[Pending Restart] [Elune] [Area 52] Fixed an issue where Blurred Blade had no ICD, it now has a 0.5 second ICD.
[Pending Restart] Fixed a bug where the Lightning Overload stun was still on the random DR.
Each point of PvP power now grants 0.06 damage, changed from 0.05. (This results in a 30% damage increase when you have the PvP power cap, changed from 25%.)
Two new tabards with arena rating requirements are now available from Merul. All tabards now require 2000 rating, changed from 2200.
Talents & Abilities
[Area 52] Wraith now deals 10% reduced damage in PvP combat.
[Area 52] Forbidden Technique now deals 15% reduced damage in PvP combat.
[Area 52] Dusk Dagger (Forbidden Technique) now deals 10% reduced damage in PvP combat.
[Area 52] Shadow Dagger (Forbidden Technique) now deals 10% reduced damage in PvP combat.
[Area 52] Starfire's now deals 5% reduced damage in PvP combat.
[Area 52] Gunslinger's Strike increased damage for Mongoose Bite has been reduced from 20% to 15% in PvP combat.
Item Changes
[Pending restart and patch] Added the Brutal Gladiator's Libram of Fortitude to the Season 4 Arena vendor.
[Pending restart and patch] Added the Brutal Gladiator's Dagger to the Season 4 Arena vendor. Handle it with care, it's extra sharp.
[Pending restart and patch] Added two new rings with hit rating to the Season 4 Honor vendor.
[Pending restart and cache clear] The stats on S4 Bracers, Belt and Boots have been increased by approximately 5% across the board, and another few % specifically for spell power. This change is intended to help make sure that these pieces stay competitive with Bloodforged gear.
[Pending restart and cache clear] The Guardian's Dragonhide Boots, Belt and Bracers now also have some Intellect.
[Pending restart] Slowed down the Brutal Gladiator's War Staff and Battle Staff from 2.0 to 3.6 speed. DPS is unchanged. As with all item updates, this requires a cache clear to be visible in-game.
[Pending restart] All the Season 4 headpieces have had their stats buffed slightly (approximately 5%) in order to better balance their power relative to the Bloodforged PvE options.

Fixed an issue where Guardian, Felsworn, Bloodmage and Knight of Xoroth had an extra threat modifier ontop of the baseline 1200% threat.
Reduced the threat caused by Cadaverous/Couragous and other similar tank 4 set bonuses that cause a spike in threat upon hitting an enemy target for the first time.

[Pending Restart] Corrected an issue preventing the Deadwood Headdress from dropping. This item will now properly drop from Deadwood Furbolg mobs in Felwood as long as you have completed the quest "Timbermaw Ally".
