[Chronomancer] Fixed a bug where the Hit rating granted by Wand Expert was not displayed in the tooltip
[Pending Restart] — Decapitate now costs 45 Energy. After paying this cost, it consumes half of your remaining Energy, up to 55 additional Energy. Each additional Energy consumed increases Decapitate’s damage by approximately 2%, up to a maximum 100% damage increase. This value is up from: 0.75% damage increase per energy consumed up to 100 energy.
[Pending Restart] - Fixed a bug where sometimes you would be unable to apply 2 venoms on venomancer.
[Pending Restart] - Fixed a bug where Azuregos Spell Reflect was sometimes not applying Resilient Constitution to some abilities when reflected, causing them to deal their PvE damage to players.
[Pending Restart] - Fixed a bug where Hoarfrost could be overwritten from other Runemasters.
[Pending Restart] - Necromancers can now receive Replenishment.

Cauldron ingredient tracking will now automatically correct itself if it becomes desynchronized.
Fixed an issue where Cauldron ingredient tracking could become desynchronized, preventing players with Mixologist from adding a second ingredient.
Bloodthistle credits the Witch Doctor in the combat log while still healing the ally who dealt the damage.
Healing Ward now casts from the ward’s location but credits its Witch Doctor owner in combat logs.
Fixed a bug with a talent that was increasing the damage of Fracture, when it had no mention of damage increases to the spell.
[Pending Restart] - Fixed a bug where Rocket Boots was not dispelling root effects upong launch.
[Pyromancer - Flameweaving] - Fixed a bug where you could apply Pheonix Shield twice to the same target
[Guardian] Grand Entrance will now reliably charge back down and route to the enemy selected.
Fallen Champion, Ironspine, Azshir the Sleepless, and Scorn now award boss-level experience instead of mob experience.
[Pending Restart] - Experience gained from Battlegrounds has been increased by 25%.
Handling Questing with Huge Population - An update earlier this week made it so that named creatures that drop their quest items and their kill credit is received by all people who bring that creature to their demise. This update is now being expanded to starter zones, which is insanely high traffic area. All quests inside of Starter Zones now reward kill credit and quest credit to all who contribute to that creature's demise.
[Pending Restart] - The Character Cap has been raised to 100 from 10. You can activate and deactivate characters in the character creation screen by clicking the "Character+Rewind" button to the right of Character Creation.
+ [Pending Restart] - Fixed a bug where Bonewraith was splitting its damage across its target hit by bonestorm. It now reduces the damage less per target.
[Pending Restart] - [Witch Doctor - Brewing] - Spirit Link Idol replaces the old level 50 passive it now reads: Drop a Spirit Link Idol near you for 15 seconds. The idol redistributed the health of all party and raid members every 2 seconds, such that each player ends up with the same percentage of their maximum health.
[Pending Restart] - [Witch Doctor - Brewing] - Mojo Beam can now critically heal baseline. The 50 passive has been reworked.
[Pending Restart] - [Witch Doctor - Brewing] - Jungle Booms has been reworked and it now reads: Jungle Shrooms used from your cauldron now heal for 100% more but heal 3 less targets. This talent is meant to be a switch node from Doctor of the Jungle and allow you to decide where you want heal more.
[Pending Restart] - [Witch Doctor - Brewing] - Doctor of the Jungle now causes your ticks from Jungle Shrooms to happen every 4 seconds instead of every 5. This means this talent reduces the tick rate by 2 seconds, but this is still an overall buff to the tick rate and healing provided.
[Pending Restart] - [Witch Doctor - Brewing] - Jungle Shrooms now heals 8 allies every 6 seconds from every 8 seconds.
[Pending Restart] - [Invention Tinker] - Level 50 Passive - Cybernetic Shield - Your Stim Augmentation now applies an absorption shield equal to 50% of the amount healed, up to 10% of the targets' maximum health.
[Pending Restart] - [Invention Tinker] - Stim Augmentation can now also critically heal.
[Pending Restart] - [Invention Tinker] - Improved Graftbolts (Level 50 Passive) has been merged into Graftbolts (Level 40 Passive). Graftbolts now stack 3 times baesline.
[Pending Restart] - [Invention Tinker] - Overcharge Shield Beacon — absorb amount has been increased by 30%.

[Pending Restart] - [Witch Doctor - Voodoo] - Voice of Bwonsamdi now deals additional Shadow damage equal to 5% of your Spirit and lasts for 20 seconds up from 15.
[Pending Restart] - [Witch Doctor - Voodoo] - Dark Magic now reduces the cast time of Malefic Wrath and Bad Juju by 0.5 seconds up from 0.3 seconds.
[Pending Restart] - [Witch Doctor - Voodoo] - Bad Juju now scales with 100% of your spell power. Additionally, it’s spirit damage coefficient is fixed and now correctly scales with 30% of your spirit.
[Pending Restart] - [Witch Doctor - Voodoo] - Hexfire Wrath - fixed a bug where it had a lower spell power coefficient than Malefic Wrath. It now scales with 75% of your spell power up from 57%. Each DoT tick scales with 10% of your spell power up from 4.5%.
[Pending Restart] - [Witch Doctor - Voodoo] - Overflowing Juju now reduces the cooldown of Bad Juju by 10 seconds up from 8 seconds.
[Pending Restart] - [Witch Doctor - Voodoo] - Puppeteer’s threads now store 15% of the damage dealt, up from 10%.
[Pending Restart] - [Necromancer - Rime] - Frozen Power and Frigidness have swapped places. Additionally, it is now a 1/1 talent from 2/2. It retains full power for half the cost.
[Pending Restart] - [Necromancer - Rime] - Refreshing Chill now makes Ice Barrage instant cast in place of its runic power cost reduction.
[Pending Restart] - [Necromancer - Rime] - Champion of Kel'Thuzad and Permafrost have swapped positions, with Permafrost now occupying the level 50 passive slot.
[Pending Restart] - [Necromancer - Rime] - Glacial Impact now scales with 135% of your spell power, up from 100%.
[Pending Restart] - [Necromancer - Rime] - Each Ice Barrage hit now scales with 59.71% of your spell power, up from 35%.

[Pending Restart] - [Pyromancer - Incineration] - The spell power scaling of Explode has been increased by 20%.

[Pending Restart] - [Pyromancer - Incineration] - The Burned Capstone effect now correctly benefits Scorched, increasing the periodic damage.
[Pending Restart] - [Pyromancer - Incineration] - Scorched duration has been doubled and the damage dealt per critical hit now accumulates. This means if you crit back to back, the damage of scorched is increased for each crit.

[Pending Restart] - Bloodmage has a new ability: "Blood Covenant". You sacrifice 90% of your own health to carve a large blood rune into the ground. Once allies are inside, they may start sacrificing their own health to summon more party and raid members.
[Pending Restart] - Chronomancer has a new ability: "Hourglass of Time". This spell places a Chromatic Hourglass which merges allies timeline into your own and summons them to your current location.
[Pending Restart] - Cultist has a new ability: "Eldritch Obelisk". This spell places a summoning obelisk from the old gods, allowing you and another ally to summon members of your party and raid group to your current location.
Fixed a bug with Carve from Felsworn to where it was dealing more damage than intended, we are going to continue to monitor this ability and ensure that Tyrant - Felsworn remains a high damage output tank, but is not out-damaging actual DPS roles.
