Talents & Abilities
Elemental Devastation now lasts 12 seconds, from 10.
Weapon Expertise now grants 5/10 expertise, from 4/8.
Cut to the Chase has been reduced to 3 points and now grants a 33/66/100% chance to trigger its effect and can now be triggered by Expose Armor and Rupture, in addition to Eviscerate and Envenom. (Seasonal only)
Omen of Clarity can now proc from ranged auto attacks. (Seasonal only)
Savage Combat now increase melee attack power by 1/2%, from 2/4%. (Seasonal only)
Commanding Presence now has 2 ranks and grants 12/25% bonus effect to Battle and Commanding Shout. (Seasonal only)
Bloodthirst now scales with 43% of your attack power, from 50%. (Seasonal only)
Lightning Shield now deals 70% damage to players, from 90%.
Static Shock now has a 4/8/12% chance to proc, from 3/6/9%.
Mystic Enchants
Chilled to the Bone now properly increases Frost damage done, and not critical strike chance.
Weapon Expertise now grants 4 expertise, from 2.
Omen of Clarity can now proc from ranged auto attacks. (Seasonal only)
Static Shock now increases the chance to trigger the talent by 2/3%, from 2/2%.

Outlaws and Criminals can now interact with Mankrik's Wife. . .
Reduced requirements for Dream Bough Keeping evil at by to 40 from 60 and increased drop chance % and amount.
Keeping Evil at Bay quests now appropriately suggest having at least 3 people. They are small group quests.

Seasonal: Fixed an issue where hunter pets would inherit too much stamina and attack power from its owner.
Item Changes
The Stormcaller Shaman set bonus from AQ 40 will no longer consume multiple stacks of the proc effect by casting Chain Heal.
Seasonal: Reduced the stamina on the tier 1 blue PvP gear (itemlevel 63) by 25%, back to its original values. (Will be active after next server restart)

Corrected an issue where 'Seasonal Quest: Stranger Things' was giving the incorrect quest rewards. It is now in line with the other difficult seasonal quests in terms of rewards.

Seasonal: We've temporarily disabled queueing for battlegrounds as a group while we address some balance issues.
Fixed an issue with Meeting Stones outside of dungeons
Implemented fix for Sanctioned Hunt quests being unable to be turned in, will give them more treatment in the near future for requirements to be clearer
Level 55-60 Sanctioned Hunt quests will now give scavenged spoils of war

Added guard POI to the Booty Bay guards for the Bloodscalp realm.
Added neutral Alliance PvP gear smugglers to Booty Bay. You can find them in The Old Port Authority. They can be found near the Boomstick Imports East shop.
Added a pet trainer to Booty Bay named Graz Ficklehook. He can be located on the first level of Tan-Your-Hide Leatherworks.

World
Updated over 200 guard's AI combat as well as they now ignore feign death properly to prevent abuse. Additional guards are now present at major quest hubs as well as new guards at previously unguarded quest hubs.

Mystic Enchants
Soul Siphon now grants 2% additional damage per DoT, down from 3%.
Improved Barrage now increases the critical chance of your Multi-Shot and Aimed Shot abilities by 4/5/6%, from 8/10/12%.
Improved Thunder Clap now increases the damage of your Thunder Clap by 6%, from 10%.
Searing Light now increases the damage of Holy Fire, Smite, Exorcism, Penance, and Holy Nova by 2/3/4%, from 3/4/5%.
Booming Thunder now deals 6% damage per stack to players, from 11%.
Booming Echoes no longer reduces the cooldown of your Shaman Shocks, now also increases the damage of your Earth Shock, and its rank is reduced to Common, from Rare.
Barrage now increases the damage of your Multi-Shot, Volley, and Aimed Shot by 4/5/6%, from 6/7/8%.
Empowered Imp now increases the damage of your Imp by 6/7/8%, from 11/13/15%.
Improved Intercept now increases the damage of your Intercept by 8/10% instead of reducing its cooldown.
Pyroclasm has had its ranks increased to Rare and Epic, from Uncommon and Rare.
Elemental Precision now increases the hit of all spells, not just Shaman, and has had its ranks reduced to Common, from Rare.
Improved Berserker Stance has had its ranks reduced to Common and Uncommon, from Uncommon and Rare.
Swift Justice has had its rank increased to Epic, from Rare.
