Talents & Abilities
Felhunter's Spell Lock has had its cooldown increased to 30 sec, from 24.
Improved Cone of Cold now reduces the cast speed of Frostbolt by 25%, from 30%.
Brain Freeze now reduces the damage dealt by Fireball to players by 30%, from 20%.
Damage Shield now deals 25% less damage to players.
Surge of Light no longer reduces the mana cost of Smite and Flash Heal.
Flametongue Weapon now deals 15% less damage to players.
Holy Nova now deals 20% less damage to players.
Burning Determination now correctly states on its tooltip that it has a 20 sec ICD.
Hunter pets now properly scale with their owner's ranged attack power and stamina once more.
Animal Handler now properly increases your pet's attack power by 5/10%.
Dual Wield Specialization now increases your Fire, Nature, and Frost damage by 4/7/10%, from 10/10/10%, and the PPM has been adjusted so that all ranks now have 7 PPM, from 4/7/10.
Item Changes
Shaman PvP boots now properly increase the movespeed of your Ghost Wolf.
Blade of Eternal Darkness now procs from triggered spells such as Arcane Missile and Penance.
Abyss Shard now requires that you have Drain Soul learned to summon a Voidwalker.
Mystic Enchants
Raging Thunder now properly increases the threat of Thunder Clap.
General
Fixed an SQL related bug causing AQ40 gear to not drop in the world on LS. It was only dropping off of a few distinct creatures due to this fault.

Item Changes
Enchants from Argent Dawn and Zul'Gurub are no longer soulbound on High-Risk. (Change active on next server restart).
Materials required for Ahn'Qiraj quests or gear are no longer soulbound on High-Risk. (Change active on next server restart).
Fixed a bug where lootbox rewards from callboard quests were not soulbound. They now are.
Zul'Gurub set items (excluding necklaces) no longer require reputation to equip on Andorhal.
Schematic: Biznicks 247x128 Accurascope, Schematic: Force Reactive Disk, Schematic: Core Marksman Rifle will no longer be soulbound on High-Risk servers. (Change active after next server restart).

Quests
Fixed an issue where many 'A Lesser Known Issue' callboard quests would not properly display where the quest takes place on the map. This change will go into effect after our next server restart.

Quests
Applied a fix to 'Keeping Evil At Bay: Darkwhisper Gorge'. Mousing over a Hedarine Lieutenant will now display the quest item that it drops, and will display your current progress to make it more clear that they are the quest requirement. This change will go into effect after our next server restart.
Fixed an issue where the alternate Chimaerok Horn types would not drop, barring the completion of 'Keeping Evil At Bay: Isle of Dread'.
Dungeons & Raids
Skeram's illusions now deal Physical damage.
Reduced the physical damage of Skeram's illusions by 60%.
General
Fixed an issue where players couldn't enchant items
Fixed a bug where Hippogryph Masters wouldn't summon Enraged Hippogryphs when attacked. (Active on next server restart).
The summons from Flight Masters will now attack you even if you attacked from range. (Active on next server restart).
The First-Class Experimental Teleporter is now availabe in Booty Bay on Andorhal as well.
You no longer gain glory from kills in Battlegrounds.
In battlegrounds, such as Arathi Basin or Eye of the Storm, a small amount of glory is awarded to every player on a team for reaching certain score or resource milestones.
Crow's Cache now has a 20 min announcement timer.
Item Changes
Corrected an issue where the Spoils of War box from the Call Board was missing some of its epic drops.
Dungeons & Raids
Reduced the damage of Skeram's Arcane abilities by 15%. These values were far too high after our new static resistance changes due to a lack of good sources of Arcane resistance.
Mystic Enchants
Increased the scaling of Stormbringer, Deathbringer, Righteous Zealot, Spell Slinger and Frost Lich by 250% and Harbinger of Flame by 50% in PvE combat.
General
The Maul is no longer a 1v1 zone.
You should no longer be able to drop a chest on High-Risk if falling through the world.
Mind Control is re-enabled.
Cooldowns reduced by talents or by other means should now show the correct cooldown right away (instead of correcting in the end).
Range indicators should now be greatly improved for single target spells.
Fixed an issue where the Law exalted buff wasn't applying.
Booty Bay flight masters should now be unattackable.
Fixed a bug where your pet, after dismounting, would be at a different health than before mounting.
Talents & Abilities
Frost Ward rank 1 now shows up on the Frost tab in the spellbook as intended.
Inner Fire should no longer be consumed by using certain abilities.
Backdraft can now be triggered by Mind Blast.
Fixed a bug where Mage and Warlock armors could trigger the gcd of War Stomp.
Fingers of Frost will now only proc from Mage and Shaman frost damage effects.
Winter's Chill will now only proc from Mage and Shaman frost damage effects.
Fixed a bug where Winter'as Chill and Fingers of Frost would proc incorrectly.
Mutilate - Now deals an additional 40% damage to targets afflicted by one of your Rogue Poisons, up from 30%.
Charge - Should no longer cause targets to move, or appear to blink, away from the caster when rooted, and should no longer fail to be used while you????re in water.
Beast Mastery - When unlearned all exotic pets should now be dismissed.
Fire Totems - Now properly scale with owner????s critical strike and hit chance.
Owlkin Frenzy - Now only works while in Moonkin form.
Lava Lash - Now has its damage bonus applied properly while your Off-Hand is enchanted with Flametongue.
Thunderclap - Now proc Deep Wounds and has had its PvP modifier changed from 20% reduced damage to 15%.
Shockwave - Now proc Deep Wounds.
Moonkin Form - Updated tooltip to indicate you can now gain mana from AoE abilities.
Second Wind - No longer triggers when you perform certain abilities such as using Kidney Shot.
Rampage - Can no longer be stacked.
Mental Quickness - updated tooltip to clarify it????s based on melee attack power.
Sheath of Light - updated tooltip to clarify it????s based on melee attack power.
Demonic Pact- will now give healing power as well and will override Totem of Wrath if it gives higher total spell power.
Growl- Now usable in Cat and Moonkin forms.
Taunt - Now usable in Metamorphosis form.
Divine Favor - Cooldown reduced to 1 min, from 2 min?»?.

World
The goblin teleporters on High Risk should no longer malfunction.
Transport boats and zeppelins should no longer appear in random locations in the world.
Light's Hope guards should now assist in PvP combat.
Flight masters and their respective summons now have increased health and damage.
All level 50+ Rare Monsters now have a random respawn timer..
Lowered the respawn time of several level 50+ Rare Monsters with a high respawn time.
Greedy Demons have been reworked. They will now try to escape from you but they also carry around epic loot. They now only appear in high level zones.
The rare monsters Duke Ragereaver, Baron Bloodbane, and Death Knight Soulbearer have had their levels adjusted to 59, and will drop loot accordingly
Tidelord Rrurgaz is now rare and will drop loot accordingly
Certain high level rare mobs have had their raid loot drop chances slightly increased. (Generally ones with health).
The Elemental Invasion has been reworked. The boss now has a chance to spawn after you kill an invader. Also added portals where the invaders spawn from.
AQ40 gear will now drop in the world on Laughing Skull. (No gear from Ouro and C'thun which will be released at a later point).
Crow's Cache now drops AQ40 gear.
Item Changes
Faction Change Potion is no longer unique.
Mystic Enchants
Arctic Reach now increases its range by yards instead of percentages. (Actual range increase unchanged).
Destructive Reach now increases its range by yards instead of percentages. (Actual range increased unchanged).
The Stormbringer damage is renamed to Lightning Blast, from Lightning Strike, for easier combat log tracking.
Quests
Warchief's Blessing - Now properly applies to players and quest completes as intended.
