Fixed issues with Keeping Evil at Bay daily quests and lowered the requirements for several of them. Removed some of the quests that required killing high health dragonkins from the daily rotation.

The Bloom proc effect from the Genesis AQ 40 set bonus can now only affect up to 5 friendly targets and its scaling has been reduced by 60%

Eternium Lockbox will now always contain at least one item.

Moonkin Form no longer increases the crit damage of Moonfire. The tooltip is also incorrectly states that critical damage is increased by 10%, but it is increased by 20%. The tooltip will be updated with a future patch.

Fixed an issue where some mobs were instantly respawning due to Dynamic Respawn

Ruins of Ahn'Qiraj is now available on Bloodscalp.

Qiraji Invasions are now active on Bloodscalp. (Fight through the waves of mobs and slay the final boss to get a reward).

BWL tier drop chance from world mobs have been increased.
