[Pending Restart] - Fixed an issue where the Will of Soggoth was dropping items to those who had the "tag" of the boss, he now follows the rules of all other world bosses, granting everyone involved a Treasure of Azeroth. Fixed an issue where Will of Soggoth's items had too low of a drop chance from Treasures of Azeroth.
[Necromancer] Unholy Command is now usable while casting or channeling, similar to Grave March
