The Crone's Cyclones will no longer knock up player and instead will now periodically pull player into their center. This should prevent player from getting stuck in knock up limbo.

Reduced the stacks of Apprentice of Shadows from the Master of Shadow LRE to 3 from 5. Increased the haste granted to 8/16/24% from 3/6/9/12/15% and agility conversion to 15/30/45% from 8/16/24/32/40%. (This change requires a restart.)
