[New Callboard Quests] There are 35 new areas that quests can appear in, 35 new Elites to conquer and a pool of 210 new quests that will rotate by area every day.
[Fingers of Stone] Fingers of Stone buff now increases the damage of your Stone Shard by 15%. Changed from 25% increased critical strike damage.
[Lucifur] Fixed an issue where Cataclysm was once again off the global-cooldown.
[Heavyweight] Increased weapon damage of Crush to 200%. Up from 150%.
[Knight of the Eclipse] Fixed a bug where the damage of Knightfall would not scale above level 60.
[Knight of the Eclipse] Increased the base damage and scaling of Knightfall by 20%.
[Razor Claws] In addition to Claw and Bloodthirst, Shred and Ravage now also extend the duration of Rip by 1 second.
[Razor Claws] Bloody Claws (Passive) now increases the damage of your Rip and Rake by 45%. Up from 30%.
[White Walker] Frozen Blade is now instead granted by Winds of Winter, has 5 charges and increases Sinister and Eviscerate damage by 125% vs monsters.
[White Walker] Slice and Ice now converts 50% of your intellect into melee critical strike rating, but no longer increases melee attack speed.
[White Walker] Howl of Winter now increases the damage of Deep Freeze by 66% per stack.
[White Walker] Increased Winds of Winter attack and spell power scaling by 25%.
[Twilight Paragon] Casting Smite while affected by both Paragon of Darkness and Surge of Light will now proc Twilight Treason.
[Unrelenting Wrath] The Beast Within no longer makes the player immune to crowd-control effects if activated with Unrelenting Wrath.
[Unrelenting Wrath] Now increases the effectiveness of all aspects of Kill Command by 100%.
[Hoplite] Shield Strike damage increased by 30%.
[Hoplite] No longer reduces your damage done to monsters (from -10% to 0%).
[Son of Gruul] Shatter now generates 2 charges of Hate.
[Son of Gruul] Upheaval and Ground Slam now generates 2 charges of Hate when used against players.
[Son of Gruul] The rage cost of Hateful Strike has been reduced to 30 from 40.
[Festering Wound] Festering Wound has been slightly reworked now it reads: Your Envenom hits increase the damage the target takes from your Nature Spells and Abilities by 2% for 12 seconds. This effect stacks 8 times. Mutilate critical strikes instantly restore 5 energy and another 10 energy over 3 seconds.
[Serpent Venom] Serpent Strike target debuff now increases damage taken from your Deadly Poison by 5% and Instant Poison by 3%
per stack. Up from 2/1% respectively.
[Serpent Venom] Added stat scaling to Serpent Strike. Now it scales by 10% of your Spell Power and Attack Power.
[Serpent Venom] Increased base damage of Serpent Strike by 25%.
[Gurubashi Berserker][New Mechanic] Casting Colossus Smash now makes your next 3 Executes usable regardless of the target's health state and increases the damage of Execute by 30%(15% vs players).
[Blood Venom] Blood Venom can now stack 3 times.
[Wild Felfire] The attack and spell power scaling of the area-of-effect proc of Wild Felfire has been increased by 40%.
[Blood Venom] Blood Venom duration increased to 15 seconds.

[Blood Venom] Toxic Strikes now grants Mortal Strike 12% more damage per stack up from 10%.
[Deadly Bite] Savage Blade now grants 30% increased damage of your next Counterattack or Mongoose Bite up from 20%.

[Deadly Bite] Deadly Bite now increases the damage dealt by Raptor Strike by 15% per stack up from 12%.
[Wrath of the Plague] Wrath of the Plague damage over time can now critically strike.
[Harbinger of Pestilence] Fixed a bug where Insect Swarm (Plague) would not scale properly into level 70 and above. This change corrects its scaling and will result in a approximate 20% damage buff to the spell at level 70 and above.
[Harbinger of Pestilence] Harbinger of Pestilence now increases the damage of Harbinger’s Bile by 70% per stack. Up from 50%.
[Consumed By Fire] Decimation also increases your fire damage by 8/15% while this Mystic Enchant is equipped.
[Burning Darkness] While under the effect of Pyroclasm, your Unstable Affliction deals 20% increased damage.
[Holy Ascension] Your Seals now deal 30% increased damage.
[Ice Lash] Solid Ice now increases the damage dealt by Frost Bolt and Deep Freeze by 15% per stack.
[Ice Lash] Solid Ice now increases the damage dealt by Ice Lance and Cone of Cold by 25% per stack.
[Ice Lash] Increased the weapon damage of Ice Lash to 200% from 160%.
[Bundle of Shurikens] Increased the cooldown reduction granted by finishing moves from 6 seconds to 8.
[Bundle of Shurikens] Weapon Scrolls cooldown has been increased to 60 seconds from 30.
[Bundle of Shurikens] Weapon Scroll now grants full charges of Sharpen Glaives when used.
[Bundle of Shurikens] Sharpened Glaive now has a 30 second duration, no longer permanent.
[Bundle of Shurikens][New Mechanic - Sharpen Glaives] Dealing damage with Shuriken Toss grants a stack of Sharpen Glaives, upon reaching 3 stacks your next Glaive Toss deals 100% more damage.
[Bundle of Shurikens] Hidden Shuriken stacks will no longer be consumed when casting Glaive Toss at max stacks, the damage increase for Glaive Toss is now tied to a new mechanic.
[Starburst Barrage] has been reworked, it will now trigger 1 explosion every half second per stack of Starburst Barrage. The damage increase has been removed from Starburst Barrage, and Starburst Barrage now has 4 max stacks.
[Mental Dexterity] now grants 5/10/15% of your Intellect as Hit rating. Changed from Haste Rating as this conversion did not work correctly.
[Starweaver][New talent] A new talent has been added to the Balance tree, it increases Starsurge and Starfall damage by 7/14/20%. Capstone Bonus: Starsurge casts reduce the cooldown of Starfall by 3 seconds.
[Blood Sport] Your Mangle (Cat) now deals 10% increased damage against targets afflicted by your Lacerate.
[Unbearable Shred] Increases the damage of your Shred by 8% against targets afflicted by your Lacerate. Additionally increases duration of your Lacerate by 1 second.
[Feral Instinct] Now also increases the damage dealt by Ravage by 10/20/30%. And Ravage reduces the cooldown of Tiger’s Fury by 1 second each time it deals damage.
[Rend and Tear] Rare Mystic Enchant increases damage of Shred and Maul by 4% and critical strike chance of Ferocious Bite by 2%. Now it requires your target to be affected by your Rip or Lacerate in order to grant the benefit.
[Rend and Tear] the talent now increases your critical strike chance with Ferocious Bite by 10/20/30%. Up from 7/14/20%. Now it requires your target to be affected by your Rip or Lacerate in order to grant the benefit.
[Shredded Attacks] now reduces energy cost of mentioned abilities by 5/10/15. Up from 3/6/10, and the capstone can also be proceed by Ravage.
[Shred] Increased the base damage and scaling of Shred by 13%.
[King of the Jungle] now has additional an mechanic: While in Cat Form, Tiger's Fury restores 20/40/60 energy and you deal 2/4/6% increased damage while above 75% health.
[Ferocity] now reduces the energy cost of mentioned ability by 2 energy per point.
[Savage Fury] is now a 3 point talent (up form 2). Now it correctly increases the damage of said abilities by 4/8/12%.
[Improved Mangle] now also increases the damage of your Mangle by 7/14/20%.
[Infected Wounds] now also increases the damage of all cat & bear bleeds by 3/6/9%.
[Improved Poisons] now increases the chance to apply Instant Poison by 6/12/18/24/30%. Down from 10/20/30/40/50%.
[Improved Poisons] now increases the chance to apply Deadly Poison by 6/12/18/24/30%. Up from 5/10/15/20/25%.
[Filthy Tricks] now increases the damage of your Gloomblade by 10/20/30%
[Power of Light][New Talent] A 3 point talent that increases your healing power by 7/14/20% of your melee attack power and increases your melee critical strike chance by 1/2/3%.
[Sheath of Light] Is now a 3 point talent down from 5, critical holy heals now heal the target for 7/14/20% of the healed amount.
[Envenom] now increases the chance to apply Deadly Poison by 5% and Instant Poison by 10%. Down from 10/20% respectivelly.
[Gloomblade] Decreased the base damage and scaling of Gloomblade by 30%.
[Berserk] now lasts 10 seconds and has an additional mechanic: Your Cat combo point generators grant 4 additional combo points (1 vs players) for the duration of Berserk.
[Tiger’s Fury] now also increases your damage done by 5%.
[Cat Form] now only increases your attack power by 25% of your Agility.
[Execute] Increased the conversion scaling of Execute by 20%.
[Execute] You can now consume up to a cap of 60 rage, this is an increase from a cap of 30.
[Starfall] Increased the base damage and scaling of Starfall by 20%.
[Frenzy Shot] Increased the weapon damage of Frenzy Shot from 100 to 200%.
[Colossus Smash] Increased the damage of Colossus Smash from 130% weapon damage to 200%.
[Rupture and Garrote] Reduced the base damage of Garrote by 30%, and increased its scaling by 30%. Reduced the base damage of Rupture by 20%, and increased its scaling by 35%. Our aim is to tweak scaling profile of some bleeds so they are less powerful early on but reward proper itemization and scale better into the late game.
[Rest] The amount of mana and health recovered by Rest is now increased for every second you spend resting.
[Single-Minded Fury] Mortal Strike, Overpower and Slam deal 5% less damage with Single-Minded Fury, changed from 10%.
[Bandages] Similar to healing, Bandages are less effective as Heroes progress and accumulate more health. To make Bandages relevant, they’re receiving a big buff to help them keep up with current health pools.
[Agile Strikes] the Agility One handed allocation bonus, now reduces the global cooldown and cost of your spells and abilities by 8%. Down from 10%.
[Heavy Swings] the Strength Two handed allocation bonus, no longer reduces your melee and ranged attack speed.
[General Change] Heals now gain a small Attack Power Coefficient Heroes on Ascension have a lot more health than classic heroes, and this disparity increases as progression goes on. In order to help heals keep up with you as you play, all heals now receive a small AP Coefficient. This change helps heals stay relevant for heroes without spell power, and reinforces classless.

[Zul'Aman] Fixed the issue where Raid Caches didn't drop on Heroic, Mythic and Ascended difficulties.
Mystic Enchants
[Pending Patch] [Dawn of the Second Day] Fixed an issue that caused Dawn of the Second Day to have incorrect scaling. The heal will now be, on average, about 25% stronger than the regular Light of Dawn spell.

[Fel Corruption][Pending Patch] Fixed an issue where Fel Infused Flames could not proc from Bladestorm.
[Battle Fervor][Pending Patch] Fixed an issue where Battle Charge would ignore immunities.
[Battle Fervor][Pending Patch] Fixed an issue where the 10% damage modifier from Crushing Impact could affect some non-warrior abilities.
[Field Surgeon][Pending Patch]Fixed an issue where Field Surgeon could not be generated from some direct heals, like the Lesser Circle of Healing from Dark Surgeon.
General
[Area52] Fixed an issue causing One with the light player vs player mods to be dramatically different from thrall.
[Pending Restart] - Corpse Runner will no longer be removed from you outside of combat. This means tagging a fire on your way to the instance will not remove it. Taking fall damage from doing a skip on your way back to where you died will not remove it. It will stay on you until you enter combat.
Talents & Abilities
[Pending Restart] Smoke Bomb can be casted while in Tree of Life form without breaking it now.
Item Changes
Fixed [Skill Card - Metamorphosis] and [Golden Skill Card - Metamorphosis]. They are now be useable once more!
Dungeons & Raids
[Pending Restart] [The Headless Horseman] Corrected several issues where the Headless Horseman could not be killed.
Mystic Enchants
[Sinister Transfusion] Now procs from any combo point generating ability, including Legendary Enchant abilities like Hammer the Gap and Energy Bolt. (requires restart)
[Steward of Eternity] [Pending Restart] Time-Bind can now be cast on yourself again, but it now only heals you for 15% of the damage taken over 6 seconds when versus players.
