[Pending Restart] - [Area-52]- Fixed an issue where surpassing the item level "bracket" for callboard caches in the most recently released tier would result in an empty callboard cache. Callboard Caches should now always have the correct loot in them.

[Pending Restart] - Heirloom 2 Hand weapons that had EXP bonus on them will now give 6% EXP bonus up from 3%. (This is to match the effect and keep you in sync with others using two one-handed heirlooms).
[Crow's Cache] - [Area-52] - [Live Now] - Fixed an issue where Crow's Cache would sometimes not give loot
[Pending Restart & Patch Update] - Fixed an issue where the Gylph Enchantments were showing up on Area-52. This was not intended because they are not usable by the Hero class.

[Requires Launcher Update] Added a new option for Mouseover Casting [Esc -> Interface -> Mouseover Casting]. When enabled, your spells and macros will target your mouseover target first, if you have one. This is the same behavior as a [@mouseover,exists] macro. If no mouseover is found, it will cast as normal at your target.
