General
We have clarified tooltips to better indicate if they affect Hunter Pets, Warlock Pets, or both.
Warlock Pets no longer gain more scaling than intended.
You should no longer drop items when dying by falling through the world.
You should now be able to learn Expert Riding in Orgrimmar with Exalted.
You should now be able to properly unlearn all professions.
Players should no longer be able to unlearn individual spells or talents while in combat.
Pets should no longer be slowed when their owner is slowed.
Pets should no longer be able to assist other players engaged in 1v1 combat.
Fear and Disorient effects should now correctly update the player????s position.
Fixed a bug where you could unlock doors from longer range than intended by clicking on your key.
Alterac Valley All-Star Achievement fixed.
The Resolute title is now usable.
Fixed the appearance of the ???the Chaotic??? title..
Searching for certain shop items on the auction house should no longer break it.
Shop mounts now count towards achievements.
Talents & Abilities
Seal of Righteousness - Spell power scaling increased by 20% in PvE combat.
Scatter Shot - Now on disorient DR.
Frostbrand Weapon - Spell power scaling increased by 20%.
Maelstrom Weapon - Damage bonus for Lightning Bolt and Chain Lightning increased to 4% per stack.
Judgements - Righteous: Spell Power scaling 0.355->0.45 and Attack Power scaling 0.15->0.18. Command: Spell Power scaling 0.15->0.3 and Attack Power scaling 0.14->0.2. Others: Spell Power scaling 0.27->0.45 and Attack Power scaling 0.175->0.18. All: Deals an additional 20% less damage to players.
Lightning Shield - Base damage increased by 15%, spell power scaling increased by 15% in PvE combat.
Consecration - Spell Power scaling increased by 20%.
Hammer of Wrath - Spell Power scaling increased by 20% and now deals an additional 5% less damage to players.
Exorcism - Spell Power scaling increased by 20%.
Find Weakness - Now increase the critical strike chance of your offensive Rogue abilities by 2/4/6% instead of damage.
Item Changes
Genesis 3 set bonus - No longer provides a passive damage and healing bonus.
Darkmoon Card: Maelstrom - Now deals 20% less damage to players.
Badge of the Swarmguard - Can now be procced by triggered attacks (E.G. Stormstrike and Mutilate) and now shares a cooldown with similar trinkets.
Flask of Distilled Wisdom - Now increases Intellect by 65 instead of mana by 2000.
Demon Blood Trinket should now have Shadow Resist and Defense stats.
Tempest Talisman - Now grants passive 14 crit rating as opposed to on use.
Zandalari Hero Charm - Cleaned up proc consumption. Is no longer consumed multiple times by AoE effects and no longer consumed by effects like mounting.
Paladin PvP set bonus - Now properly gives critical strike rating.
Weapons which trigger additional elemental damage on each auto-attack (E.G Thunderfury) now properly apply that damage. It is, however, not shown in the combat log. This is a blizzlike and intended interaction.
Nightslayer 8-set bonus should now work as intended.
All enchants that caused your item to be soulbound no longer do. (Such as librams, ZG enchants, gun scopes).
You can now use the Tradesman????s Scroll on professions you already have learned.
Staff of Ossirian now plays a sound when used.
Vanguard Gear will now drop from creatures out in the world.
Dungeons & Raids
Orb of Command should now properly teleport players to BWL.
Razzashi Adder Tranquilising Poison tooltip updated.
High Priestess Arlokk should no longer be able to be affected by her own debuffs.
Using Slam on the Nefarian encounter while Shadow Clones are active should no longer cause the clone to very quickly kill the player.
Mystic Enchants
Divinity - Now increase your healing done and received by 1/2%, from 1/2/3%.
Playing with Fire - Now increases spell damage done and received by 1/2%, from 1/2/3%.
Blessing of Eternals - Now only grants Nature crit, instead of all spell crit.
Weapon Forged REs - Now properly state they stack to 3 times.
Earth????s Blessing - New RE. Now gives you Healing Wave a 50/100% chance to increase the charges of your Earth Shield effect by 1. This effect cannot occur more than once every 6 sec.
Improved Life Tap - Now properly increases mana gained from Life Tap and an additional rank has been added which grants 7% more mana from Life Tap.
Improved Wrecking Crew - New RE. Increases the effect of your Wrecking Crew talent by 3%.
Dark Embrace - New RE. Your Corruption now increases the damage your target takes from your Shadow Bolt, Soul Fire, Shadowburn, and Mind Blast abilities by 2/3%.
Shattered Barrier - No longer stacks.
Fire and Brimstone - Tooltip updated.
Healing Tide - can no longer be rolled on items.
Cataclysm - Now increases the damage of your Hellfire, Rain of Fire, Shadowfury, and Inferno spells by 3/4%.
Sacred Duty - Now reduces the cooldown of your Divine Protection and Divine Shield abilities by 18/20 sec and reduces the duration of your Forbearance by 18/20 sec.
Endless Agony - Now increases your Curse of Agony damage to player by 2% per stack.
Resourcefulness - Now reduces the cooldown of your Hunter Traps and Black Arrow by 1/1.5/2 sec.
Strengthened Soul - New RE. Reduces the duration of your Weakened Soul effect by 1 sec.
Sanctified Light - Now also affects Flash of Light.
Direct Command - New RE. Increases the damage of your Seal of Command by 15%, but it no longer hits additional targets. Does not stack.
Firebrand Traps - New RE. Casting Immolation or Explosive Trap causes your auto attacks to deal an additional 1/2% of your attack power as Fire for 20 sec. This damage can critically strike, but cannot occur more than once every 1.5 sec. This effect deals 50% less damage to players.
Everliving Spirit - New RE. Increases the duration of your Guardian Spirit by 1 sec, but reduces its healing bonus by 5%.
Powerful Tides - New RE. Increases the critical effect chance granted by your Tidal Force by 15/20%.
Critical Mass - Now increases Fire critical chance by 1/2%, but now also stacks.
Deadliness - Reduced effect by 1% at all ranks.
Debilitating Roar - Reworked; Now reduces the cooldown of your Challenging Roar by 18/18/20 sec, increases its duration by 1/1/1 sec, and also causes targets affected to have their Physical damage reduced by 2/2/3%.
Improved Mind Blast - Reworked. Now increases the damage of your Mind Blast by 4/5%.
Improved Beacon of Light - Removed first and last rank of RE. Now reduces the mana cost of your Beacon of Light by 30/30/33%, and increases its duration by 18/20/20 sec.
Savage Defense - Now increases the effect of your Savage Defense by 5/6%, from 4/5%.
Killer Instincts - Now increases your melee and ranged critical strike chance by 1/1% and increases the damage of your Counterattack by 4/5%.
Holy Harmony - New RE. Your Renew also increases the healing your target receives from your Priest direct healing spells by 2/3/4%.
Pyroclasm - Reworked; Now increases the effect of your Pyroclasm talent by 1/2% and stacks up to 3 times.
Blaze Ward - Damage reduced by 50% in PvP combat.
Crackling Thunder - Attack Power scaling increased to 7% per tick, and now is affected by Thunder Clap modifiers.
Sudden Death - Chance to proc changed to PPM. This should result in higher proc chance for single 2H builds using this talent and RE.
Mental Quickness - New RE. Increases your spell power by 1% of your attack power.
There is a new UI indicator on the character panel which shows how many of a random enchant you currently have equipped, how many times it stacks, and whether or not it is currently active.
In For the Kill - Reworked; now causes your Mortal Strike ability to refresh the duration of Rend on the target.
Elune????s Blessing - New RE. Your Rejuvenation, Regrowth, Wild Growth, and Riptide spells now apply Elune????s Blessing to their target. This effect increases the critical strike chance of your direct healing Nature spells on the target by 1/2% per RE.
Divine Litany - New RE. Your Holy Shock casts reduce the cooldown of your Divine Favor by 1/2 sec per RE.
Random Enchants which increase the range of spells no longer stack.
Copious Power - Has been reworked. Now triggers from casting Power Word: Shield and increases the healing of your next Priest direct heal or absorb spell.
Healing Shield - New RE. Your Power Word: Shield now heals the target for 2/3/4% of the damage it absorbs.
Blessing of the Divines - No longer can trigger Guardian Spirit, has a new visual for its damage reduction effect and should no longer trigger from non-healing spells.
General
Head of Onyxia is no longer unique. (Active on next server restart).
Head of Nefarian is no longer unique. (Active on next server restart).
Quests
Fixed issues with the Head of Onyxia quest. (Active on next server restart).
General
Added Alterac Valley item vendors. (The items will only cost honor and not require reputation).
Removed all reputation requirements on WSG/AB/AV items and increased the honor prices.

Corrected honor cost values from PvP vendors on Laughing Skull.

Fixed various issues with vendors in Booty Bay on Laughing Skull
Player controlled pets should no longer update their speed automatically based on their owner's speed. (Slow effects on players will not also slow that player's pet if the pet itself is not slowed.)
The auction house should now properly display robes when searching for the relevant parameters.
Talents & Abilities
Improved Steady Shot should no longer be consumed by Chimera Shot.
Totems now scale with the owner's crit chance.
