Pending Restart: Fixed a bug where players would not be rewarded with end of dungeon reward.
Fixed a bug where you could not heal your Pet or Minion when engaged in 1v1 combat.
Hand of Fate quests now can only cost a maximum of 2,000 Marks of Ascension per turn in. Previously the Hand of Fate quests cost could keep rising up to a maximum of 2,500 Marks of Ascension per turn in.
Fixed an issue where Fire Nova scalars would not affect Molten Earths'' damage over time effect.
Fixed an issue where Arcane Synergy cast time bonus would not stack with Temporal Blast cast time bonus.
Talents & Abilities
[Alar] Conflagrate now deals 30% reduced damage against players. It previously had a PvP modifier 25%.
[Alar] Explosive Shot now deals 60% reduced damage against players. It previously had a PvP modifier 55%.
[Alar] Corruption now deals 35% reduced damage against players. It previously had a PvP modifier 30%.
[Alar] Shadow Word: Pain now deals 35% reduced damage against players. It previously had a PvP modifier 30%.
[Alar] Devouring Plague now deals 25% reduced damage against players. It previously had a PvP modifier of 20%.
[Alar] Drain Life no longer deals reduced damage against players. It previously had a PvP modifier of 5%.
[Alar] Cone of Cold now deals 10% reduced damage against players. It previously had a PvP modifier of 15%.
[Alar] Arcane Missiles now deals 10% reduced damage against players. It previously had a PvP modifier of 15%.
[Alar] Starfire no longer deals reduced damage against players. It previously had a PvP modifier of 5%.
[Alar] Mortal Strike now deals 40% reduced damage against players. It previously had a PvP modifier of 45%.
[Alar] Overpower now deals 20% reduced damage against players. It previously had a PvP modifier of 25%.
[Alar] Slam now deals 15% increased damage against players, from 10%.
General
Aura of Experience will now apply to the entire Battleground if 1 player has it!
Enabled 2v2 Solo Queue on all realms. This queue is integrated into the normal 2v2 rated matchmaking.
Dungeons & Raids
[Setis] Pending Restart: Doubled the visibility distance of Setis.
[Setis] Pending Restart: Setis now awards Raiders Commendations.
Corrected multiple issues where Rare Bosses inside classic dungeons that support heroic and mythic difficulty had their stats reverted to their pre-heroic/mythic release versions.
Mystic Enchants
Fixed an issue where the Avatar of Lightning cast while moving wouldn't work. [Requires launcher update]
Talents & Abilities
The initial 2 second debuff of Wyvern Sting now reduces damage dealt by 30% instead of slowing.
Fixed an issue causing the AP scaling to not work for Fireball from Maelstrom Weapon stacks.
Fixed an issue where the PvP mod of the Heart of the Crusader Capstone wasn't properly applying. Its damage is reduced by 30% against players. [Pending restart]
Reduced the base damage of the Heart of the Crusader capstone. [Pending restart]
General
Explosive Shot now deals 60% less damage to nearby enemies, up from 40%.
Chain Lightning now has a base cooldown of 7 seconds, up from 6 seconds.
Unrelenting Storm capstone now increases the damage of your Chain Lightning by 15%, down from 20%.
Shield Slam no longer has a PvP mod. It previous dealt 5% reduced damage against players.
Fixed the tooltip of rank 3 Anger Management showing the wrong rage gain value.
Demoralizing Roar rank 7 is now trainable at level 70.
Spirit Walk now lasts for 6 sec, changed from 10. It no longer removes movement impairing effects.
Maelstrom Weapon now also adds 3% Attack Power scaling to your next Lightning Bolt, Chain Lightning, Fireball or Frostbolt per stack.
Frozen Power now also increases the damage of Ice Lance on targets affected by your Frostbrand Attack.
The damage of Frostbrand Weapon has been increased by 50% versus monsters (damage unchanged in PvP).
Blessed Recovery now also increases your healing done with Priest spells by 3/6/9%.
Desperate Prayer no longer cost mana. If used while below 25% health, it is guaranteed to crit.
Divine Shield now has a 4 second duration, changed from 6.
Gag Order is now a 3 point talent, changed from 2. In addition to its previous effects, it now also reduces the cooldown of Shield Bash by 2/4/6 seconds.
Shield Bash now has a 18 second base cooldown, changed from 12.
Purify can now trigger Sacred Cleansing's periodic spell damage reduction.
The Sacred Cleansing capstone now also makes Purify able to dispel a magic effect on allies (the dispel won't work on yourself).
Improved Moonfire is now a 3 point talent, changed from 2. It now increases the damage of Moonfire by 5/10/15%, changed from 5/10. It no longer increases Moonfire's critical hit chance, but increases Starfire's by 3/6/9% instead.
Hand of Salvation now lasts for 4 seconds, changed from 3.
The Noxious Stings capstone now silences the target in addition to rooting it when Chimera Shot is used on a target affected Wyvern Sting's sleep effect.
Booming Echoes is now a 3 point talent, increasing the direct damage of your shaman shock spells by 5/10/15%, changed from 10/20%.
The heal from the Dance of Death capstone now has a 40% attack power scaling, changed from 25.
[Alar] Base health increased by 300 for level 60.
Savage Defense is now a level 20 ability, changed from level 40.
Efficiency is now a 3 point talent, changed from 5. It now reduces the mana cost of your stings by 10/20/30%, changed from 6/12/18/24/30. In addition, it now also increases your ranged attack speed by 3/7/10%.
Improved Water Shield now has a 17/34/50% chance to instantly gain mana as if you consumed a Water shield Orb when your healing and damage nature spells critically hit. This chance is doubled with Healing Wave.
Surge of Light now also reduces the mana cost of the Smite or Flash Heal.
Holy Concentration now also increases your spirit when critically hitting with Holy Fire.
Fixed an issue where some weapons with attack speed slows would stack with other similar effects like Riposte and Thunder Clap.
Fanaticism now increases the critical strike chance of your all Judgements spells by 10/20/30%, changed from 6/12/18%
Removed the Holy Power Capstone.

[Alar] Seal of Command now deals 25% reduced damage against players, from 15%.
[Alar] Seal of Righteousness now deals 45% reduced damage against players, from 35%.

[Alar] Avenger's Shield now deals 10% reduced damage against players. It previously did not have a PvP modifier.
[Alar] Holy Shield now deals 30% reduced damage against players, from 20%..

Earth Shock now deals 35% reduced damage against players, from 25%.
[New Talent] Improved Feral Spirit - Increases the duration of Spirit Walk on you from your Feral Spirits by 2/4/6 sec and gives it a 33/66/100% chance to remove all movement impairing effects on you. Capstone Bonus: Your Stormstrike empowers one of your Feral Spirits with lightning, causing its auto attacks to deal extra nature damage for 6 seconds.
[New Capstone] While your Blessed Recovery is active, your Desperate Prayer cooldown ticks down twice as fast.
[New Capstone] Improved Moonfire - Capstone Bonus: Your direct Arcane damage criticals on targets afflicted by your Moonfire have a chance to instantly trigger an extra tick of Moonfire.
[New Capstone] Booming Echoes - With the final rank of this talent, dealing damage with a Shaman Shock spell increases your damage with that magic school by 5% for 10 seconds.
[New Capstone] Heart of the Crusader - With the final rank of this talent, your Judgements deal bonus Holy spell damage to all enemies within 8 yards of the target.
Item Changes
Equipping a shield now reduces your damage in PvP by 5%.
Oil of immolation now acts as a potion, and its spell power scaling has been reduced.
Increased the healing of bandages by around 20 to 25%.
Mystic Enchants
Fixed an issue where the calculations of Secrets of the Farstrider was incorrectly adding too much damage to Explosive Shot, and too little damage to Arcane Shot.
Voodoo Power now also increases the damage of your Stormstrike by 7% of your spell damage.
Molten Earth Mystic Enchant can now critically hit, and its damage now scales with modifiers to Fire Nova.
Fixed an issue where Unchained Blink could put you in combat in cities.
Snow Storm Mystic Enchant now increases the duration of your Blizzard by 1 second, down from 2 seconds.
Renamed the Shadow Warp mystic enchant to Shadow Counter. In addition, your Shadow Counter now applies a debuff increasing damage taken to the target, and scales with some of Shadowstep's modifiers.
The Assuaging Shadows mystic enchant now gives two marks in PvP.
Crush from Heavyweight Mystic Enchant now has a target cap of 10 targets.
Fixed a bug where Seething Flames did not have its PvP mod applied correctly.
Holy Fire (Righteous Flames) from Righteous Flames now hits up to 5 targets within 8 yards when at max stacks of Righteous Flames. a!changelog add fix live In for the Kill now makes Mortal Strike trigger Taste for Blood's weapon damage.
Growing Light now makes your healing spells on targets affected by your Beacon of Light take 10% reduced physical damage for 10 seconds. This doesn't stack with other similar effects.
Biting Cold now reduces the cooldown of Deep Freeze by 10 seconds, down from 15 seconds.
Flame On! can now give several stacks from a single Flamestrike cast on multiple targets.
Void Eruption's radius has been reduced to 10 yards, changed from 18.
Shield of Wrath now disables the silence from Shield of the Templar.
[New Epic Enchant]: Energizing Prayer - When your Desperate Prayer brings you to full health, it also replenishes 15% of your total mana.
[New Legendary Enchant] Carnage Incarnate - Transforms your Rend into Rend (Carnage), which is usable in Bear Form. Taste for Blood now empowers your next Swipe to draw blood from your enemies, stacking up to 20 times. Each second when you are below 50% you will consume this blood to heal yourself. If you reach max stacks you become Carnage Incarnate, encasing yourself in a shield of your enemies' blood and bones that protect you from damage and periodically damage all nearby enemies.
[New Epic Enchant] Dusk till Dawn - Your Shadowburn now hits up to 5 targets within an 8 yard range but now has a 2 second cast time. In addition, casting a damaging spell with a cast time increases the damage of Shadowburn by 3%, stacking up to 10 times. While at 10 stacks, your Shadowburn also applies Corruption to all targets hit. Backdraft reduces the cast time & GCD of shadowburn.
[Epic Enchant Rework] When you summon your Feral Spirits, you also gain 20% attack speed for 8 seconds. The duration is extended by 2.5 sec every time you hit a monster with Lava Lash or Stormstrike.
[New Rare Mystic Enchant] Guarded by the Light - Increases the duration of your Divine Shield and Divine Protection by 0.5 sec.
[New Epic Enchant] Bloodbath - Using Rupture on a target afflicted by your Rend will trigger a violent attack, dealing 60% weapon damage and applying Rend to up to 10 targets in front of you. Your Rupture spell now has a 5 second cooldown.
[New Legendary Enchant]: Champion of Justice - Dealing damage with Judgement or Crusader Strike increases your Holy healing power by 10% of your Strength for 15 seconds, stacking up to 3 times. When fully stacked, using a direct heal an ally below 75% health triggers a bonus heal and adorns them for 10 seconds. While active, your damaging melee abilities restore 5% base mana to you and heals targets you have adorned.
[New Epic Enchant] - Deter and Punish: Your Deterrence now also reflects spells and retaliates against attacks.
[New Legendary Enchant]: Temporal Shift - Teaches you Temporal Blast, a casted spell dealing Arcane damage to the target and reducing the cast time of your next other damaging spell by 40%. Cancelling a Temporal Blast before it finishes stores the time invested into the cast, reducing the cast time of your next Temporal Blast by the same amount.
