Talents & Abilities
[Toughness] You will now receive 2/3.5/5% reduced damage taken while the Toughness and Shamanic Rage Harvest talents are known. Previously the Shamanic Rage Harvest talent was blocking the damage reduction from its application as a remnant of the original behaviour of the Mystic Enchant Channeled Rage. This means that when you know the Toughness talent and Shamanic Rage Harvest talent and Shamanistic Rage is active the Damage Reduction will succesfully apply, but at 50% reduced potency.

[Manastorm] [Pending Restart] Manaclaw's Intense Cold will no longer be applied to pets.

[Barbarian] Ancestor's Fury no longer increases other Barbarians carnage, and only increases your carnage
[Pyromancer] Flameweaving Pyromancer passive now modifies your mana regeneration in and out of combat by percentage of Spirit instead of periodically restoring maximum mana.

[Pending Restart] [Zul'Gurub] [Hakkar] Corrected an issue where Hakkar would ignore CoA classes when filtering targets for his Will of Hakkar ability. Hakkar will now correctly select CoA classes as valid targets for Will of Hakkar.
[Pending Restart] [All Dungeons and Raids] Corrected an issue where tanks and healer eventually would be stopped being recognized by bosses mechanic filter after a player died, changed specialization or left stances.

[Cultist] Total Madness damage increase halved, % health lost incresed by 1%.
