Dungeons & Raids
[Blackrock Spire]Pending Restarts: Reworked the loot of all bosses in both Lower and Upper Blackrock Spire on all difficulties. Bosses now have proper loot table, rare spawns will no longer drop their entire loot table on kill, all bosses will now award correct currency, corrected a number of missing items from heroic difficulty, removed a number of unused items from bosses loot tables such as old ability tomes, all bosses inside Upper Blackrock Spire now drop 2 items up from 1.
General
Correctly Statted Heroic Held in Off-Hand items. Their stats will be available after you clear your cache.
Corrected the tooltip of the personal bank to no longer say that you can not store soulbound items as this is untrue now.
Fixed an issue where 25 mobs inside of instances were still not dropping the correct heroic loot. (There are still more to fix, we are working through this to get this fixed asap)
Overlord Wyrmthalak will now correctly drop the same amount of items that other end bosses in Heroic Dungeons drop.
Alazzin the Shapeshifter in Dire Maul East will now correctly drop the same amount of items that other end bosses in Heroic Dungeons drop.
Vastly improved the stats on 40 different items within the heroic dungeons.
Bloodclot Band from Heroic Dungeon now has updated stats.
Second Wind on Heroic now has a 2 minute cooldown, down from 15 minutes on it's mana regeneration proc.
Applied a smart-scalar to the heroic dungeon items for their armor. Armor from heroic dungeons should now compare to other armor from their same item level tier.
Doubled the Dynamic Respawn rate for creatures in world.
Talents & Abilities
The Holy Power Capstone now reduces the damage penalty of Divine Shield from 50% to 35% (previously 25%). This change will be active after a realm restart.
Dungeons & Raids
[Dire Maul] [Pimgib] Pimgib, the Imp of Lethtendris no longer awards any loot. His loot is now part of Lethtendris loot.
[Dire Maul] [Stomper Kreeg] Stomper Kreeg now uses the shared loot table from the Guard bosses. He can still drop his Mug.

[Pending Restart] Alliance & Horde Vendors will now offer honor gear for both the paladin and shaman.
[Quality of Life] Any Vendor that would sell items that belong to an item set will now organize the items by their set bonuses.
The Sunder Armor applied by many non-boss NPCs inside of Blackrock Depths now stacks only 5 times (reducing armor by 10%) from 10 times and duration has been reduced to 30 seconds (from 60 seconds).

[Alar] The Uncommon Flask of the Warsong was incorrectly granting Agility. It will now grant strength similar to the rare and epic version. (All flask changes pending restart)

[Blackrock Depths] [The Seven] Pending Restarts: Reduced the health combined health of The Seven to be more in line with other bosses health.

To compensate, we have doubled the amount of possible spawn locations for the Crow's Cache in Eastern Kingdom and Kalimdor which includes enticing locations for group world pvp.
Removed Certain & Unfun Crow's Cache locations such as: The Drowned Reef, Arathi Highlands where the Crow's Cache would spawn underwater or The Twin Colossals, Feralas where you could instantly be knocked off the ledge right after your game was finished loading.

[ZulGurub [Hakkar] Player send into the Realm of the Blood God on Ascended difficulty now have their total threat against Hakkar reduced by 90% upon entering the realm.
[ZulGurub [Hakkar] Hakkar will now recognise a player as a healer and prioritise other targets over them with some of his abilities.
[ZulGurub [Hakkar] Corrected an issue where Hakkar could fail to repeat some of his events if he was unable to find a valid target for his abilities on ascended difficulty.

Item Changes
Corrected an issue where Item Limit Categories got restored for a number of weapons that previously had them removed. If you lost your weapon, it should appear in your mail. You may have to clear cache to be able to equip this weapons again.

[Serpentshrine Cavern] [Lady Vashj] Pending Restarts: Corrected an issue where Coilfang Siren (Ascended) could potentially spawn in unreachable areas.
[Serpentshrine Cavern] [Lady Vashj] Pending Restarts: Reduced the flying altitude of Toxic Sporebats by 10%.
[Serpentshrine Cavern] [Lady Vashj] Pending Restarts: Doubled the initial cool-down for Toxic Sporebats to cast Toxic Spores.

Removed an ability called "Thrash" from 150 world creatures. Thrash would grant creatures a chance to hit its target 3 times per hit.
