[Pending Restart] - Fixed an issue where Insect Swarm (Plague) was not being spread with Natures Reach.

[Pending Restart] - Blade Flurry is no longer on the global cooldown, and now lasts for 20 seconds, up from 15.

[Pending Restart] - Blade Flurry can no longer trigger multiple times per attack. This fixes a balance issue where Blade Flurry made already-powerful AoE abilities extremely oppressive, while not doing much for players who did not already have powerful AoE in their builds. Now with Blade Flurry adding one extra damage instance per attack, it helps builds focused on single-target to do better when fighting multiple enemies.

[Pending Restart] - The Recklessness Epic enchant has been reworked and now reads as follows: Recklessness now increases your movement speed by 50% for its duration. Killing an enemy while Recklessness is active increases its duration by 3 seconds. This effect can only occur every 3 seconds.

[Pending Restart] - Recklessness now has unlimited charges when used against monsters. It now increases your damage taken by 10%, up from 5%, but also increases your melee attack speed by 30% while active.

[Pending Restart] - [New Capstone]: Improved Berserker Stance - With the final rank of this talent, Raging Blow increases the duration of your Recklessness by 1 second.

[Pending Restart] - Drastically improved the AI of Wild Imps in terms of improving target selection and will more frequently target the target you are targeting when summoned. Additionally, wild imps will be able to move and follow you after the target they are firing at dies (previously would stand still) and many other misc improvements.

[Pending Restart] - Summon Demon spells such as: Summon Void Walker and Summon Imp now have 75% reduced cast time and mana cost while respite is active. Additionally, revive pet/demon/undead/elemental spells will have 75% reduced cast time and mana cost while Respite is active. This is not instant so other players who are wishing to engage in combat with you can know which kind of pet you are summoning while still introducing QOL to this mechanic.

[Pending Restart] - Summon Demon spells such as: Summon Void Walker and Summon Imp now have no cast time while corpse runner is active. Additionally, revive pet/demon/undead/elemental spells will no longer have a cast time while corpse runner is active.

Mystic Enchants

[Pending Restart] - Sharpshooter now increases the critical strike damage bonus by 5% per stack, down from 10%. It still gives 10% armor penetration per stack. This brings its power more in line with other Epic Mystic Enchants.

[Pending Restart] - Trick Shots has been reworked - When Multi-Shot hits 3 or more targets, your next Aimed Shot, Compound Shot or Arcane Shot deals 25% (from 20%) more damage and will ricochet, hitting up to 5 targets, losing momentum dealing less damage per target hit.

[Pending Restart] - Prison Tactics now increases the armor penetration of two (up from one) rogue combo point generating abilities by 20% (down from 25%).

[Pending Restart] - Stab in the Dark now also increases the direct explosion damage from Seed of Corruption by 7% of your attack power. The Shadow Bolt scaling remains unchanged.

[Pending restart] Increased the damage of Frostbrand against non-players by approximately 10%.

[Pending restart] Bloodthirst now has an attack power coefficient of 0.58, up from 0.55. It now deals 5% reduced damage against players, resulting in PvP damage largely being unchanged.

[Pending restart] Swipe (Cat) now deals 120% weapon damage, up from 110%.

Mystic Enchants

Fixed an issue where the Consecration effect from Purification by Light had a much higher attack power scaling than intended.

[Pending restart] Increased the reduction in Healing taken from Healing Wavefrom 3% to 4% per stack of Tidecallers boon. This change makes Healing Wave more potent when targets have no stacks but the amount healed remains the same when targets are at high stacks of Tidecallers Boon.

[Pending restart] Fixed an issue where the Titanic Power buff from Fury of the Titans neither would benefit nor be consumed by certain Warrior abilities. Among other things, this buff now benefits Bladestorm.

Having Master of Shadow will now correctly disable the spell power from agility of Apprentice of Shadow while active, for a total maximum of 75% Agility to spell power at any time.

The spell damage coefficient of Heart of the Crusader has been reduced from 18% to 15%, and the attack power coefficient from 9% to 7%. This change is intended to bring the power granted by this talent more in line with other talents.

Reduced the damage dealt by Combo Shot and Combo Shot Bleed in the Compound Power Mystic Enchantment by 10% This change is intended to bring the AoE damage of the LRE more in line with other builds.

Consumed by Fire now causes your Pyroblast debuff to increase the critical strike chance of your Soul Fire against the target by 10%.

Increased the coefficient of the Mending Tide heal over time effect from the Mending Tide Mystic Enchantment from 1.5% to 4.5%.
