[Necro] Defend Your Master is now a passive called Fetid Pawns that causes your Grave March spell to launch all acive rotlings at the target instead of increasing their speed, and causes them to explode when they hit the target

[Stormbringer] Spells that previously had no CD when supercharged now gain increased cast speed instead (this is something I originally wanted to try with the static changes that I think can alleviate some of the concerns regarding the rotation feeling unvaried, the idea is that you will now have periods (when your supercharged spells are up) where you want to push for favor and periods where it is less important)
