Fixed an issue where Fire Nova would only Draft with Fire Totem Mastery known. It will now properly draft if you know any Fire Totem.

Fixed an issue where Concentrated Flask of Warsong, Butchery, Unrelenting Power, Adept Striking, Shattering Thunder had too little drop chance.
Drastically improved the spawning methods of mobs required for the "Lesser Known Issue" daily. During the day of the daily, mobs whose density is scarce will have increased spawn timer. All mobs pretty much have the same respawn timer. Before this change, because all mobs had a similar spawn timer it basically meant you had to follow in the path of the person who arrived first and that cycle will continue throughout the daily. Now, since scarce mob density area mobs respawn faster this will not only allow for people to cycle in and out faster but will also serve to break up the monotonous path first set by the person who cleared the daily. Additionally, more mobs have been added to a lot of the zones where mob density was lacking superbly.

Reduced duration of Crystalline Slumber is Uldaman to 8 seconds down from 15.
Fixed various outliers in Level Scaling in dungeons. Please report any additional outlier issues to dutch!
Added better weapons to start zone vendors to fit with the level scaling present.
Added bag drops to last boss of LFG bosses that will be given if the player does not have bags.

You now heal for 15% less while in the open world in High-Risk. (This change has been live since season 8 started but the changelog was missing for it.)
Prestige Caches will now have a duration (3 days), this is an integral change which will work actively against preventing an exploit with prestige caches.

[Pending Restart] Fixed an issue where the demon pet ability Focused Bursts did not have the correct level scaling and would deal too high damage for low levels.

Fixed an issue where Lesser version of Arcane Explosion, Flamestrike, Blizzard, etc. was not benefitting from all the REs and talents that benefit the lesser spells counterpart.
Fixed an issue where Twilight Shock could sometimes not tick all 3 times.
Fixed an issue in the new sets pushed with MC release. Some had incorrect PvE power per piece, but still accumulated to the correct summed total of PvE power.
Hero's Call! Molten Core has been re-enabled!
Fixed an issue where Arcane Missiles was consuming Fingers of Frost on cast rather than once the channel ends.
Fixed an issue where there was not an option for Mythic Tier 2 items on Overlord Runthak or Major Mattingly.
Fixed an issue where Romus the Redeemer was not offering the new tier sets.
(Pending Restart) Fixed a bug where spells such as Leap of Faith, Void Shift, Prayer of Mending and Beacon of Light could not be used in battlegrounds.
Implemented improved Draft logic to increase variety of abilities you see, Increase variety of Cards Swaps, and Increased effectiveness of higher level lucky cards.

Dungeons & Raids
Massively increased the range of the Aura of Experience and Recruit a Friend! This could cause descrepancies where some members would lose the Aura of Experience buff (when running back from graveyard, or dungeon entrance) gaining less exp.
Mystic Enchants
[Pending Restart] Fixed an issue where the recent change to Arcane Gunslinger made more spells affected by the Arcane Gunslinger buff than intended.

[Live] - Prestige: Open World now gives 3,500 Marks of Ascension from 2,500 in classic.

Arcanist 5 Set Bonus will now grant Melee and Spell Critical Strike Rating from the set bonus.

Vastly optimized certain content-rich pages by shifting to progressively loading resources as they are needed instead of prefetching the entire bundle.
Resolved issue causing certain pages on the site to not load on Webkit based browsers (Chrome, Opera, etc.)

Fixed an issue that prevented Call of the Elements, Call of the Ancestors and Call of the Spirits from being offered.

[Pending Restart] [Molten Core] [Garr] Garr will now be hit by Firesworns Eruption regardless of distance, removing Harden or stopping his assault whenever a Firesworn dies on Normal Difficulty.
Mystic Enchants
[Thrall] Eviscerate (Disembowel) now deals 40% reduced damage versus players, changed from 35%.
Norzdormu now offers a level 1 rare quality trinket, this allows you to put random enchantments on this item from level 1.
[Fan of Knives] - Out of Knives debuff now lasts for 6 seconds down from 8 seconds.
[New Epic Enchantments] - These New Epic Enchantments scale with talents and abilities to their regular counterpart.
[New Epic Enchantments] - Lesser Blizzard! This new epic enchantment teaches you a lesser version of Blizzard. This ability is usable at level one and does not require Blizzard to be learned to use this ability.
[New Epic Enchantments] - Lesser Flamestrike! This new epic enchantment teaches you a lesser version of Flamestrike. This ability is usable at level one and does not require Flamestrike to be learned to use this ability.
[New Epic Enchantments] - Lesser Hurricane! This new epic enchantment teaches you a lesser version of Hurricane. This ability is usable at level one and does not require Hurricane to be learned to use this ability.

Fixed an issue with level scaling causing it to be unbalanced at higher levels. You should still be stronger as you progress to higher levels.

[Pending Restart] [Molten Core] [Ragnaros] The Molten Meteor now has a flexible cooldown of 80 to 40 seconds.
[Pending Restart] [Molten Core] [Ragnaros] Reduced the initial cooldown for all Sons of Flame to be able to start a merge to 3 seconds down from 5 seconds.
[Pending Restart] [Karazhan] [Prince Malchezaar] Corrected an issue where Prince Malchezaar could run out of available Infernal spawn positions in Phase Three on Mythic and ascended difficulty, causing him to only summon one Infernal at a time.
[Pending Restart] [Karazhan] [Prince Malchezaar] Corrected an issue where Doom (Line between Prince and Infernal) would inflict no damage to player.
[Pending Restart] [Karazhan] [Shade of Aran] Shade of aran will now ensure to cast a full room spiral before his cowering phase ends and will never cast a full room spiral as first sequence on Mythic and ascended difficulty.
[Pending Restart] [Karazhan] [The Curator] Corrected an issue where The Curator could still start an Evocation and summon Astral Flares after entering Phase Two.
[Pending Restart] [Tempest Keep] [Void Reaver] Dismantle now reduces Armor by 50% down from 100% and now stacks up to 2 times. Duration has been increased to 20 seconds up from 15.
[Pending Restart] [Tempest Keep] Reduced Magic damage dealt by various trash creatures inside The Eye.

[Pending Patch Update] - Downported the bonus stats on items from the Mythic Version onto the Normal / Heroic versions. This means Ironweave Leggings (normal) now has Intellect, Stamina Defense and Spell Power instead of only Intellect and Stamina. Smoothening the progression curve for a lot of vanilla items that missed the bonus (even though downscaled) stats.
[Pending Patch Update] - Updated Various Stats, Item Set Bonuses, and implemented new sets for Tier 1 Sets. You can view the updated set bonuses and stats ingame.
Mystic Enchants
[Pending Restart] Fixed an issue with the Ironsand bleed where ranks 2-5 were not inheriting the proper scaling.
[Pending Restart] [Requires Launcher Update] Fixed an issue with the Ironsand ability, where its damage over time effect was not properly interacting with other Random Enchantments like Twilight.
[Requires Launcher Update] Updated the tooltip of the Fel Concentration Capstone to clarify that it only works with periodic magic damage.

Fixed a few client crashes that could become persistent on Zul'Jin.
[Pending Restart] - Tailored the respawn mob timers for the Lesser Known Issue: A Lesser Known Issue a real ogre of a problem and increased the weighting on the spawn timer that Dynamic Respawn has for all callboard quests meaning crowded areas spawn faster.
Item Changes
[Pending Restart] Lesser Ward of Shielding and Greater Ward of Shielding now only absorbs one hit versus players. They now last for 30 min, changed from having no duration.
Mystic Enchants
[Pending Restart] Fixed an issue where Dusk Till Dawn was not properly interacting with Twilight Shock.
[Pending Restart] Fixed an issue where the Beast Shot ability from Bloodmage's Beast Shot was benefitting from modifiers to Aimed Shot. Also raised the cooldown reduction provided to Kill Command and Frenzy Shot upon critting with a hunter ability from 1 to 2 seconds.
Fixed an issue with Symbiotic Serendipity that would sometimes not allow you to gain stacks when using nature spells.
[Pending Restart] Blood for the Blood God now reduces your overall bleed damage by 20% versus players. Bathe in Blood stacks no longer gives reduced strength versus players. (This was done due to a bug causing the damage to be inconsistent and the stack damage reduction not working properly.)
[Pending Restart] Necromancers Touch from Darkmaster now increases damage taken of Drain Life by 10% if the target is a player, changed from 20%. (It was possible to stack too many modifiers and deal very high Drain Life damage in PvP with this.)

[Pending Restart] Red Whelp - tamed dragonkin - will be able to his Fire Shield only on himself, this prevents some unintended game interactions.
Talents & Abilities
[Live] Shadow Ward and Arcane Ward have been added to effect of Frost Warding talent.
[Live] Arcane Ward has been added to the effect of Molten Shields talent.
Fixed an issue where the recent PvP mod buff to Starfire and Starsurge was not live.
[Thrall] Seal of Righteousness now deals 40% reduced damage versus players, changed from 45%. (Correction of previous changelog. This change is a buff.)
Firestarter no longer increases the duration of the Blast Wave slow.
All tamable pets now deal 30% reduced damage versus players, changed from 35%.
Blast Wave slow now lasts for 6 sec, changed from 3.
Silenced - Gag Order now lasts for 2 sec, changed from 3.
Siegebreaker now has a 35 sec cooldown, changed from 40 sec. It now deals 250% weapon damage, changed from 200%. Its secondary effect now deals 200% weapon damage, changed from 150%.
Searing Rage now increases the damage of your Lava Lash when you reach 5 stacks by 30% versus players, changed from 10%.
Shadow Crash now deals 60% reduced damage versus players, changed from 70%.
Fixed an issue where the Bloodbath slow wouldnt be removed by effects that remove slows.
Raging Blow now deals 15% reduced damage versus players, changed from 25%.
Lava Sweep now deals 5% reduced damage versus players, changed from 15%.
Fire Nova now deals 10% reduced damage versus players, changed from 15%.
Thunder Slam no longer deals reduced damage versus players, changed from 5%.
Lightning Blade from Thunder Slam now deals 35% reduced damage versus players, changed from 30%.
[Thrall] Draconic Slam from Dragon Warrior now deals 35% reduced damage versus players, changed from 30%.

[Pending Restart] [Zul'Gurub] [Bloodlord Mandokir] Corrected a rare case where a decapitated players body could spawn in the air, making it impossible for allies to ressurect the player and for Chained Spirits to posses the body.
Mystic Enchants
[Pending Restart] Increased the duration of the Loose Circuit buff from the Mechanical Arm Worldforged Mystic Enchantment from 8 to 10 seconds.
Pending Restart] - Fixed an issue where Burning Darkness had unintended damage increases to some other spells. As a result, the duration increase of Shadowflame from Burning Darkness has been increased to 6 seconds, up from 2 seconds, and the debuff from Shadowflame now also increases the damage the target takes from your Corruption and Unstable Affliction by 20%. Buffs from Burning Darkness now last 15 seconds, up from 8 seconds. In addition, the damage increase to Shadow Bolt, Corruption and Unstable Affliction will now apply to all targets hit by Shadowflame, and will be properly removed when the Shadowflame is removed from the target.
Quests
Fixed an issue that caused High-Risk Bloody Expedition quests to revert to their old kill quest requirements. They will now require the proper reduced kill requirements.
