Talentos & Habilidades
Increased the base weapon damage of Mutilate to 130%, up from 100%, and increased the additional bonus damage by 30%. The damage increase against Poisoned targets has been reduced to 10%, down from 45%.
Increased the weapon damage of Backstab to 215% weapon damage, up from 195%.
Increased the weapon damage of Divine Storm to 130% weapon damage, up from 110%.
Increased the weapon damage of Crusader Strike to 120% weapon damage, up from 105%.
Reckoning now only triggers from taking damage in melee.
Felhunter Spell Lock no longer applies a silence.
Last Stand now temporarily grants you 25% of your maximum health, down from 30%.
Fixed a tooltip issue with Riptide, it will now show the correct amount of percentage healing increase to Chain Heal.
Clarified the tooltip of Mortal Shot talent and Mystic Enchant to state that it only works for Hunter shots.
You can now mount while in the Noggenfogger skeleton transform.
Hunger for Blood has been reworked. It now reads - Enrages you, increasing all Physical and Nature damage caused by 10%, lasting for 5 seconds per bleed effect you have applied to the target. Also gives you a movement boost for 5 seconds, increasing your movement speed by 15% per bleed you have applied to the target. (This ability is off-GCD but has a 30 second cooldown.)
Holy Guidance now increases your healing spell power and holy spell power by 4% of your total Intellect.
Nature's Blessing now increases your healing spell power by an amount equal to 4% of your Intellect, up from 3%.
Mind Mastery now increases spell damage by 3% of your total Intellect, up from 2%.
The damage of Chimera Shot - Serpent has been increased to 60% of the damage done by your Serpent Sting, up from 40%.
Improved Devouring Plague now deals 5/10/15% of the total periodic effect of Devouring Plague.
Conflagrate now deals 60% damage instantly (from 70%), and an additional 60% over 6 seconds (from 20%), and Improved Immolate now increases the damage of Immolate by 10/20/30% damage, up from 5/10/15%.
Anticipation now increases block chance by 1/2/3/4/5% instead of dodge.
Improved Moonfire now also increases the critical strike chance of Starfire by 5/10%.
Lunar Guidance now also increases the critical strike chance of Starfire by 3/6/9%.
Baseline damage and spell power scaling from Wrath have been increased by 20%.
Eclipse now only increases the critical strike chance of Starfire and the damage of Wrath by 30%, down from 50%.
Fixed the tooltip of Blast Wave and Typhoon to no longer state that they share a cooldown.
Fixed an issue where Druid finishers would not be affected by the Surprise Attacks talent.
Fixed an issue where Blade Flurry and Sweeping Strikes were being increased by PVE power instead of being based on the triggering attack.
Blind now lasts for 8 seconds, down from 10 seconds.
Moonkin Form now costs 20% base mana, up from 13%, and the armor gained from cloth and leather has been reduced to 40%, down from 70%. In addition, you no longer take reduced damage while stunned while in Moonkin Form, and the mana regen from single target spell criticals now has a 25% proc chance, down from 35%.
Lightning Overload hits will now be able to trigger procs like Booming Thunder and Astral Tempest.
Updated the spell visual of Recuperate.
Stormstrike will no longer have a reduced global cooldown from spell haste.
Fixed an issue where Track Beast would not go into Hunter spellbook tab.
Fixed a bug where bandage would stop channeling while in immunities, like Divine Shield, when attacked with auto-attacks.
Fixed the tooltip of rank 1 Enrage from Fury Warrior, it will now correctly state that it increases physical damage by 2%.
Fixed an issue where Test of Faith would sometimes not be removed after finishing a cast.
Backlash and Nightfall now deal 20% reduced damage against players, from 10%.
Hand of Salvation now lasts 6 seconds, up from 3, now ticks every 1 second, down from 2 seconds, and the cooldown has been increased to 90 seconds, up from 75 seconds.
Fixed an issue with the Static Shock Capstone where it would remove your LIghtning Shield if you used Stormstrike while at 1 charge remaining.
Fixed an issue where Natural Alacrity would take you out of Moonkin Form.
Pounce now gives 2 combo points, up from 1.
Nature's Grace talent now lasts for 4 seconds, up from 3 seconds.
Fixed an issue where Transference of Guilt would trigger the increased cooldown on other taunts.
Fixed an issue where Nature's Guardian talent would sometime stop working.
Clarified the tooltip of Torment of the Weak to state that the talent also works for attack speed slows.
[New Capstone]: Conviction - With the final rank of this talent, your spell critical strike rating is increased by 30% of your Strength.
[New Capstone]: Anticipation - Increases your block value by 15% after you block an attack. Lasts 5s or 2 blocks.
General
Fixed an issue where an invisible trigger spell within the arena during Blood Bowl would remove stealth.
Blood Bowl will now prevent you from mounting after you gain arena gladiator(a kill inside the arena), this is a temporary measure to prevent people from flying up into the air.
Blood Bowl will now begin an hour later not to coincide with the crow's cache timer.

[League 2] [Naxxramas] [Items] Dreadborne Warplate - Dreadborne Warplate is the T3 Plate DPS set. It's stats are very similar to the T3 Bonescythe Set, with Strength as the Priority Stat. Unlike other Plate DPS sets, Dreadborne looks differently from the original Dreadnaught set.

[League 2] Heros Call: Temple of AhnQiraji no longer requires Void Pearl to be completed. Heroes Call: Temple of AhnQiraji now requires The Prophet Skeram, Princess Huhuran, Emperor Veknilash and Cthun to be defeated.

[League 2] [Naxxramas] [Kel'thuzad] Detonate Mana now destroys Mana equal to a value of 50% of the targets maximum Mana and inflicts damage to nearby allies equal to the theoretical destroyed Mana. Previously would destroy 10% of maximum Mana and inflict damage 10x as high as the theoretical destroyed Mana.
[League 2] [Naxxramas] [Kel'thuzad] Kel'thuzad will now cast his Chains in Phase 3 on a fix timer of 60 seconds. Previously was on a random timer 60-90 seconds.
[League 2] [Naxxramas] [Kel'thuzad] Unstoppable Abominations spawned during Phase 1 no longer deal damage with Constricting Chains. Constricting Cains now chain to up to 3 targets stunning them for up to 4 seconds.
[League 2] [Naxxramas] [Kel'thuzad] Posses cast by Soul Weaver spawned during Phase 1 now lasts for a maximum of 15 seconds and player under the effect of Posses take and deal 50% less damage.
[League 2] [Naxxramas] [Kel'thuzad] Soul Weaver spawned during Phase 1 no longer deal damage with their Icy Aura and Wail of Souls abilities. Wail of Souls no longer targets pets. Wail of Souls can no longer miss and ignores line of sight.
[League 2] [Naxxramas] [Kel'thuzad] Soldiers of the Frozen Waste will now explode when they can hit a target in melee range. They will no longer explode on death. The explosion radius has been reduced to 10 yards down from 15. Dark Blast will now also knock player away.
