[Tree of Wrath] Fixed an issue where Tree of Wrath spells could be used outside of Spirit Main Stat. This Enchant specifies that it required Spirit Main Stat.

Talents & Abilities
[Pending Patch/Restart] [Holy Specialization] Holy Specialization now grants 4% critical strike chance to Holy spells up from 3%.
[Pending Patch/Restart] [Holy Specialization] Holy Specialization now stacks to 5 down from 10.
[Pending restart] Fixed an issue where Holy Nova could not trigger certain effects that proc from healing, including for example the Blessing of the Divines legendary enchant.
[Pending restart] Reduced the base duration of Glooblade to 6 seconds. Down from 8 seconds.
[Pending restart] Sinister Calling talent now also increases the duration of your Glooblade by 1/2/3 seconds.
[Pending restart] Static shock talent now also increased the damage of your Lightning Shield by 15/30/45%.
Mystic Enchants
[Pending Patch] [Stormgarde] Stormgarde now once again has a thunder style visual that wont flashbang your fellow heroes!
[Pending Restart/Patch] [One With The Light] One With The Light now only grants 1 additional stack of Holy Specialization instead of 2. (This has been reduced because the stack count of Holy Specialization has been reduced from 10 max down to 5 max.)
[Pending Restart/Patch] [One With The Light] Empowered Light reduces the cast time of your next Holy Fire by 25% per stack. Stacking 4 times.
[Pending Restart/Patch] [One With The Light] One With The Lights Holy Fire cast time reduction has been moved to its own buff instead of being tied to Holy Specialization. This new buff is called Empowered Light. (This means it won’t be consumed by casting other holy spells in your rotation and is independant from Holy Specialization, this should smooth out the rotation and add quality of life to the feel of it.)
[Pending restart][Lucifur] Fixed an issue where Cataclysm did not have a global cooldown.
[Pending restart][Lucifur] Adjusted the base damage and level scaling of Cataclysm. This functionally means nothing for max level.
[Pending restart][Lucifur] Reduced Charred Bite direct damage, reduced base damage overall and increased the scaling so SP and AP the increases will now be noticeable.
[Pending restart][Lucifur] Devil's Ignition SP and AP scaling has been increased by 20%.
[Pending restart][Lucifur] Adjusted base damage and scaling per combo point for the dot from Charred Bite. The base will be around 30-40% lower on all ranks and scaling has been reduced by 30%.
[Pending restart][Edge of Fury] Edge of Fury now increases damage of your next Killing Spree by 15%. Down from 20%.
[Pending restart][Blood for the Blood God] Reduced the duration of Bathe in Blood to 9 seconds. Down from 12 seconds.
[Pending restart][Edge of Fury] Decreased base damage and scaling of Blind Revenge and Spiteful Strike by 10%.
[Pending restart][Dark Ranger] Increased the scaling of Shadow Arrow damage over time by 20%.
[Pending restart][Dark Ranger] Increased the weapon damage contribution of Shadow Arrow to 120%. Up form 90%.
[Pending restart][Dark Ranger] Increased the weapon damage contribution of Blood Arrow to 90%. Up from 70%.
[Pending restart][Dark Ranger] Increased the scaling of Blood Arrow damage over time by 20%.
[Pending restart][Master of Shadows] increased damage and scaling of the shadow damage proc by 30%. It is now able to critically strike by default (does not require the original ability to crit). However, scoring a critical hit with rogue ability WILL still guarantee the triggered damage to critically hit.
[Pending restart][Master of Shadows] Casting Shadow bolt through Nightfall will trigger two instances of shadow damage, both will critically hit.
[Pending restart][Master of Shadows] Gloomblade Criticals will trigger Apprentice of Shadows. Additionally, initial hit of Glooblade now also triggers additional shadow damage, same as other abilities within Master of Shadows toolkit.
[Pending restart][Shadow Arrow] Shadow Arrow has been renamed to Shadow Arsenal, now it also triggers of Gloomblade. Now it reads: Your Black Arrow and Gloomblade abilities now increase the shadow damage done by your spells and abilities. Black Arrow by 10%. Gloomblade by 5%. These effects do not stack.
[Pending restart][Primordial Fury] Increased the weapon damage contribution to the Primordial fury damage proc to 85%. Up from 70%.
[Pending restart][Fire Watch] Increased the duration of Exploding Storm buff to 20 seconds.
[Pending restart][Static shock] Rare Mystic Enchant now also increases the damage of your Lightning Shield by 10%.
[Pending restart][Righteous Flames] Inner Flames is now a single target spell. Its damage has been greatly increased to account for this.
[Pending restart][Elemental Lord] No longer prohibits buffs granted by Elemenal Blast.
[Pending restart][Righteous Flames] Increased the amount of Inner Fire charges generated via Holy Fire (Righteous Flames) damaging hits to 10.
[Pending restart][Elemental Lord] Elemental Earth/Frost/Fire now increase damage of your next shock by 150% (75% against players). Up from 100%.
[Pending restart][Elemental Lord] Elemental Air now also increases the damage dealt to monsters by your next Elemental Blast by 30%.
[Pending restart][Forbidden Technique] Shadow Powers now decreases the cooldown of your Forbidden Technique by 3 seconds.
[Pending restart][Stormborn] Fixed an issue where Stormborn damage proc had lower hybrid scaling than intended.
[Pending restart][Forbidden Technique] Fixed an issue where Shadow Dagger would not scale its damage past level 60.
[Pending restart][Ragefire Nova] Reduced the scaling of Ragefire Burn by 20%.
[Pending restart][Forbidden Technique] Increased weapon damage contribution of Forbidden Technique to 230%. Up from 130%.
[Pending restart][Ragefire Nova] Ragefire Burn no longer scales from fire nova modifiers.
[Pending restart][Shadow Visions] Increased durations on Soul Fragment and Shadow Visions buffs to 15 seconds.
[Pending restart][Shadow Visions] Casting empowered Vampiric Touch now increased the shadow damage target takes by 10%. Up from 5%.
[Pending restart][Shadow Visions] Increased damage and scaling of Engulfing Shadows, the proc from casting empowered Devouring Plague
[Pending restart][Shadow Visions] Reduces the channel time of your Mind Flay by 1 second.
General
[Requires Launcher Update] Added a button to the bottom left of selected recipes in the profession window which will open your browser to the selected recipe on ascension db.
Charred Bite (dot) damage reduced by 7% in pvp combat.
Penance(level70) healing has been increased by 5% in pvp combat.
Mystic Enchants
Updated Mystic Enchant tooltips that stated "Shadowbolt" to properly state "Shadow Bolt" to fix search functionality and ensure consistency with the actual spell name.

[Pending Restart] Hasty Disarm now reduces disarm's cooldown by 2 seconds each(down from 3).
Sinister Strike (level 60) pvp mod is now the same as it is at level 70.
[Pending Restart] The Cooldown of Disarm, and dismantle has been increased by 10 seconds.
[Pending Restart] The Cooldown of repentance has been increased by 5 seconds.
Double down now reduces the damage of Sinister Strike in pvp by 10%.

[Pending Restart] Corrected an issue where Dynamic Dummies would not spawn in Stormwind and Orgrimmar.
Item Changes
[Pending Restart] - Fixed an issue where Don Julios Heart, Crimson Sun and Kailee's Rose was not purchasble with the release of Hyjal. These items additionally will now be purchasable with ZA release instead for future releases.
Fixed an issue where [The Bringer of Death] dropped in Heroic/Mythic/Ascended raids did have lower Spell Power than intended.
Recipe: Void Bait will now drop from Twisted Bait Beast Nests and Call Board Caches.

[Pending Restart] [Karazhan] [The Opera] Corrected an issue where Barnes did throw a tantrum over player skipping his high quality introductions to each event and refused to let player choose the encounter if they had complerted "The New Directive" quest.

[Circle of Life] [Pending Restart] Fixed an issue where Circle of Life ranks 2-4 were showing in the general tab instead of the Priest tab inside of the spellbook.

Lava sweep damage has been reduced by 5% in pvp combat.
Gurubashi Berserker Causes you to deal 10% less damage with Raging blow in pvp combat.
[Thrall] Titanic mutilate Whirlwind Damage reduced by 5% in pvp combat.

Fixed an issue where Battleworn Thrash Blade could not be equipped in both hands because it was a Unique-equipped weapon, now you can carry one in each hand, both for the prestige and normal version.
Item Changes
Fixed an issue where outdated recipes for Dread Keys could drop. These items were deprecated and never released. The recipes can be safely sold to a vendor.
Dungeons & Raids
[Pending Restart] [Karazhan] [Nightbane] Corrected an issue where Final Hour would not adjust its damage inflicted to the current player count on Ascended difficulty, causing Final Hour to inflict much more raid damage in relation to healing required on higher player counts.
Mystic Enchants
[Battle Fervor] Updated the tooltip to show that that the Battle Fervor buff is applied when your Charge or Battle Charge hits an enemy, not on cast.
[Pending Restart] [One with the Light] Divine Storm (One With The Light) now heals for 8% of its damage dealt like its normal Divine Storm counterpart, down from 25%.
Fixed an issue where the description of the Forged Weapon Mystic Enchants did not clarify that enchantments of the same nature do not stack with each other.

[Requires Launcher Update] Clarified in the D.E.H.T.A Trial that Critter kills will also fail the trial.
[Requires Launcher Update] Lowered the difficulty level of all 3 Spellbind Roulette Trials.
The "Blood mark of war" Sold by "Vik "Angry" Smalls" now costs 15,000 honor, down from 20,000. This token grants the user 1,000 Marks of Ascension.

[High-Risk] These chances will ensure Nether materials do not become a bottleneck to crafting High-Risk enchants and consumables and add additional value to farming outside of event areas.
[High-Risk] Beasts that drop Nether Meat will now drop 1-4 Uncommon, 1-3 Rare or 1-2 Epic Meats, instead of always 1.
[High-Risk] Herbalism Nodes will now drop 1-4 Uncommon, 1-3 Rare or 1-2 Epic Herbs, instead of always 1.
