasonal: Chilled to the Bone rank 3 now gives 2% Frost damage and 2% increased slow.
Seasonal: Divine Purpose (legendary RE) now gives 50% more damage or 75% more healing to your next Penance, changed from 65% damage and 65% healing.
Seasonal: Spirit Dash changed. Its speed buff no longer grants immunity to movement impairing effects. It will remove immobilizing effects when used.
Brutal Impact now gives 3/4s cooldown reduction on Bash and 0.3/0.35 longer duration on Bash and Pounce.
Savage Strikes now affects Wing Clip.
Corrected the stack indicator for Focused Mind.
Corrected the tooltip and color of Harbinger of Flame.
Corrected the tooltip and color of Deathbringer.
