[Pending Restart] - Raid Caches are now available from raids! Raid Caches allow you to have a chance to select a stat type of an item you'd like to obtain. Raid Caches drop from every single previous Raid Tier Boss (scaling with difficulty up to mythic, ascended currently drops mythic caches). This feature is live on both AREA-52 and THRALL

Thunderstruck now increases the damage of your Thunder Clap by 5% (3% versus players) of your bonus spell damage. Also fixed an issue where Thunderstruck incorrectly was increasing the attack power coefficient of Thunder Clap.
Sparing No Rod now increases the damage of your Hammer of the Righteous by 3% of your bonus spell damage.
Voodoo Power now increases the damage of your Lava Lash and Stormstrike by 4% of your bonus spell damage.
Secret of the Farstriders now increases the spell damage coefficient of your Arcane Shot by 15% (up from 12%) and Explosive Shot by 7% (up from 2.5%).
Stab in the Dark now increases the attack power coefficient of your Shadow Bolt and Seed of Corrpution direct damage by 15%, up from 7%.
Preacher's Curl now increases the attack power coefficient of your Smite and Holy Fire direct damage by 15%, up from 5%.
Don't Make Me Angry now increases the attack power coefficient of your Wrath and Starfire by 20%, up from 7%.
Cryokinesis now increases the attack power coefficient of your Cone of Cold by 25%, up from 10%.
Double the Pain now increases the attack power coefficient of your Searing Pain by 20%, up from 8%.

Fixed an issue where some Mythic+ dungeon completions were not congruent with what requirements were displayed.
[Pending Restart] - Rare World Forged fighter mystic enchantments will now also give Ranged Attack Power.
[Pending Restart] - Fixed an issue where Conflagrate was dealing too low damage (56% of Immolate's total) instead of the intended (70%) of Immolate's Total Damage post Chapter 2 release.

Until the next PvP progression this big arena point bonus is active: You now gain 250 points for a 1v1 arena win and 150 for a loss. You now gain 350 points for a 2v2 arena win and 250 for a loss
Fixed an issue where the one handed bonus Empowered Mending from Spirit Allocation. It was previously granting 5 healing power. It will now properly grant 5% increased healing.
Resilient Constitution now also decreases the chance that your melee attacks will be dodged or parried by other players by 5%. (Meaning that you now have baseline expertise for PvP.)
Fixed an issue where Resilient Constitution was lowered after the merge. (This fix results in 15-20% less damage taken in PvP.)
Requirements for I Pitied The Fool Achievement has been adjusted to be completable without TBC/WOTLK being active (Pending restart)
Garrote will now correctly deal damage after it's duration is increased using Perforation RE (Pending restart)
Fixed an issue where Swashbuckler: Bloodsail Captiain was usable without wielding only single one-handed weapon (Pending restart)

Medicinal Sting from Grove Ranger now deals 30% less damage in PvP.
Invocation now grants Stun immunity while active. This prevents Invocation from being instantly interrupted by an unfortunately timed stun. It also gives Mana-forged Barrier tanks an active (and more limited) way of preventing stun effects.
Mana-forged Barrier no longer grants permanent Stun immunity. This created an unhealthy niche for Mana-forged Barrier tanks which passively made them immune to encounter mechanics that other tanks had to contend with. Mana-forged Barrier tanks are still strong against Stun effects since while stuns disable avoidance (which is important for other tanks), the Mana-forged Barrier absorb still works while stunned.
The absorb effectiveness of Mana-forged Barrier is now reduced against magic damage, just as it always has been against Fierce Blows. This change brings Mana-forged Barrier tanks' magic mitigation more in line with that of other tank archetypes.
Wild Quiver now has a 10/20/30% proc chance (up from 4/8/12%) and deals 40% weapon damage (down from 80%). This means an overall power increase of 25% per talent.
Welt
Increased the size of Lei Shen's Relic objects slightly.
The denizen's of Quel'Lithien Lodge can now be attacked by either faction.
[Vestments of Transendence - 8 Set] Triggered effect's healing over time's scaling has a been brought in line with other 8-set bonuses' power level, had much higher scalings than intended.
Lowered the respawn time on Blood of Heroes.
Item Changes
[Thrall] Fixed an issue where certain weapon procs (such as the Firebolt proc from Perdition's Blade) had much higher scalings than intended.

[Pending Restart] Worldforged Scrolls for the Rare enchants will no longer drop for enchants you have already extracted.
Fixed a tooltip issue where Bloodsail Captain incorrectly stated Blurred Blade granted 8% chance to Parry. Blurred Blade grants 8% Damage Reduction against Magical Attacks.
[Steward of Eternity] Corrected the tooltip of Align, which incorrectly stated that its healing is increased on targets that are already Aligned.
[Steward of Eternity] The Worldforged Location Tip "Chromie has been watching for a time." will now properly display on the spell. (requires spell patch)
Fixed an issue where some of the new rare Worldforged enchants did not display properly in the Mystic Enchanting UI.

Fixed an issue where Glacial Spike could be used with White Walker. Only the more powerful Winds of Winter transform effect should be active.

[Master of Shadows] Fixed an issue where Crimson Tempest was not properly dealing Master of Shadow damage on tick.
The Wild Quiver enchant now increases the proc chance of the talent by 8%, up from 4%. Since the damage of Wild Quiver was halved, the power of this enchant is unchanged.
Razor Claws now enables the periodic damage of Rake to critically hit.
Razor Claws no longer increases the damage of your Bloodthirst.
Endless Agony: Now stacks up to 25 times, down from 40. (This change went live with the increase to the damage increase of the debuff, but was not changelogged)
Pending restart [Curse of Arugal] Fixed an issue where Goldrinn's Guile could be procced without having Predatory Strikes talented.
