Keystones will now persist through disconnects, so you do not automatically fail your run!
Removed the door for UBRS in Mythic+ runs.
Fixed some outlier issues with Keystone Upgrading/Downgrading.
Greatly improved loot selection for Mythic Caches. You should no longer get the wrong stat items for the stat you select. This is one of many improvements we plan to make to the cache.
Mythic Caches will now display how many you have opened for the weekly lockout
[Pending Restart] Arena draws or ending due to insufficient player count (Solo Queue) will no longer cause teams to lose rating.
[Pending Restart] Grievious wounds will now properly be removed when healed over 90%.

[Scholomance] [Lorekeeper Pokelt] Pending Restart: Increased the range of Noxious Catalyst to also affect range targets.
[Scholomance] [Vectus] Pending Restart: Blastwave now has a 1 second cast time and can be interrupted.
[Scholomance] [Kormok] Pending Restart: Reduced the potency of Kormoks frenzy ability.
[Scholomance] [Kormok] Pending Restart: Seperated the summoning of Skeletal Mages from Kormok casting Bloodlust. Skeletal Mages will no longer spawn with Bloodlust active if summoned.
[Scholomance] [Kormok] Pending Restart: Corrected an issue where Skeletal Mages summoned by Kormok would not despawn if Kormok died or evaded.
[Scholomance] [Kirtonos the Herald] Pending Restart: Reduced the damage dealt of Swoop.

[Scholomance] [Bloodwarder of Kirtonos] Pending Restart: Reduced the stun duration of Paralysing Poison to 4 seconds down from 8.
[Scholomance] [Bloodwarder of Kirtonos] The Bloodwarder will now cast Evasion at 25% health remaining down from 75%.
[Scholomance] [Bloodwarder of Kirtonos] Pending Restart: Corrected an issue where Curse of Weakness would only reduce melee damage. It now also affects ranged damage.
[Scholomance] [Bloodwarder of Kirtonos] Corrected an issue where Curse of Impotence and Curse of Weakness had to low range to affect range players.
General
Kromcrush in Dire Maul North Retaliation effect now has a 1.5 second ICD.
Re-instated the Normal, Heroic and Mythic Callboard Quests back onto the callboard & upped the rewards to match those of the (now deprecated) random dungeon finder completion bonus.
Added Arena Vendors, WSG, AB, AV, & Arena Queue NPCs to Thunderbluff!
Applied a systemic fix to arena point caps on Al'ar.
Outlaws no longer drop an additional item on death. This is to address an issue where the Fel Comm UI would not update and would give you misleading gold costs for death.
Made the Mythic+ UI moveable and lockable.
Increased Max auctions from 300 to 600.
Keystones will now upgrade as intended +1 for every completion.
Keystones will now roll in a Mythic Keystone Cache for the entire party.
Lowered damage in UBRS by 15% in Mythic+

Slightly lowered the armor & stamina on Unyielding Maul & Stone of the Earth to allow better scaling into mythic+
Fixed an issue where some weapons in Mythic were not requiring main-hand yet being a main-hand weapon in Heroic and having the stats of a Main-Hand weapon.
Talents & Abilities
Increased the spell power and attack power scaling of Consecration by 10%. [Pending restart]
Berserk now has a 2 minute cooldown, changed from 3. [Pending restart]

Pending Restarts: Stratholme Holy Water now has a 1 copper sell price and can be sold to vendors.
Dungeons & Raids
Reduced the required Enemy Forces to complete Dire Maul: West.
Increased the required Enemy Forces to complete Blackrock Depths: Prison, Blackrock Depths: Upper City, Dire Maul: North, Dire Maul: East, Lower Blackrock Spire, Upper Blackrock Spire.
Corrected an issue where Grievous Wounds would not be removed correctly if the affected player got healed to maximum health.
Applied various tuning to Mythic+ UBRS to make it more suitable for 5 man compositions.
Fixed an issue where Father Flame would not be spawnable in mythic+
[Area 52] Reduced the health of all creatures inside The Black Morass by 16.66%.
Pending Restart: Reduced the duration of Conflagration to 6 seconds down from 10.
Pending Restart: General Drakkisath no longer targets healer with Conflagration.
Increased the delay between the members of "The Seven" joining the combat in Blackrock Depths to 30 seconds up from 20.
Guard Fengus, Slipkik and Moldar in Dire Maul: North no longer call for help.
Reduced the movement speed of Darkmaster Gandlings Risen Minions by 50%.
Reduced the duration of Prince Thortheldrin's Counter Spell ability to 5 seconds down from 15.
Pending Restarts: Player are now able to reset their dungeon lockouts for Heroic and Mythic Dungeons by resetting their instances.
Reduced health, damage dealt and healing done of all Mythic 0 creatures by 12.5%.
Emperor Dagran Thaurissan no longer has the Iron Foe on-hit ability.
Reduced the damage dealt of an Ability called "Dark Strike" used by multiple creatures throughout classic dungeons across all difficulties by 75%.
Talents & Abilities
Aspect of the Viper now reduces your damage by 40%, changed from 50%. [Pending restart]
Divine Illumination now reduces the mana cost of spells by 60%, changed from 50%. [Pending restart]
Item Changes
Personal Bank can no longer be used within 5 yards of other Personal Banks.
General
Removed the arena point gain from the "Proving Grounds [1v1] [2v2]" Quests as a result of 84% of people turning in these quests had already passed their arena soft cap, preventing them from getting any arena points from said turn in. We have added honor to this quest reward instead.
Fixed an issue where Elemental Invasions could abruptly stop, increased their HR drop table, and their timer now starts every 19 hours and lasts for 4 after.
Added Dynamic Spawns to over 680 creatures for the "Adventurers Contract" quest. This should drastically reduce the time you need to wait for those mobs.
Fixed an issue where flight paths would sometimes teleport you to a random map lol.
Fixed Closet Town teleport in Sunstrider Isle and Ammen Vale.
Talents & Abilities
Fixed an issue where Shield Bash had the wrong animation. [Requires launcher update]
Fixed a bug causing Explosive Shot to unintentionally gain increased attack power scaling since the last balance patch.
Item Changes
Pending Restart Ability Purge's are removed from all Seasonal Honor Vendors.
General
Added the Muckdweller to the popular "What's up Clacker" quest and changed the requirements of each mob to 3 kills.
Added Arkkoran Oracle, Clacker, and Pincers to dynamic respawn.
The popular adventurers contract quest "What's up Clackers" will now require 5 Oracles, 5 Pincers, and 5 Clackers instead of 16 Clackers.
Fel Commutation gold on death is now properly distributed to the killers party again.
Optimized and improved performance on gossips and book of ascension trainer list.
Restored the previous weapon speed & damage of Zin'rokh, Destroyer of Worlds.
Dungeons & Raids
[Mythic Dungeons] Pending Restart: Classic Mythic Dungeon creatures have their spell damage reduced by 20%.
[Heroic Dungeons] Pending Restart: Classic Heroic Dungeon creatures have their spell damage reduced by 20%.
General
[Area 52] Increased the Transmog set limit from 50 to 100.
Pending Restart: Dusk till Dawn no longer requires 10 stacks to proc the AoE corruption. It now requires 5 stacks and the maximum stacks have been reduced to 5 stacks.
Pending Restart: Training Dummies are no longer considered bosses. Training Dummies are now normal elite creatures. This should stop certain addons from alerting player of a rare creature nearby. This change is purely visual, it has no effect on Training Dummies stats. Requires Cache clear to be visible and to prevent addons from recognising Training Dummies as rare creatures.
Greatly increased the kill credit radius of A Threat to Azeroth: Setis and Azuregos by 3000%.
Talents & Abilities
Fixed an issue where certain types of damage did not break Sap properly.
Fixed an issue where the damage from Molten Armor could trigger certain procs. [Pending restart]
Mystic Enchants
Becoming Carnage Incarnate now also heals the player every second. The duration of this enchant's stacking buff Consume Blood buff has been raised to 30 seconds (up from 15) and its healing done increased. [Pending restart]
Quests
Pending Restarts: Corrected an issue where the quest "Words of the High Chief" in Winterspring could not be accepted. Player that have already completed the quest "High-Chief Winterfall" can now return to the High Chief, kill him again and are able to recover the Crudely Written Log from him. Player that have already completed the quest "The Final Piece" can now accept the quest "Words of the High Chief" from Donova Snowden in Winterspring.
General
Drastically increased the rewards from the first dungeon of the day when queing a random dungeon. We have recently found an issue where players being specific qued for dungeons mixing with players who were randomly qued would cause the dungeon to net no end of dungeon rewards. You will now gain 1,000 Marks of Ascension for your First Normal Random Dungeon of the day and 1,250 Marks of Ascension for your First Random Heroic Dungeon of the day and 1,500 Marks of Ascension for your first Random Mythic Dungeon of the day. The daily dungeon quests from the callboard has been disabled and we encourage all heroes to spread the word to random que!
Talents & Abilities
[Alar] Crusader Strike now deals 20% reduced damage against players. It previously had a PvP modifier 15%.
[Alar] Seal of Command now deals 30% reduced damage against players. It previously had a PvP modifier 25%.
Mystic Enchants
Ward of Light now increases the damage of Divine Storm in PvP by 5%, changed from 10%. [Pending restart]
