Mystic Enchants
[Prophet of Wrath] Temporarily disabled while we fix a client crash.
Temporarily disabled forked lightning until a client crash is resolved around this random enchant. Forked lightning is added to the enchant exchange option until re-enabled.
Quests
Increased the Marks of Ascension reward from [High-Risk] Keeping Evil at Bay to 300.
Increased the Marks of Ascension reward from [High-Risk] Population Control to 200 up from 100.
General
Headless Horseman items will now drop more consistently.
World
Corrected an issue where, depending on your zone, risk mode, and the time of day, creatures could double spawn or fail to spawn.
System Changes
Altar in Auchidoun will be returning, pending restart!
Dungeons & Raids
Prince Malchezaar's Axes now have reduced movement speed and use atypical pathfinding. This will prevent the axes from getting stuck on the walls, and will give players the opportunity to kite them effectively.
Prince Malchezaar now intelligently summons his infernals.
Prince Malchezaar's Shadow Realm can no longer inflict you with an Adumbral Pool immedietally after being thrown in.
Added an Infernal spawn location next to Prince Malchezaar's door.
Prince Malchezaar now has a short cooldown on his Infernal summon speech.
Headless Horseman items will now drop more consistently.
Mystic Enchants
Fixed an issue where Compound Shot sometimes wouldn't be able to critically strike. This will be fixed next restart.
Compound Shot now deals 130/140/150/160/170% ranged weapon damage, from 135/140/145/150/155%. (Tooltips will be updated next patch.)
General
Added Bloodforged drops to Auchenai Spirits for Spirit Wars event.
Nightmare Mode players will be able to properly trade between players pending next restart! This was always the intended behavior and Nightmare Mode players could use the mailbox already, allowing them to indirectly trade. Ironman/Survivalist Mode x Nightmare Mode is, and was, the combo intended to restrict player's trading within the Nightmare Challenge.
Talents & Abilities
Fixed an issue where the Strength of Arms talent wasn't triggering properly from Slam.
System Changes
Area 52: PvE Mode is now available on the Risk Changer. Allowing you to turn off your PvP flag in No-Risk.
Area 52: You can now use Fel Commutation on soulbound items. (Will come to seasonal with next set of updates).
Area 52: Reclaiming Auchindoun: Spirit Wars event will now occur everyday at 23:00 Servertime.
Item Changes
Banner of Recruitment will now be usable/placeable by Officers of the guild pending next restart. If the "Officer" has the permission to speak in Officer's Chat and invite permissions they too will be able to help with the recruitment using the banner!
Mystic Enchants
Fixed an issue where A Honest Mistake couldn't proc off some triggered spells such as Arcane Missiles.
World
Pending restart, added 7 New Crow's Cache Locations. One in each zone.
Dungeons & Raids
Pending restart, High King Maulgar's minions will no longer cast their Soulstone, Lightning Shield, Renew, and Reflective Shield abilities until they die.
Pending restart, corrected an issue where High King Maulgar would rarely and randomly fail to respawn his minions.
Mystic Enchants
Pending restart, corrected an issue where Earth's Blessing was not granting you a charge of Earth Shield.
Fixed an issue where the attack from Bulwark was generating way less threat than intended. It now has the same threat modifiers as Shield Slam (but still deals reduced damage).
Wacky Wizardy can no longer roll mana gems.
Quests
Pending restart, added a Weekly Timewalking Dungeon quest to Call Board. It chooses any Vanilla dungeon each week.
General
Corrected the tooltip on Trademan scroll to 375 skill granted. Clarifying 375 skill granted towards that profession.
Crow's Rage (buff given around the crow's cache) reduces the AoE damage you take by 30%.
Weapons will state they will no longer increase atack power in moonkin form. Requires newest Patch - A.
Gems will no longer display socket color, they will now display "Gem Socket".
World
Pending restart, reduced the ilvl requirement for Bloodforged Magtheridon's Lair equipment.
Pending restart, reduced the ilvl requirement for Bloodforged Gruul's Lair equipment.
Dungeons & Raids
Pending restart, Karazhan's Arcane Watchman's Overload ability will no longer affect pets.
Corrected an issue where Magtheridon's Shadow Grasp damage would increase as the fight went on.
Pending restart, corrected an issue where Gruul would use his boulders quicker each time without resetting in between encounters.
Mystic Enchants
Fixed the tooltips of Master of Shadows and Apprentice of Shadows buffs to correctly state that it gives Shadow spell power based on Agility (Tooltips will update next patch).
Upon next restart, Shadow Arrow will be able to be saved to collection.
Upon next restart, Torment the Weak a once beloved RE will return and be rollable in your collection.
General
All cooking recipes are now fixed and properly count towards the achievement. Previously there was an issue where all achievements but lunch lady would count towards the achievement.
Talents & Abilities
Fixed an issue where the Impoved Victory Rush talent sometimes wasn't properly triggering.
Arcane Blast now increases the mana cost of subsequent Arcane Blasts by 125%, from 175%.
Two-Handed Weapon Mastery now increases damage by 3/6%, from 2/4%.
Fixed an issue that caused the scaling of absorbs like Power Word: Shield and Ice Barrier to not be affected by any of our previous scaling nerfs.
Smite now deals 15% reduced damage against players, from 20%.
Mongoose Bite now deals 5% reduced damage against players, from 10%.
Vampiric Touch now deals 10% reduced damage against players, from 15%.
Unstable Affliction now deals 5% reduced damage against players, from 10%.
Rake now deals 20% reduced damage against players, from 25%.
Earth Shock now deals 25% reduced damage against players, from 30%.
Flame Shock now deals 25% reduced damage against players, from 30%.
Insect Swarm now deals 20% reduced damage against players, from 25%.
Shadow Word: Pain now deals 30% reduced damage against players, from 35%.
[Seasonal] Living Bomb now deals 35% reduced damage against players, from 30%.
[Legacy] Living Bomb now deals 25% reduced damage against players, from 20%.
Ice Lance now deals 15% reduced damage against players, from 10%.
Chaos Bolt now deals 10% reduced damage against players, from 5%.
Item Changes
Fixed an issue where Romulo's Poison Vial wouldn't proc properly from ranged attacks.
Undaunted Might is a [NEW] enchanting recipe found from Gruul's and Magtheridon's Lair. This recipe Permanently enchants a melee weapon to have a chance when attacking to increase Strength by 120 and increase critical strike rating by 30 for 15 seconds. Requires a level 35 or higher item.
Corrected the tooltip of the Mongoose enchant.
Mystic Enchants
The Seed of Life effect now triggers on HoT ticks and applications. This should make it easier to prevent the Seed from falling off the target, especially for players who don't have both Rejuvenation and Regrowth.
Demonic Rage now also slightly reduces the spell power scaling of Shadow Cleave while active. This should result in Shadow Cleave dealing a few % less damage with this Mystic Enchant.
Unyielding Faith RE now reduces the duration of Fears and Disorients by 3%, down from 4%.
The Shatter Mystic Enchant will now benefit an entire cast of Arcane Missiles (as long as the spell is started before the Frostbolt hits its target).
The effect of the Blazing Determination Mystic Enchant now lasts for 8 seconds, from 4.
The Ice Age Mystic Enchant is now Epic quality, from Legendary.
One With The Hunt is now Epic quality instead of Legendary. It now has a 100% chance to trigger from hunter shots, up from 30%.
Fire Walk With Me now increases the movement speed by 50%, up from 40%.
Secrets of the Farstrider now increases the periodic damage of your Explosive Shot by 3% down from 4%.
Fixed tooltip of Endurance Training to state that it does not stack.
Initiative RE will now give combo points more consistently.
Fixed an issue where Good Fortune sometimes wouldn't give the buff as intended.
Fixed an issue where Thermal Shock could backfire on the caster. You will no longer be able to Thermally Shock yourself.
Fixed an issue where Volley (Rain of Arrows) could consume too much ammunition.
Fixed an issue where Aegis wouldn't proc as intended.
Booming Thunder can once more gain multiple stacks from a single cast of Chain Lightning.
Fixed the tooltip of Frost Reserve to indicate that it removes a stack of Water Shield on dealing Frost damage.
Fixed an issue where Whispers of the Old Gods sometimes wouldn't deal damage.
Swift Justice now correctly does not stack.
Fixed an issue where the undispellable Ice Age Frost Nova wouldn't apply to players when its damage was absorbed.
Fixed an issue where the knockback behaviour of Sawed Off Barrel wasn't working as intended.
Fixed an issue where the Devouring Mystic Enchant wasn't working as intended.
Anger Management now grants rage more consistently.
Fixed an issue where Soul Restoration could reduce Weakened Soul cast by other players. It now correctly only reduces the duration of your own Weakened Soul.
New Legendary Enchant - Unchained: Your Blink spell now binds nearby enemies to the matter around them, preventing them from moving for 3 seconds. You also learn an alternate way of Blinking by harnessing the Arcane to propel you through space. You are only able to do this while casting an Arcane spell and it shares a cooldown with your normal Blink, but will not interrupt your spell cast.
New Legendary RE - Master of Shadows: Your Sinister Strike, Eviscerate, Garrote, and Rupture now deal extra Shadow damage, scaling with your spell damage. Your Sinister Strike criticals grant you Apprentice of Shadows, increasing your spell haste by 3% and your Shadow spell damage by 8% of your Agility for 8 sec, stacking up to 5 times. When fully stacked, your Eviscerate or Rupture consume Apprentice of Shadows to increase your Shadow spell damage by 40% of your Agility and increase your Shadow damage done by 10% for 10 sec.
New Epic RE - Savagery: Your Wing Clip now deals 30% more damage and reduces the cooldown of your Mongoose Bite by 0.5 seconds, but it no longer slows the enemy.
Evoker LRE has now been reworked! Casting Arcane Missiles while Missile Barrage is active increases the chance to proc your next Brain Freeze by 50%. Casting Fireball while Brain Freeze is active increases the chance to proc your next Missile Barrage by 50%. Consuming these effects grant you a stack of Evoker which decreases the cast time of Frostbolt by 2% and increases the damage and critical strike chance of Fireball, Frostbolt and Arcane Missiles by 2%. This effect stacks to 5 times.
Twilight is now an Epic RE, and you no longer have to re-equip the RE after leaving Shadow Form.
Shock and Awe now increased to 7% from 5% attack power scaling.
New Epic RE - Channeled Rage: Your melee criticals reduce the cooldown of Shamanistic Rage by 1 second and your spell criticals extend its duration by 2 seconds. However, your Shamanistic Rage no longer reduces damage taken and can only restore mana once every 3 seconds.
The Compound Power Legendary Enchant now has an additional effect: If you know Aimed Shot, you will now also learn Compound Shot, which consumes your combo points to fire an empowered Aimed Shot. This ability scales with effects that increase the damage of Aimed Shot, and also shares a cooldown with it.
New Legendary RE: Prophet of Wrath - Your Arcane Blast and Arcane Missiles increase the duration of Divine Illumination by 0.5 seconds each time they damage an enemy. Your Smite and Holy Fire spells reduce the cooldown of Divine Illumination by 2 seconds. While Divine Illumination is active, Arcane Blast and Arcane Missiles are infused with Holy power, causing them to deal Divine damage. Divine damage is a combination of the Arcane and Holy schools, and will benefit from modifiers to both schools.
New Legendary RE: Bulwark - Your Shield Block is replaced with an improved, channeled version. While active, you will Shield Slam nearby enemies every second and all incoming attacks will be critically blocked. Channeling reduces your movement speed by 50% and drains more and more energy. When your energy is depleted, the effect ends and cannot be recast until your energy is restored.
New Epic RE - Shadow Arrow: Your Black Arrow now increases the Shadow damage the target takes by 8%.
