[Pending restart] The range of Ice Prism has been fixed. Like other similar spells it will now have a base range of 30 yards.
World
Further improved Dynamic Respawning for the new callboard quest area zones. The spawn time of monsters will be vastly reduced when there are many players in the area.

Mystic Enchants
[Pending restart][Zandalari Windreaver] Adjusted PvP Mods of Loa's Assault and Zandalari Glaive accordingly.
[Pending restart][Zandalari Windreaver] Increased base cooldown of Zandalari Glaive to 20 seconds. Up from 15. Collecting 3 Shards of Gonk will still reset its cooldown fully.
[Pending restart][Zandalari Windreaver] Increased weapon damage scaling of Zandalari Glaive by 40%.
[Pending restart][Zandalari Windreaver] Reduced weapon damage scaling of Loa's Assault by 20%.
[Legacy of the Arcanist][Pending Update] Reduced the internal cooldown of the triggered Meteors from 9 to 8 seconds. This change follows yesterday's fixes where Meteors now trigger on hit instead of on cast. It will enable non-instant cast spells and spells with missiles to better utilize the Meteors when they become available again during their Resonances.
[Legacy of the Arcanist][Pending Update] Fixed an issue where some channeled spells could cause unintended trigger behaviour for the Arcanist Meteors.
Talents & Abilities
[Tameable Eredar] Increased the damage scaling of Unholy Aura from 0.5 per level to 1.5 per level.
Mystic Enchants
[Zandalari Windreaver] Reduced the mana cost of Zandalari Glaive by 50%.
[White Walker][Pending Update] Fixed an issue causing triggered Ice Lances from White Walker to consume Fingers of Frost charges.
[Legacy of the Arcanist][Pending Update][Pending Restart] Potential stacks, and Meteors will now trigger on hit instead of on cast. This is to fix the two issues mentioned above.
[Legacy of the Arcanist][Pending Update][Pending Restart] Fixed an issue where some spells would trigger the Meteors on the caster's location instead of on the target.
[Legacy of the Arcanist][Pending Update][Pending Restart] Fixed an issue that could sometimes prevent the player from gaining Potential stacks.

[General] Slew of VFX scalings fixed
[General] Most stat scalings on abilities have been removed and replaced with attack power, spell power, or healing power bonuses. Notable exceptions being Spirit on Ancestry/Inspiration, or Stamina on Blood SoA or some tank abilities.
[Venomancer] Shadra's Vigil duration can now be refreshed with further applications
[Runemaster] Warp, Ley Walk, and Warpblade now all share a GCD with each other, and do not share a GCD with other Runemaster abilities
[Runemaster] Warp Link summon can no longer auto attack lol
[Cultist] Confuse changed to a normal interrupt
[Chronomancer] Aeon of Resilience Magic Resist amount reduced by ~50%
