Fixed a bug that would cause Stagger to deal more damage than intended.
Thrill of the Hunt should now also proc on explosive shot.
Nature's Swiftness & Elemental Mastery will now allow thunderstorm to be instant cast with the Cloudburst [EPIC] random enchant.
Elemental Devastation Rank 2 will now grant the correct % amount of crit.
Fixed an issue where Aspect Mastery Rank 2 had no effect at all.
Garrote will now be benefit from lethality
Fixed an issue where Deadliness was not increasing the ranged AP by 2/4/6%. (It was increasing it by 1/2/3%)
Fixed an issue where Natures Rejuvenation was not increasing the HoT for all nature spells.
World
Commander Ameer will now be available for quest turn-ins, still won't offer new quests as they were only released at a latter patch
Item Changes
Corrected an issue where Mana-Etched-Regalia had duplicate proc entries and would [NOT] proc from spell damage sources.
Headless Horseman mount now correctly uses it's flying or ground mount variants when summoned.
Dungeons & Raids
Murmur should now correctly switch targets when the tank is no longer in melee range.
Mystic Enchants
One With The Light (Divine Storm) will now trigger a heal from 25% of its damage dealt.
One With The Light (Divine Storm) now has a max target cap of 4.
One With The Light (Divine Storm) damage scaling increased by 20%.
One With The Light Will no longer deal base damage based off of 15% weapon damage. It now calculates the base damage off of a flat amount.
Fixed an Issue where One With The Light would fall off and the visual would be missing from all spells.
Fixed an Issue where One With The Light would fall off and would not work with crusader strike.
Corrected an issue where Blademaster (Shield Slam) would not increase block value.
Fixed an issue where Thunderstruck and 15 other random enchantments had a null effect applied to them. Preventing them from working on players' gear.
Fixed an issue where Precision was not granting the correct amount of hit (1%) and was not granting [ANY] spell hit chance.
Fixed an issue where Copious Power was not correctly increasing the amount healed or absorbed. (Previously 0%)
Quests
Grim(oire) Business - Vim'gol the Vile will no longer become immune to players. Full rewrite & chest fix incoming soon
Netherweave Quest Turn ins (for 60 netherweave cloth) should now be repeatable.
[Proving Grounds]: Wargame weekly quest is now available on the daily boards.
[Call to Arms]: Will be available friday at 18:00.
[Call to Arms]: Now reward 10000 Honor Points.
[Maggoc's Treasure Chest]: Chest is now lootable by the entire group from Maggoc so you don't have to wait for a respawn to finish the quest for the entire group.
General
Added Bloodforged variant of Totem of Rage.
Item Changes
Pending Next Restart you may now craft the Bloodforged versions of the Master Mace, Axe, and Swordsmith weapons using Bloodforged variants. Once you Bloodforge your weapon, there is no way of returning it to its original state, but now you can atleast upgrade it.

[EPIC] Vanilla PvP Gear will no longer have resillience in TBC.
Mystic Enchants
Holy Supernova now has a 45 second cooldown. (Down from a 60 second cooldown)
Crazy Cultist proc chance increased to 20% (Up from 10%).
Down for the count - Your Killing Spree ability deals 10% (Up from 8%) additional damage to targets afflicted with a Bleed or Poison effect.
War Mage - For every target hit by the arcane explosion, your blink cooldown will now be reduced by 4 seconds (Up from 3).
Turning Tides - For every target hit by Typhoon your Riptide cooldown is reduced by 4 seconds (up from 3).
Avatar of Fire now reduces the damage dealt by your Fire Elemental by 30% (up from 50% damage reduction).
Inducing Trauma now adds 4 seconds to your rend duration (Up from 3 seconds).
Avatar of Earth now reduces the damage dealt by your Earth Elemental by 30% (up from 50% damage reduction).
TIMBERRRR now reduces the damage your treants deal by 20% (up from 33% reduced damage on treants)
Taste of Success now increases the threat of Victory Rush by 40% (Up from 30%).
Centered now makes your Holy healing spells increase the hit chance of your Smite, Holy Fire and Penance by 3% (up from 2%) for 10 seconds. This effect stacks up to 5 times.
Corrected issues where Crazy Cultist would summon demons overwriting your summoned companions.
Chaos Manifesting now grants 15% damage (bugfix where it was still granting 10%) and now lasts for 8 seconds.
Fire walk with me - the movement speed granted by flamestrike now increases your movement speed by 40% (Up from 30%).
Double Agent now also increases your stealth detection.
Sawed off Barrel now increases the cooldown of multishot by 150% (Down from 200%).
Zany Zealot now has a 15% proc chance. (Up from 10%)
Dark Arrow now has a 10% proc chance (Up from 5%).
Mystic Companion - Your Hunter Pet auto attacks now deals only Arcane damage, but deals 30% less damage. (Up from 40% reduced damage)
Glacial Companion - Your Hunter Pet auto attacks now deals only Frost damage, but deals 30% less damage. (Up from 40% reduced damage)
Adumbral Companion - Your Hunter Pet auto attacks now deals only Shadow damage, but deals 30% less damage. (Up from 40% reduced damage)
Voltaic Companion - Your Hunter Pet auto attacks now deals only Nature damage, but deals 30% less damage. (Up from 40% reduced damage)
Smoldering Companion - Your Hunter Pet auto attacks now deals only Fire damage, but deals -30% less damage. (Up from 40% reduced damage)
The attack speed bonus you receive after landing from paratrooper now lasts for 6 seconds (up from 4).
Tooth and Nail has a 25% proc chance up from 10%.
Assuaging Shadows Shadow Nova will now slow all targets for 3 seconds (up from 1).
Power Overwhelming now reduces the cooldown of arcane power by 3 seconds (Up from 2 seconds).
Arcane Motes now increases your Arcane Missiles now fires Arcane Motes. Arcane Motes increase Starfire and Moonfire damage by 2% per stack (up from 1%).
Devouring - the application of your Warlock Damage Over Time effects increase the duration of your Devouring Plague by 5 seconds (up from 4 seconds).
Benevolent Crusader decreases the cast times of your Penance, Holy Fire, and Smite abilities by 12% per stack up from 10%.
Endless Void reduces the cooldown of your Shadowfiend by -50% but decreases its mana drained and its damage dealt by 35%. (Up from a reduction of 50%)
Group Think now increases your pet's damage by 25% (Up from 20%).
Mana Leech reduces the Shadow damage your Mana Burn deals by 35% (up from 50% reduced damage) and increases its mana cost by 50%.
New Moon is now an [EPIC] Random Enchant.
Mass Hysteria is now an [EPIC] Random Enchant.

A Curse Upon Both of Your Clans! - Fully rewritten, item will now be usable at towers and now spawn a billion fighting triggers

Shattered Halls - Fixed Kargath Bladefist's Executioner Event
All heroic dungeons bosses will drop 2 orbs.
All normal dungeon bosses will have a 33% chance to drop an orb.
Mystic Enchants
Death or Glory is now an [EPIC] Random Enchant.
Flame Surge reduces the damage of your Incinerate ability by 50% (Up from a 60% damage reduction).
Water Shield increases your Frost damage by 2% per stack up from 1%.
Corrected an issue where +40 Spell Damage was not applying any spellpower (as a temporary fix, it will grant healing power and spell damage until a later patch).
World in Flames now increases the critical strike chance of your Flamestrike, Pyroblast, Blast Wave, Dragon's Breath, Living Bomb, Blizzard and Arcane Explosion spells by 2% up from 1%.
Blademaster will grant % armor now (Clarified in tooltip). You will be able to see the updated tooltip in a later patch!
Quests
Corrected an issue where the Vanilla levelling quests and kill quests were hidden on the callboard.
Corrected an issue where the Call to Arms: Battleground quests were not available from the board.
Added a reputation turn in for netherweave cloth on all realms!
