General
Melee-swing-replacing attacks like Heroic Strike, Maul, and Raptor Strike can no longer trigger most effects that proc off melee abilities but do not proc off auto-attacks, such as the Mystic Enchants like Kindle for the Fire and the Honor Among Thieves capstone. This follows the general rule that Procs cannot trigger from attacks that do not have a global cooldown (unless stated otherwise), and makes proc interactions more consistent and easier to build around. Talents & Abilities
[New Capstone] Improved Curse of Agony - Capstone Bonus: Grants Curse of Agony periodic damage the ability to critically hit for 100% increased damage.
[New Capstone] Toughness - Reduces your chance to be critically hit by 25% when you are below 35% health.
[New Capstone] Improved Execute - Capstone Bonus: Using Execute on a target below 20% health increases your melee critical strike chance by 10% for 5 seconds, stacking up to 3 times.
[Area-52] Totemic Recall now costs 1 AE, changed from 2.
[Area-52] Metamorphosis now costs 4 AE, changed from 5.
[Area-52] Living Bomb now costs 3 AE, changed from 4.
[Area-52] Shamanistic Rage now costs 2 AE, changed from 3.
[Area-52] Consecration now costs 2 AE, changed from 3.
Increased the threat of Revenge to offset the slight nerf to it through Unrelenting Assault.
Increased the damage of Holy Fire by 4%.
Increased the damage of Soul Fire by 4%.
Increased the damage of Scorch by 5%.
Arcane Empowerment now increases the damage of your Arcane Missiles by an amount equal to 13/26/40% of your spell power, up from 10/20/30%.
Increased the damage of Hurricane by 10%.
The Firestarter Capstone now also increases the direct damage of your next Flamestrike by 30%.
The Capstone bonus of Shamanistic Focus now also grants 5% of your Agility as melee and ranged hit rating.
The Capstone bonus of Combat Experience now also grants 5% of your Agility as melee and ranged hit rating.
Improved Curse of Agony is now a 3 point talent that increases the damage done by Curse of Agony by 5/10/15%.
Unrelenting Assault now reduces the cooldown of Revenge and Overpower by 0.5/1 seconds, down from 1/2 seconds.
Survivalist now reduces the cooldown of Deterrence by 10/20/30 sec, changed from 15/30/45.
Increased the proc chance of Blessed Resilience to 50%, up from 20%. In addition, this effect now increases your resilience by 10/20/30% of your Spirit, up from 7/14/20%.
Increased the mana restored from Improved Stormstrike to 20% base mana, up from 15%.
Removed a tooltip bug with Improved Barkskin stating it requires "Miscellaneous" to be active.
Flametongue Weapon now triggers from any melee ability, just like Frostbrand and other similar weapon enchants.
Increased the damage of Instant Poison by 10% and Deadly Poison by 15%, except while in Cat or Bear Form.
Fixed an issue where Improved Insect Swarm would only increase damage of Insect Swarm by 2/4/6%. It now correctly adds 3/6/9% damage to Insect Swarm.
Toughness now makes Shamanistic Rage reduce damage taken by 7/14/20% in addition to its previous effects.
Shamanistic Rage no longer reduces damage taken baseline.
Improved Execute has been changed into a 3 point talent, and now reduces the rage cost of your Execute by 2/4/6 and increases its damage by 4/8/12%. This damage increase is doubled against targets below 20% health.
Demonic Pact now increases spell power to party and raid members based on your Fire and Shadow spell damage value instead of all schools of spell damage. This fixes an unintended interaction with Mana Fiend that made this talent way too powerful.
Multi-Shot now has a cooldown of 7 seconds, down from 10 seconds.
Frozen Power now increases all Frost, Fire and Nature damage taken by enemies afflicted by your Frostbrand, instead of only increasing the abilities listed in the talent.
The Ranged Attack Power coefficient of the bonus damage of Aimed Shot and Compound Shot has been increased to 20%, up from 10%.
Mental Dexterity capstone now gives you 50% of your Intellect as spell damage, up from 30%.
Living Seed can now also trigger from Lesser Healing Wave.
Serendipity can now also trigger from casting Holy Light and Flash of Light.
Blazing Speed is now a 3 point talent, changed from 5. It now increases haste by 20% when it triggers in addition to its previous effects.
Heart of the Crusader damage has been reduced by 10%.
Expose Weakness now gives Melee attack power in addition to Ranged attack power, making it more appealing to pick up in classless builds. In order to ensure that this doesn't become mandatory for agility-based melee builds that do not use global cooldowns on Hunter abilities, it no longer triggers from Auto-Shot or Raptor Strike.
Fixed an issue where the damage penalty to Holy Fire from Sanctity of Battle could be bypassed through Righteous Flames.
Fixed an issue where Fear Ward could get consumed by non-fear effects.
Maelstrom Weapon is now a 3 point talent, changed from 5. The final rank of the talent is equally strong as before.
Death’s Embrace now increases all Shadow damage dealt to targets below 35% health. It previously only increased the damage of Warlock Shadow spells.
Backlash now has a chance to trigger any time you are attacked, even if you dodge, parry or block the attack. In addition, the buff granted by Backlash now lasts for 12 seconds, up from 8.
Fixed an issue where Relentless Strikes, Cut to the Chase and Fleet Footed did not properly function with Fancy Footwork.
Fixed an issue where Fiery Payback could apply a cooldown to Pyroblasts cast through Hot Streak.
Changed the tooltip of Blood Craze to clarify that the enrage needs to be active when the effect triggers.
[Pending Restart] You can no longer resurrect yourself via Reincarnation or Soulstone while in High-Risk.
Item Changes
Added new PvP tabards that adds trigger an animation when you slay an enemy player. These tabards require a 2v2 rating of 2200 and cost 450 Arena Points. For a preview of these visuals, check out our Teasers channel on Discord!
Increased the damage from the Ravenous Strike from the Leather PvP set 4-piece bonus.
Dungeons & Raids
[Blackrock Depths] Pending Restart - Direbrew Remote Control can no longer be used inside buildings and enclosed dungeons.
Mystic Enchants
Endless Agony now has an additional mechanic. It now reads - Each time your Curse of Agony ability deals damage it increases the damage the target takes from your Curse of Agony ability by 3%. Stacks 50 times. In addition, for 12 seconds after using Mind Blast or Shadow Word: Death your Shadow spell casts increases the duration of your Curse of Agony by 1 second.
Broil now increases the damage of Flametongue Weapon by 5% on targets afflicted by your Fireball in addition to its previous effect.
Titanic Strike now benefits from Impale.
Delirium from Mana Fiend now only grants Arcane spell power. This fixes an unintended interaction that made the Demonic Pact talent way too powerful.
Fixed an issue where Upper Hand would not trigger from Barbed Snare Trap from the Legendary Mystic Enchant Guerilla Trapper.
Razor Claws now no longer consumes the Razor Claws buff when using Rip.
Amal'thazad's Curse now no longer slows you, only your target and nearby enemies.
Fixed a bug with Demolish Armor from Demolisher causing Sunder Armor and Expose to stack. Demolish Armor now reduces armor by a flat amount.
Scorch (Scorched Earth) and Searing Pain (Perilous Pain) can now be cast at 80% movement speed, changed from 70%.
General
[Follow Up Changelog]: With the Hasty RE rework it will also cause abilities like Demolisher and abilities transformed from other abilities to always work & update said tooltip and function with addons.
Drastically reduced the base spawn timer of some mobs required for Felforged Quests from 15 minutes to 5 minutes.
Polished and thoroughly spreaded density of mobs (where some hidden areas were super dense with mobs) to make some popular areas in Felforged more dense in mobs for quests, so you know you can find action.
Added Dynamic Respawning to ALL mobs required in Felforged Quests.
Fixed an issue where Missile Barrage (random enchantment) would desync and no longer increase the chance to proc Missile Barrage through Starfire & Moonfire.
Fixed an issue where Decimation (under certain circumstances) would fail to benefit from Backdraft & Decimation cast time & global cooldown reduction simultaneously.
Fixed an issue in the spell priority que system for Maelstrom Weapon. Maelstrom weapon would consume other cast time buffs (such as Flame Throwing and Flash Freeze) when casted through 5 stacks of maelstrom weapon for their respective elements. Additionally, when you have 4 stacks of Maelstrom Weapon, the cast time modifiers from Flame Throwing and Flash Freeze will stack to Maelstrom Weapons cast time modifier making the spell cast instant.
The Scarab Lord Quest Chain will no longer reset on Prestige. Your quest log will still be cleared, but you can now go to the quest giver for the quest that you were previously on to continue your progress right where you left off.
[Pending Restart] Reworked all "Hasty" Random Enchantments and removed the old implementation. The new implementation will allow for these Random Enchantments to properly update the tooltip & also allow addons to show the reduced cooldown reduction (weakauras) etc.
This change has been live for relatively 36 hours but seemed to have gone missing from our changelog. [Alar] Fixed an issue in draft logic that caused talented abilities such as Blessing of Sanctuary far too often. Overall this logic switch should cause other talented abilities to show up more often.
[Requires Launcher Update] Fixed an issue where certain passwords would fail to save properly on the login screen. Saved login screen passwords should now always work.
[Alar] You are now able to find gear from Mythic0 inside of your Prestigious Cache.
Talents & Abilities
[Alar] Frostbolt now deals 15% less damage vs players, changed from 10%. (Correction of previous changelog entry.)

[Alar] Frost Bomb now deals 5% less damage vs players. It previously did not have a PvP mod.
General
[Requires Launcher Update] Fixed the pet action bar not showing.
[Requires Launcher Update] The totem bar is now visible even when you have stances or forms learned.
Mystic Enchants
[Pending Restart] Fixed an issue where Wild Felfire would not dispel shields when triggered by Chaos Meteor. (Chaos Meteor still only triggers Wild Felfire and its shield dispel once, even if several targets are hit.)
Fixed an issue where Hibernate (Hypnosis) was temporarily available on Alar. It's no longer possible to use the spell.
General
[Requires Launcher Update] Fixed being unable to right click to withdraw items out of your personal bank.
Talents & Abilities
[Pending Restart] Water Bolt from Water Elemental now deals 20% less damage versus players, changed from 15%.
[Pending Restart] Water Bolt from Water Elemental now has double the spell power scaling (it scales from the spell power of the Water Elemental).
Increased the threat of players in Defensive Stance or Bear Form by 15% for Area52 and 20% for Al'ar as a result of the recent player poll. More tank changes will follow in a future update!
Quests
[High-Risk] Arms Dealer Daily Quests requiring Rare Craftables now grant 2500 Marks of Ascension from 1000 to place the rewards inline with the Rare ingredient daily quests and increase the value of HR farming and crafting.
General
[Requires Launcher Update] Fixed issue related to duplicate entries for Zone IDs causing addons such as Carbonite and QuestHelper to break. (QuestHelper will still require a version edited for ascension)

All pages not mentioned above were also part of the mobile rework. (But in order to keep this changelog *relatively short*, they were excluded.)
Highlights: Reworked view for order history to only contain the necessary information that we frequently request in order to assist with tickets while on the go.
Highlights: Updated landing page design to match the desktop equivalent.
Highlights: Reworked the UCP so that all data is properly viewable and editable. Also increased touch-zones for elements that were hard to accurately hit previously.
Highlights: Swapped positioning of certain frequently used header elements to be easier to reach for right-handed people. (Left-handed option will be available soon.)
Highlights: Shop items now properly support animatated image/video formats.
Highlights: Reworked realm selection/shop browsing/item viewing/cart.
Highlights: Brand new design for viewing characters + mail on mobile.

Added the ability to view archived mails for each of your characters under the "My Characters -> View Mail Inbox" button on the UCP.
