[Karazhan] [Shade of Aran] Corrected an issue where Water Bolt of Conjured Elemental dealt more damage then intended on Flex Heroic difficulty.
[Karazhan] [Moroes] Corrected an issue where Garrote was ticking faster then intended on Ascended 10 player difficulty. Garrote will tick every 5 seconds down from 3 seconds as it did before the introduction of Ascended difficulty.
[Magtheridons Lair] [Magtheridon] Increased the Radius of Magtheridons Mortal Cleave to 15 yards up from 10 to match his hit radius.
[Magtheridons Lair] [Magtheridon] Corrected an issue where Magtheridon would fail to cast Conflagration.
[Gruuls Lair] [Gruul] Corrected an issue where Gruul would fail to Shatter all targets within his range.

Removed the Bloodstained debuff from Flex Normal raids (pending restart). - Added a new debuff in its place that is only visible to the person with the debuff. This debuff explains why you shouldn't wear pvp gear in a raid and explains the penalties in further raids.
Added Arena Frenzy to the Calendar. We will be adding more Ascension events to the Calendar overtime!
Increased baseline resilience on Area 52 and Wildhammer
Removed a 10% reduction to Absorb spells such as Power Word: Shield when used in arenas.
Tweaked healing done in Battlegrounds. Players whose Primary Stat is Spirit will now heal for 5% less than before, while players with any other Primary Stat will heal for 5% more.

Fixed an issue where Dash ranks 2 and 3 sometimes did not work.
Mortal Strike now deals 35% reduced damage against players, up from 25%.
Mortal Strike now deals 130% weapon damage, up from 110%.
Counterattack now deals 10% reduced damage against players, up from 5%.
Increased the Ranged Attack Power scaling of Counterattack to 53.3%, up from 79%.
Mongoose Bite now deals 10% reduced damage against players, up from 5%.
Increased the Ranged Attack Power scaling of Mongoose Bite to 74.5%, up from 69%.
Clarified the tooltips of effects like Playing with Fire to now state that they increase Magic damage done/taken. The previous wording implied that they only increased magic damage from Spells, while they actually increase all magic damage, including that from abilities such as Lava Lash.
Shadow Word: Death now deals 10% reduced damage against players. It previously did not have a PvP modifier.
Increased the spell power scaling Shadow Word: Death to 34%, up from 27%.
Gift of the Naaru (racial) is now dispellable
Fixed a bug where Fingers of Frost wasn't dispellable.
Increased the attack power scaling of the Blood and Guts damage from Mutilate by 20%.
Ice Lash now deals 10% reduced damage against players. It was previously not reduced.
Divine Storm now deals 15% reduced damage against players, from 20%.
Crusader Strike now deals 15% reduced damage against players, from 20%.
Eviscerate now deals 10% reduced damage against players, from 15%.
Sinister Strike now deals 15% reduced damage against players, from 20%.
Mutilate (Titan) now deals 15% reduced damage against players, from 20%.

Curse of the Elements now lasts for 20 seconds (from 30) when used against players.
Unrelenting Assault now reduces magical damage and healing done by 15/30%, down from 20/40%.
Fixed an issue where Frost Oil and Shadow Oil could trigger procs. Instead, their damage has been increased, and the slow from Frost Oil has been increased from 40% to 50%.
Changed the tooltip of Elemental Devastation to clarify that it only triggers from offensive spell criticals.

The Titanic Fury buff from Fury of the Titans Legendary Enchant now lasts for 10 seconds, down from 15.
Increased the proc chance of Ice Lance from Ice Barrage to 15%, up from 10%, and increase the passive proc chance bonus to Fingers of Frost to 5%, up from 2%.
Wild Wrath now increases the damage of your Wrath by 15% of your Ranged Attack power per stack, up from 10% per stack.
Flame On! now also increases the damage done by Fire Blast by 15% (5% to players) per stack.
The Crush damage from Heavyweight can now also trigger from auto-attack replacing attacks such as Heroic Strike, Cleave, and Raptor Strike.
Increased the critical strike chance granted by Words of Healing after gaining Borrowed Time to 20%, up from 15%.
Increased the cooldown reduction of Divine Illumination from your Smite and Holy Fire while using Prophet of Wrath to 6 seconds, up from 5 seconds.
Corrected the tooltip of Divine Purpose, it now states that it does 50% increased damage. In addition, Divine Purpose now reduces the cooldown of Penance by 2 seconds.
Increased the effects of Nature's Fervor. Mangle (Bear) now reduces the target's armor by 20% for 12 seconds, up from 8 seconds. Faerie Fire (Feral) now reduces your physical damage taken by 10% for 8 seconds, up from 8%. Lacerate's next application now has 100% increased threat, up from 50%.
Tidecaller's periodic Nature healing done from Tidecaller's Boon has been increased to 15% per stack, up from 10% per stack.
Controlled Typhoon now also increases the damage done by your Typhoon by 20%.
Fixed an issue with Undaunted causing it to reduce Last Stand to 5% max health, instead of the intended 10%. In addition, Undaunted no longer reduces the duration of Last Stand.
Fixed an issue where Festering Wound would not proc energy regeneration from off-hand mutilate criticals. Now both main-hand and off-hand crit can proc the energy regeneration (but not at the same time).
Fixed the tooltip of Swashbuckler Epic Mystic Enchants to clarify that you cannot use any items in offhand or ranged slot, except for Idols.
Spirit of the Forest still empowers your Rejuvenation, Wild Growth and Lifebloom for 20 seconds but no longer removes your Tree of Life when these 20 seconds end.
Sealed in Flames now increases the damage of your Seal of Righteousness by 5% and Hammer of Wrath by 10% (5% against players) on targets afflicted by your Holy Fire.
Holy Ascension now reduces the cooldown of Holy Fire by 3 seconds (from 2), and using Exorcism now increases your Holy damage done to the target for 15 seconds (from 10).
Fixed the tooltip of Weapon Command to state that the expertise does not work while in Cat or Bear Form.
Cleanse In Flames has been reworked, it now reads - Your Exorcism ability increases the duration of your Holy Fire by 4 seconds. In addition, your Exorcism now deals 20% more damage against targets afflicted by Holy Fire.
The effect of Holy Fire from Sanctity of Battle now guarantees a critical hit and reduces the damage done by 10%, down from 20%.
Righteous Flames (Rare Mystic Enchant) has been renamed to Righteous Fire, and now increased the damage over time effect of your Holy Fire ability by 60%, up from 40%.
Increased the damage increase of your Smite and Holy Fire from Fires of Vengeance to 7%, up from 5%.
Fixed an issue with Fingers of Death, the buffs it gives should now last 15 seconds, up from 10 seconds.
[New Rare Enchant]: Instigator - Your Ghostly Strike and Riposte abilities deal 20% increased damage (10% against players) when used on targets above 75% health.
[New Epic Enchant]: Freezing Strike - Your Frostbrand Weapon deals 30% (10% against players) increased damage. Using Stormstrike grants you one charge of Fingers of Frost.
[New Epic Enchant]: Ethereal Tricks - Your Spellsteal now steals an extra magic effect.
[New Epic Enchant]: Blood Will Out - Increases the duration of your Maim by 1 second. Targets afflicted by your Maim take 25% increased damage from Bleed effects.
[New Epic Enchant]: Embracing Shadows - While Shadow Dance is active, any spell damage you take will heal you for a small amount. Taking Shadow damage will also extend the duration of the Dance by 0.5 seconds.
