Increased Deadly Bite bleed scaling by 5%.
Deadly Bite will now grant 15% raptor strike damage from 12% per stack.
Fixed a weird issue with Deadly Bite scaling from unintended sources.
General
Explore Eastern Plaguelands criteria had a disabled criteria which is now re-enabled. It should now function as intended.
Supreme Defender (horde and alliance) should now work pending server restart.
Blood Elf Starting Zone now sells Light Shots (for guns) and Rough Arrows (for bows)
Talents & Abilities
Low Tide can now proc Ancestral Awakening if the Riptide heal effect crits.
Tactical Mastery now indicates that it no longer increases the armor contribution from items, it now states it increases the armor contribution from armor. (This will be visible in a future patch)
Corrected the tooltip of all ranks of earth shock, flame shock, frost shock. (This will be visible in a future patch)
Fixed an issue where Maelstrom (FIREBALL) was still doing reduced damage from the maelstrom stacks.
Mystic Enchants
Dark Arrow now functions and procs correctly.
Mace Specialization was not able to stack due to an old implementation of the [Random Enchant] system. This issue has been corrected for this enchant.

Fixed an issue where Lock and Load would not trigger from frost trap,
Dungeons & Raids
All Mobs and Bosses in Heroic Dungeons will now have 10% less HP, deal 10% less Physical Damage and deal 10% less magic damage. (Pending Restart)
Mystic Enchants
Crusader Strike (One With The Light) scaling and base increased by 12% (to help the RE bounce back from the unintended interaction between Holy Specialization)
Divine Storm (One With The Light) scaling and base increased by 12% (to help the RE bounce back from the unintended interaction between Holy Specialization)
[Pending server restart] Divine Storm (One With The Light) will now counts as a melee ability. (This means it will use melee hit.)
Fixed a bug where Crusader Strike (One With The Light) was gaining critical strike damage bonus from Holy Specialization.
Blood Rain will now stack with other effects and now will only increase the damage done by your bleeds.
Focused Mongoose Bite now works correctly.
Deadly Bite now correctly increases the damage of Raptor Strike.
Deadly Bite will now proc correctly.
Deadly Bite should now correctly stack to 5 times.

Fixed an issue where Greater Blessing of Might didn't receive the previous 20% increased attack power buff.
Stormstrike now deals 5% reduced damage to players.
Overpower now deals 10% reduced damage to players, from 5%.
Bloodthirst has a 55% attack power scaling, from 50%.
Increased the weapon-based damage of Ambush to 285%, from 275%
Increased the weapon-based damage of Backstab to 185%, from 175%
Increased the damage of Stormstrike to 115%, from 110%.
Increased the Weapon damage scaling of the Seal of Command proc by 5%.

The Malice Capstone now gives 5 energy per tick, from 4.
Dungeons & Raids
Reduced the Armor of all mobs, bosses and dungeon npcs by 10%. (This change will help shift melee dps back into the meta and help immenesely with physical based tank threat)
Mystic Enchants
Weapon Expertise now grants 4 expertise up from 3.
Ferocious Inspiration now grants 5% Steady Shot damage from 3%. The Arcane Shot damage remains unchanged.
Master Tactician now grants 2% critical strike up from 1%.
Mortal Shots now increases critical strike damage of Hunter shots by 5% from 2%.
