Due to issues with Prayer of Fortitude rank 2 after changing specs it has now been added to Priest trainers and Book of Ascension.

Whisperwind: PvP gear vendors added.
Fixed an issue where Adventurers Contracts and Call to Arms were not awarding Fragments of Fortune.
Landing from a flight path will now give you honorless target preventing gear loss until you move or cast abilities. This is to prevent High-Risk deaths while you are AFK.
World
Fixed a bug where Muckshell Snapclaw poison damage was too high. (Change active on next server restart).

Setis, the Anubisath construct roaming Silithus, is now considered a boss, is level 63 and is now immune to most crowd-controlling effects.
Seasonal: Setis will now drop guaranteed raid epics on No-Risk and High-Risk. On High-Risk the drops are increased.
Set proper respawn timers to all faction leaders.
Dungeons & Raids
Kirtonos the Herald will now take way less time to start the encounter.
Quests
The Missing Diplomat (Part 16) - Fully rescripted, Private Hendel will no longer bug out.
Arikara - The bonfire will now properly reset after being used.
Keeping Pace - Fully rescripted, Rizzle will now properly do his event.
Cuergos Gold - Fixed phasing of gameobjects that summon the quest NPCs.
A Threat to Azeroth: Setis - Added a safeguard to make sure all party members get quest credit on completion.
Challenge Overlord MokMorokk - Fully rescripted, will properly reset even if the fight is not completed.
Polished the entire Treasure Hunt #1 quest chain visually.
All daily and weekly quests have been reworked text-wise.
Beat Bartleby - Bartleby will now properly evade and complete the quest once you beat him up.
Alas, Andorhal! - Araj the Summoner will now drop the quest object so the whole party can loot it.
Call of Water - Fix elemental not spawning.
King of the Gill - Fix phasing issues.
Fields of Grief - Tirisfal Pumpkins will now properly respawn.

When learning a new profession, you will not gain experience for 2 hours from doing said profession.

Seasonal: Penance PvP mod is now 0.72 from 0.75

Quests
Seasonal: End Times weekly quest now gives 10 Mystic Orbs.
Seasonal: Scourge Invasion weekly quest can now be completed while in a raid.
Seasonal: The weekly quests, An Extraordinary Event now gives 10 Mystic Orbs, up from 5.
General
Players now all have Poison skill again. You will still need the poison ability to use poisons!
Players now all have the Block Passive again.
Noggenfogger shrink effect and World Enlarger no longer stack.
Big: Increased Playercap of all realms by 4x. (This change happened 3 days ago).
Increased Realm Startup times by 500%. (This changed happened 3 days ago).

Blue Dragonspawn, Blue Scalebane, Draconic Magelord and Draconic Mageweaver have had their respawn changed to 5 min, down from 10 min. (Change active on next server restart).

The Wrath (tier 2) 3-set bonus will no longer grant additional crit rating.

Seasonal: Explosive Shot now does 70% damage in PvP, up from 65%.
Seasonal: Multi-Shot now does 90% damage in PvP, up from 80%.
Seasonal: Arcane Shot now does 80% damage in PvP, up from 75%.
Seasonal: Inner Focus now has a 60s cooldown, down from 90s.
Seasonal: Mortal Strike now does 75% damage in PvP, down from 80%.
Seasonal: Backstab now does 90% damage in PvP.
Seasonal: Flash of Light base healing increased by 20%.
Seasonal: Furious Attacks proc rate changed from 7.5/15 PPM to 10/20. Furious Attacks duration changed from 5s to 6s.

Updated the destination options for the First-Class Experimental Teleporters to be more clear.

Item Changes
Tidal Charm now requires level 40 to equip and its item level is increased to 45 (which allows Mystic Enchants to be active on the item for level 60 players).

Archaedas will now properly reset if the group wipes.
Dreamscythe and Weaver should no longer sometimes get stuck in the air upon death.
Fixed Shadowpriest Sezzzis not dropping any loot.

Mystic Enchants
Fixed the tooltip and color of Spell Slinger.
Seasonal: Divine Purpose now increases the damage or healing of Penance by 65%, down from 75%.
Quests
Wandering Shay - fixed quest not completing.
A Little Help From My Friends - fixed quest not completing.
The Sleeper Has Awakened - fixed quest not completing.
Fixed "Adventurers Needed: The Potential To Kill Gods" quest requirements.
The Active Agent - The Scourge Plans will now properly be spawned in Stratholme.
Corrupted Felwood Flowers - fully rewritten, will now give proper loot on quest complete.
Bride of the Embalmer - fully rewritten and fixed.
King of the Foulweald - fully rewritten and fixed.
