General
Reworked how new spells are learned through Mystic Enchantments. There is currently a bug with certain MEs where you have to re-equip your ME to learn the spell, for example with Locust Ranger.
Increases base health for levels 60-70. Players health pools have been increased by about 300 for level 60 and 500 for level 70.
All Legendary and Epic Mystic Enchants will for a time be exchangeable! Just put the item on a Mystic Altar and click "Exchange Enchant" to exchange it for free to an enchant from your collection.
Talentos y Habilidades
Fixed an issue where Bright Light required a different spell than Light's Grace rank 3. It will now work with it. (The tooltip of this ME will still be incorrect until next patch update.)
Fixed release issues with Static Shock capstone, Twilight Paragon and Consumed by Fire.
Fixed an issue where Cut to the Chase wasn't triggering its effect from Meditate and Recuperate.
Vindication is now a three point talent and now has a Capstone bonus: With the final rank of this talent, dealing Holy damage to a target afflicted by Vindication has a chance to increase your Attack Power by [level x 1.55] and Holy Spell Damage by [level x 0.9]
The spellpower scaling of Frostbolt has been increased to 52%, up from 46.2%.
Corrected an error in the tooltip of the buff from Darkness.
Molten Core now increases the damage done of Shadow Bolt instead of reducing its cast time.
Elemental Devastation now increases your melee and ranged critical strike chance by 4/8/12%, from 3/6/9%, but now lasts for 10 seconds, from 12 seconds.
Two-Handed Weapon Mastery no longer has a Stance requirement.

The damage of Explosive Shot has been reduced by 8%.
Ardent Defender now reduces the damage taken under 35% health by 2/4/6%, down from 4/7/10%.
Enhanced Weapon Mastery now also increases the critical strike chance of Flametongue Weapon and Frostbrand Weapon.
Fixed an issue where Sunder Armor debuff stacked with other armor reduction debuff.
The extra Flametongue and Frostbrand damage on the Empowered Stormstrike talent now has a 10% spell damage coefficient.
Combat Experience is now a three-point talent.
Fixed an issue where Master Shapeshifter would stay on you after you unlearned the talent.

Clarified the tooltip of Total Eclipse to state that Owlkin Frenzy only works with the final rank of the talent.
Evoker now no longer increases the damage or critical strike chance of Frostbolt.
The Elemental Devastation Mystic Enchant now makes your Elemental Devastation talent give an additional 3% critical strike chance. This enchant now stacks up to 3 times.

Fixed an issue where Focused Burst would fire while moving.
Centered now increases the hit chance and damage done of your Smite, Holy Fire, and Penance by 2% per stack, instead of only increasing hit chance by 3% per stack.
Fixed a bug where Rain of Arrows had an incorrect attack power scaling.
Direct Command now increases Seal of Command damage by 20%, up from 15%.
Consecrated Strikes has been buffed. The new tooltip reads as follows: Your Crusader Strike, Divine Storm and Hammer of the Righteous abilities have a chance to consecrate the ground beneath your feet. Consecrated Ground deals Holy damage every second to your enemies, increases the Strength of your allies by 5% and increases your Strength by 10% and your spell damage by 30% of your Strength. Consecrated Ground will also imbue your weapon with pure light, giving your melee abilities a chance to deal additional physical damage. This damage can trigger your Seal of Command. Does not stack with other temporary weapon enchants.
Increased the spell damage coefficient of Master of Shadows from 12% to 18%.
Wild Wrath has been adjusted: Dealing damage with Wild Quiver makes your next Wrath cast instant and gives it a 10% ranged attack power scaling, stacking up to 3 times. Casting Wrath refreshes the duration of your Insect Swarm and consumes all stacks.
Fixed an issue where Unchained Blink would not appear in Mage tab in the Spellbook.
Swift Justice has been reworked. The tooltip now reads: When Surge of Light triggers from a non-Holy spell, it no longer prevents critically hitting with Smite or Flash Heal. Consuming Surge of Light grants you 1% spell haste for 12 seconds, stacking up to 5 times.
Fixed an issue where Deranged Druid would trigger channelled abilities.
Pyrolate now increases the damage of your Immolate by 15% (up from 5%) against targets afflicted by your Pyroblast.
Storm Caller has been renamed to Astral Tempest and buffed. The tooltip now reads: You gain a stack of Overloaded when dealing direct Nature or Arcane Damage. Upon reaching 20 stacks of Overloaded, you will trigger an Astral Tempest on your target. This spell deals Astral damage to all nearby enemies over 8 seconds and increases the magic damage you deal by 5% for 8 seconds. Astral damage is a combination of the Arcane and Nature schools, and will benefit from the highest modifier to either school.
Overloaded has been renamed to Overloaded Froststorm and buffed. The tooltip now reads: You gain a stack of Overloaded when dealing direct Nature or Frost Damage. Upon reaching 20 stacks of Overloaded, you will trigger an Overloaded Froststorm on your target. This spell deals Froststorm damage over 8 seconds and increases your spell casting speed by 10% for 8 seconds. Froststorm damage is a combination of the Nature and Frost schools, and will benefit from the highest modifier to either school.
Critical Cycles now also increases the damage of Moonfire and Insect Swarm by 30% while in the corresponding Eclipse phase.
Fixed an issue causing Earth's Blessing's heal increase to not work.
Fixed an issue where Prophet of Wrath would use the wrong ranks of Arcane Missiles (Divine).
The Holy Ascension Legendary Enchant now also reduces the cooldown of your Holy Fire by 2 seconds.
Fixed an issue where Throw Weapon would not knock down the target.
Increased the range on the heal from the Atonement Legendary Enchant to 60 yards, from 25.
Versatile Power now makes your Expose Weakness grant 66% as much Spell Damage as it gives attack power, up from 33%.
Triggered spells from Battlemage now deal 20% reduced damage against players.
The Death or Glory buff now lasts for 10 sec, down from 20. It also reduces the duration of your Last Stand to 10 seconds.
Emberstorm capstone will now trigger on cast instead of on hit.
Fixed Chained in Fear and Overwhelm Trauma to be Rare Mystic Enchants as intended.
Fixed a bug where Stay Frosty would trigger each time Arcane Missiles dealt damage instead of once per cast.
Fixed an issue where Bountiful Gift would not affect all stat types.
Fires of Vengeance is now changed to increase damage by 5% from 4%.
Expunge no longer reduces the cooldown of Chimera Shot. It is now Epic rarity, down from Legendary.
Fixed an issue where Fingers of Frost Mystic Enchant did not work on Frost Shock.
The Brain Freeze mystic enchant now increases the chance to trigger the Brain Freeze talent by 3% and increases the damage of Fireballs cast with Brain Freeze by 3%.
Fixed an issue where rank 2 of Surge of Light had a lower proc chance than intended.
Good Fortune now increases your Holy spell critical strike chance by 7% for 7 seconds, up from 5%.
Improved the visual for Fury of the Titans.
The Shield Block from the Bulwark Legendary Enchant now also increases the damage reduction of your Critical Block talent by 8% while active.
Swarming Sting now increases the damage of your Insect Swarm against targets afflicted by your Serpent Sting by 10%, from 5%.
Spring of Life's Regrowth cast time buff will now be consumed properly. In addition, clarified the tooltip.
Fury of the Titans has been buffed. The damage of Titanic Strike per combo point is increased from 60/80/100/120/140% to 60/90/120/150/180%. In addition, the Titanic Fury also makes your auto-attacks generate Combo Points.
Removed the extra spell visual from Empowered Smite.

Fixed an issue where Thrill of the hunt would not reduce the cooldown of Explosive Shot (Aimed).
Fixed a tooltip issue with Double Agent. It now more clearly states that it hit a second time, instead of increasing the damage of your Ambush.
Baleful Hammer is now Epic rarity. In addition, clarified the tooltip of Baleful Hammer to more accurately state that it only increases your Holy damage done to the target.
Harnessed Energy now grants 2 stacks of Arcane Missiles, instead of starting at 1 stack.
The buff from the Zephyr Epic Enchant now lasts for 15 seconds, up from 10.
Fixed an issue where Aggression did not give its critical strike chance to the off-hand attack of Double Down.
Fixed an issue where Dominant Word: Shield would not apply the cooldown reduction to all ranks of Power Word: Shield.
[New Epic Enchant]: Mindburn - Your Shadowburn deals 25% more damage, and now triggers Darkness on hit. This effect requires the final rank of Darkness.
[New Epic Enchant]: Sunfire - Teaches you Sunfire if you know Moonfire. Sunfire deals Spellfire damage to enemies within 15 yards of your target and burns your main target for additional Spellfire damage every 3 second for 15 seconds. In addition, your spell damage done and critical strike chance is increased against targets affected by your Sunfire by 5%. Sunfire scales with Moonfire modifiers. Spellfire damage is a combination of the Arcane and Fire schools, and will benefit from the highest modifier to either school.
[New Epic Enchant]: Weapon Command - Increases your melee attack speed by 10% and expertise by 10 when wielding a single Two-Handed weapon.
[New Legendary Enchant]: Locust Ranger - Teaches you Locust Shot if you know Steady Shot. Locust Shot deals Nature damage based on your ranged weapon damage, scales with Steady Shot modifiers and is increased by your spell damage. This ability is castable while moving. When it deals non-critical damage it triggers Wild Quiver (requires rank 3 of the Wild Quiver talent). When it deals critical damage, it reduces the cooldown of your Chimera Shot by 2 seconds.
[New Legendary Enchant]: Twilight Paragon - Dealing damage with Smite and Holy Fire grants you Paragon of Light, increasing your critical strike chance by 1%, stacking up to 10 times. But darkness lurks within... Casting Exorcism reveals your true form, consuming the stacks to inflict massive Twilight damage and making you a Paragon of Darkness for 1 second per stack consumed. While active your Mind Flay is empowered and deals additional Twilight damage. Twilight damage is a combination of the Shadow and Holy schools, and will benefit from the highest modifier to either school.
[New Epic Enchant]: Deadly Combo - Your finishers have a 20% chance per combo point to trigger your Sudden Death talent. This ignores the Sudden Death cooldown, but requires the final rank of Sudden Death.
[New Epic Enchant]: Graceful Prayer - Your Prayer of Healing trigger the Grace effect and has a 20% increased chance to critically heal but has an 8 second cooldown.
[New Epic Enchant]: Wild Aggression - Your Mongoose Bite restores 20 energy. If this puts you at full energy, the damage of your next Rogue ability is increased by 20% (or 10% if the target is a player).
[New Legendary Enchant]: Consumed by Fire - Your Soul Fire can trigger Hot Streak. When your Pyroblast deals damage it refreshes the duration of your Corruption and your Immolate now triggers Backdraft.
