[Pending Restart] [All Realms] Uncommon, Rare and Epic BLIZZLIKE profession recipes now share a loot slot for all Vanilla and TBC dungeon and raid creatures that are able to drop recipes. You will now see Uncommon recipes less often and Epic recipes on a higher frequency. The overall drop rate for recipes stays the same.
[Pending Restart] [All Realms] Increased the chance for dungeon and raid creatures to drop High Risk enchanting recipes to 1% up from 0.5%. Rare and Epic High Risk enchanting recipes now share a loot slot.
[Pending Restart] [The Black Temple] Corrected multiple issues where certain trash creatures would run to each others aid even when they were multiple hundred yards away from each other. Note that this does not apply to Dragonmaw Drakecaller in the courtyard before supremus as they intentionally allert distant allied troops with their abilities.
[Pending Restart] [The Black Temple] Corrected multiple issues where certain trash creatures that definitly should not be able to defied the laws of gravity and could fly through the air.
[The Black Temple] [The Shade of Akama] The Shade of Akama drops a new token item, The Ashtongue Jewel, this Token drops on Heroic and higher difficulties and is handled like a Tier Token. It can be used to Upgrade Ashtongue Reputation Tokens to the jewels represented difficulty at Okuno, the Quartermaster of the Ashtongue Deathsworn inside the Black Temple.
[Pending Restart] [The Black Temple] Corrected multiple issues where some heroic difficulty creatures would have different models then on normal difficulty.
[Pending Restart] [The Black Temple] Corrected multiple issues where creatures would wiggle around in almost cartoonish fashion if rapidly hit by critical strikes. This is mostly notable for larger creatures that have a longer life time. BT creatures will no longer play reactive animations to every critical strike, parry and dodge.
[Pending Restart] [The Black Temple] Corrected multiple issues where trash creatures and boss-summons had unintended health and damage values, Not corresponding to the creatures level.

Fixed an issue where some items were not dropping in High Risk from Black Temple.

[Elune] [Pending Restart] - Fixed a bug where Temporal Eclipse was proccing at a singular stack of Temporal Haste.
[Elune] [Pending Restart] - Fixed a bug where Arcane Blast was also benefitting from Temporal Haste despite explicitly mentioning that it should not benefit from Temporal Haste.
[Pending Restart][Elune] Corrected a tooltip of Carnage Incarnate to mention that the damage dealt is split among targets hit.
[Pending Restart][Elune] Fixed a bug where Shadow Missles were not working with Prophet of Wrath talent.

[A52] [Pending Update] Fixed a bug causing some ranks of Grape Shot to not be visible in the spellbook.

[The Black Temple] [Illidan Stormrage] Corrected an issue where Illidan would use an unintended model during his Metamorphosis Phase.
[Pending Restart] [The Black Temple] [Teron Gorefiend] Corrected an issue where Teron Gorefiend would summon an unmanagable amount of constructs on higher player counts.
[Pending Restart] [The Black Temple] [Mother Shahraz] Corrected an issue where Mother Shahraz could become stuck in combat after all player have died during the Bladedance Phase, preventing player from reentering the raid.
[The Black Temple] [Illidan Stormrage] Corrected an issue where the Off-Hand hit of Shear would apply after Shear's armor reduction got applied, causing the Off-Hand Hit to deal a much larger amount of damage then intended. Shear will apply in order - Health reduction, Main-Hand hit, Off-Hand hit, Armor reduction.
General
Lunar Festival quests that grant Coins of Ancestry will now be reset everytime the Lunar Festival starts each year.
Fixed an issue where the Healing Reduction debuff from earth and moon was causing the increased magic damage taken to stack with other modifiers like curse of the elements.

Updated the extended tooltip of Slice and Ice to explicitly state that the procced Ice Lance cannot proc other procs. No mechanics were changed, this is just adding clarity to how they currently work.

Fixed a tooltip bug where Gathering Will did not indicate Fire Blast could generate stacks. Both Fireball and Fire Blast casts can grant new stacks.

Shadow Kindling is now a buff applied to the player. This will allow this talent to be used in faster paced content like Manastorm and Mythic+.

Fixed a bug where Unleashed Fuego could hit targets before Fuego, this circumvented consuming pyroblast procs allowing it to gain twice the benefit from modifiers.

[Pending Restart][Mythic Dungeons & Manastorm][RFK] Amnennar the Coldbringer - Fixed an issue where the Frost Nova was scaling from level 20 instead of 60. This has reduced the base damage in Mythic by ~70%

[Elune] [Area 52] [T.N.T] Now increases the damage of Explosive Shot, Explosive Trap, Black Arrow and Immolation trap by 4/8/12%, from 3/6/9%.
[Elune] [Area 52] [Poisons] Increased the attack power and spell power scaling of Instant, Deadly and Wound Poison by 5%.
[Elune] [Area 52] [Mortal Shots] now increases the critical strike damage of your ranged hunter abilities by 7/14/20% up from 5/10/15%.
[Elune] [Area 52] [Gloomblade] The Weapon % damage of Gloomblade has gone from 150% to 140%, and its on-hit has had its scaling reduced by 8%.
[Elune] [Area 52] [Ferocity] now increases the critical strike chance of your Tamed Pet by 5%/10%/15% up from 3%/6%/10%.
[Elune] [Area 52] [Dark Hunting] Increased the Hunter shot damage increase from Dark Hunting by from 4/8% to 5/10%.
[Elune] [Area 52] [Aspect Mastery] now increases the attack power bonus of Aspect of the Hawk by 40%/80% up from 30%/60%.
[Elune] [Area 52] [Animal Handler] now increases the attack power of your Tamed Beast by 6%/12% up from 5%/10%.
