General
Held In Off-hand items now increase spell damage by 4% and healing by 2%.
All Staves now increase spell damage by 6% and all healing by 4%.
All Shields now reduce spell damage and healing by 10% while equipped and increase threat by 15%.
Spell Mastery has been disabled. It will be removed from the General tab at a future date.
Talents & Abilities
Holy Fire- Damage and scaling increased by 15%. Now deals 75% damage to players, from 80%.
Smite- Cast time reduced to 2.2 sec, from 2.5.
Holy Nova- Damage and scaling increased by 15%. Now deals 75% damage to players, from 80%.
Penance-Damage and scaling increased by 15%. Now deals 75% damage to players, from 80%.
Holy Shock- Damage and scaling increased by 15%. Now deals 90% damage to players.
Frost Nova- Damage and scaling increased by 15%.
Blizzard- Damage and scaling increased by 15%.
Cone of Cold- Damage and scaling increased by 15%. Now deals 90% damage to players.
Frostbolt- Cast time reduced to 2.7 sec, from 3.
Living Bomb- Damage and Scaling increased by 5%.
Fiery Payback now reduces the cast time of your Pyroblast by 1.25/2.5 seconds, from 2/4 seconds
Flamestrike- Damage and scaling increased by 10%.
Pyroblast- Cast time reduced to 4 sec, from 6.
Scorch- Damage and scaling increased by 15%.
Fireball- Cast time reduced to 3 sec, from 3.5.
Evocation- Cast time reduced to 6 sec, from 8.
Arcane Barrage- Damage and scaling increased by 15%. Now deals 90% damage to players.
Missile Barrage- Now reduces the cast time of Arcane Missiles by 2 sec, from 2.5.
Arcane Missiles- Cast time reduced to 4 sec, from 5. Now deals 85% damage to players.
Hurricane- Damage and scaling increased by 15%.
Starfall- Damage and scaling increased by 25% and duration reduced to 8 sec, from 10. Now deals 80% damage to players.
Insect Swarm- Damage and scaling increased by 10%.
Moonfire- Damage and scaling increased by 10%. Deals 10% reduced damage to players.
Entangling Roots- damage and scaling increased by 10%.
Starfire- cast time reduced to 3 sec, from 3.5.
Wrath- damage and scaling has been increased by 15%.
Master of Deception now has 3 ranks, from 5, but grants the same value at max rank as before.
Stealth now lasts for 20 sec, from a toggleable state and has a 20 sec cooldown, from 10 sec.
Camouflage now increases the duration of Stealth by 4/7/10 and reduces its cooldown by 4/7/10 sec.
Beacon of Light has had its tooltip corrected to indicate it only triggers from direct healing spells, not healing over time effects.
Setup now decreases the dodge granted by Ghostly Strike by a total of 10%, from 15, and increases parry granted by a total of 10%, from 15.
Ghostly Strike now grants 10% dodge, from 15%, and now lasts 10 sec, from 8.
Survival of the Fittest now grants 10% bonus armor from cloth and leather items per point, from 4%.
Fade is now usable in shapeshift forms.
Natural Reaction no longer grants passive dodge chance and instead converts 11/22/33% of your Agility to dodge rating. It also now grants 4/7/10 rage on dodge, from 1/2/3.
Fleet Footed no longer reduces the duration of movement impairing effects, and instead now gives a 7/14/20% chance per combo point spent to clear movement impairing effects from your character.
Mystic Enchants
Blademaster now grants 10% parry chance after using Riposte, from 12%, and increases your block value after using Shield Slam by 20%, from 10%.
Nature's Fervor now grants 4% reduced Physical damage, from 5%, for 6 sec, from 3.
Spirit Dash now has a 30 sec internal cooldown, from 20.

Dungeons & Raids
Temporarily reduced the damage of Sartura's Dancing Blades and Skeram's Arcane Explosions while we trace an issue where they were triggering more often than intended.
General
Reduced and balanced pricing of second set of PVP gear.
Fixed an issue where Crow's Cache would not spawn despite the event initiating
General
Rune of Perfection is no longer unique-equip due to a bug that allowed people to receive and equip two of them despite the restriction.
Resorted PvP vendors to more clearly feature Ascension specific additions such as mystic orbs, mystic runes, tome of specialization, etc
Fixed an issue where Elemental Invasions were displaying as active on the Call Boards when not active.
Quests
Wandering Shay - Fixed an issue where the quest would complete too early. Also fixed a bug where she would stop moving after a fight.
They Grow Up So Fast - You will now receive Venomhide Ravasaur when you complete the quest.
Dead Mans Plea - Quest credit will properly be given when Baron Rivendare dies.
Its a Secret to Everybody - Fixed A Small Bag not giving any items.
Item Changes
Fixed a bug where The Unstoppable Force and Lobotimizer from alliance vendor would be usable for alliance only. Also corrected the stamina amount on that The Unstoppable Force version to 15 stamina.
Talents & Abilities
Fixed a bug where Dispersion wasn't giving its intended mana.

Necrotic Rune is no longer soulbound and can be traded with other players.
General
Enchant Weapon - Spellpower now grants 30 spell damage, instead of 30 spell power.
Enchant Weapon - Healing Power now grants 30 healing power, instead of 29 spell power.
Non-combat pets should now match their owner's speed.
Talents & Abilities
Unleashed Rage now grants 2/4/6% bonus magic damage while Shamanistic Rage is active, from 4/7/10%, and it now includes Holy damage in this effect.
Juggernaut no longer increases the critical chance of your next Mortal Strike.
Frostbrand Weapon now also grants Frost spellpower.
Frenzy now has 3 ranks, from 5, and has a 33/66/100% chance to proc its effect, from 20/40/60/80/100%.
Ferocity now has 3 ranks, from 5, and grants 4/7/10% crit chance to your tamed pet, from 2/4/6/8/10%.
Unleashed Fury now increases your tamed pet's damage by 5% per point, from 3%.
Prayer of Shadow Protection has had its duration increased to 60 min, from 20.
Shadow Protection has had its duration increased to 30 min, from 10.
Cheap Shot now costs 50 energy, from 60.
Water Shield now has 5 stacks, from 3.
Unbreakable Will now grants 4% Stun, Fear, and Silence reduction per point, from 5%.
Improved Mind Blast no longer requires Shadowform to apply its MS effect.
Dirty Deeds now also grants a 50/100% chance to cause your Shadowstep to generate 30 energy.
Swipe now generates ~20% more threat and its scaling has been increased to 10%, from 6.3%.
Thunder Clap now generates 100% additional threat, from 120%.
Thunder Clap now scales with 19.8% attack power, from 13.2%, and it's 2H weapon bonus has been reduced to ~25% bonus damage. This should result in about 12% less damage while using a 2H weapon and about 29% increased damage while a 2H is not equipped.
Auto Shot is no longer delayed by spell casts
Mystic Enchants
Unbreakable Will no longer stacks.
Cobra Strikes now grants 10/11/12/13/14% additional chance to trigger your Cobra Strikes talent, from 4/5/6/7/8%.
Wild Felfire now scales with 14% of your spell power per tick, from 9%.
General
Crow's Cache will now always drop AQ40 gear.

Fixed a bug where your weapon damage could be reduced when swapping gear.

Fixed a bug with Spell Slinger where it would not proc the Clearcasting effect.

Increased max combat duration for 1v1 Honorable Combat to 6 minutes, up from 3.

The AQ 40 Conqueror set now properly triggers its 5 set bonus without Deep Wounds learned.

Reduced Ragnaros' physical (fire) damage by 10%.
Mystic Enchants
Crackling Thunder once again works without Deep Wounds.
Random enchants which used internal cooldowns (E.G. Warcry and Spirit Dash) once again work as intended.
Talents & Abilities
The lingering ground effect of Flamestrike no longer stacks with itself when the same rank of the spell is used.
Empowered Rejuvenation now increases the scaling of your Rejuvenation by 14/27/40%, from 7/14/20%.
Improved Rejuvenation now increases the healing done by your Rejuvenation by 10/20/30%, from 5/10/15%.
Rejuvenation has had its base healing reduced by 10% and its scaling reduced by 25%.
Empowered Renew now grants 10/20/30% increased scaling of your Renew, from 5/10/15%.
Improved Renew now grants 10/20/30% increased healing done by Renew, from 5/10/15%.
Renew has had its base healing reduced by 10% and its scaling reduced by 20%.
Felhunter's Devour Magic has had its cooldown increased to 14 sec, from 8, and its mana cost has been increased by 50%.
Improved Felhunter now reduces the cooldown of Devour Magic by 2/4 sec.
Item Changes
Scourge Stick should now function properly.
