General
Kazzak and ALL vanilla world bosses will now take players out of PvE mode if they damage or are hit by a world boss. as a reminder: Healing a player that does not have PvE mode on while you do, will remove your PvE mode.
Corrected an issue where Dominant Word Shield would have NO effect.
Corrected an issue where Dominant Word Shield would NOT double the mana gained by rapture.
Fixed an issue where Soul Warding talent and random enchantment were mutually exclusive. this is now fixed.
Fixed an issue where Focused Burst Channel could abruptly end before all intended arrows were shot out.
Corrected an issue where Soul Warding Rank 2 would NOT affect Power Word: Shield.
Corrected an issue where players would receive pushback on the Multi-Shot & Focused Burst combination when taking damage.
Added back-end missing spells for Harnessed Energy to Function with Druid Spells.
Corrected an issue where atonement would heal for 1% of the damage dealt instead of 25%.

Fixed an issue where PvE power on Wildhammer, Area-52 & League would display the incorrect values. the correct values are now display properly after the most recent restart.
General
PvE and PvP power values on gear have been tripled, but their effects reduced proportionally. This change is purely visual and will not have any impact on the strength of your character.
Reduced the effect of healing spells inside Battlegrounds and Arenas by 5%.
Absorb spells such as Power Word: Shield, Mana Shield and Ice Barrier are now increased by PvE power. This change will result in their absorb value going up by approximately 24% for a fully PvE-geared character.
Cambios de Objetos
Fixed an issue where Soulbound Level 60 PvP gear did not have increased amounts of Resilience and PvP Power compared to their Bloodforged counterparts.
Increased the PvP Power and Resilience on Soulbound PvP Weapons by 33%. They will now have twice as much PvP Power and Resilience as their Bloodforged counterparts.
FIxed some issues with items having an incorrect amount of PvP Power and Resilience.
Fixed the PvP Power and Resilience of some PvP items that did not have them.
Bandages now have a level requirement around the level where they can be obtained from mobs.
Fixed an issue where the Giantstalker 5-set bonus did not grant its resistance as intended.
Boon of Shirvallah from Renataki's Charm of Beasts can now be dismissed by right-clicking the buff.
Marshal's Silk Gloves and General's Silk Handguards will now increase the absorb of Mana Shield by 170, down from 285.
Fixed an issue where the heroic version of Totem of the Storm and the normal version had the same values.
Fixed an issue where Finkle's Lava Dredger would not stack properly.
Fixed an issue where Shaman Tier 2 8-set bonus would replace other stronger existing Lightning shields on the target. It will now only apply on targets with no or weaker Lightning Shields.
Fixed an issue where Druid T4 2 set bonus did not trigger on healing over time spells.
Encantamientos Místicos
Demonic Rage now only reduces the cooldown of Bloodrage while you're in Metamorphosis.
Boomer has been converted to an Epic Mystic Enchant.
Bountiful Gift now has a cooldown of 15 seconds, down from 20 seconds, and its effect are now increased by 400%, up from 300%.
Avatar of Earth and Avatar of Fire now reduces the cooldown of their respective totems by 60%, up from 50%.
Debilitating Roar now reduces the cooldown by 120 seconds, up from 60 seconds.
Sacred Unity now increases the duration of Beacon of light by 10 seconds, up from 2 seconds.
Righteous Flames now reduces the charges gained from Inner fire by 50%, down from 60%.
The Inescapable Root debuff now lasts for a maximum of 4 seconds.
Soul Warding Mystic Enchant now reduces the cooldown of Power Word: Shield by 0.3 seconds, down from 1 second.
Fixed an issue where Sacred Unity could extend the duration of another player's Beacon of Light on the target.
Dominant Word: Shield has been reworked. Now reads - Your Power Word: Shield now absorbs 250% of its normal value when used on a target below 75%. The additional absorb effect lasts for 5 seconds and reduces the cooldown of your Power Word: Shield by 1 second. In addition, the mana returned to you from your Rapture is increased by 100%.
Fixed a bug where Deadly Aim could increase the damage of Aimed Shot by more than the intended 30% (10% against players).
Final Shield has been changed to an Epic Mystic Enchant.
Shocktrooper now also reduces the damage your Shock spells deal against players by 10%.
Armor of Faith now grants a shield equal to 10% of the heal, up from 5%, and now also procs from Flash Heal.
Wild Felfire now also removes player casted absorbs on the target of your initial Chaos Bolt.

Fixed an issue where Lock and Load would not remove ammo consumption when using Explosive Shot (Aimed).

Fixed an issue with Master of Deception causing it to not work as intended.
Harnessed Energy now allows you to stack Missile Barrage twice, but can only trigger Missile Barrage from Arcane Blast and Starfire.
Arrows of Fire Mystic Enchant now has a scaling of 1.2%, down from 1.5%
Focused Burst now makes your Multi-Shot into a channeled ability, which breaks on movement. Auto Shot still fires while channeling.
Helicopter Money Mystic Enchant has been deprecated.
Fixed an issue where Seed of Life would not grant stacks without line of sight.
The buff gained from Wild Wrath Mystic Enchant now stacks up to 3 times.
Double Down now makes your Sinister Strike (both main and off-hand) deal 10% less damage against players, instead of only the off-hand hit being reduced.
The return spell granted from Time Warp Mystic Enchant now no longer has a cooldown but is only usable once per cast of Blink.
Fixed an issue where Stay Frosty would not trigger from Shaman Frost spells.
Increase the proc chance increase of Redoubt Mystic Enchant from 5% to 10%.
Earth's Blessing now only works for your own Earth Shield.
Devouring is now an Epic Mystic enchant instead of Legendary.

Earth's Blessing has been changed to Epic, and now grants 2 charges of Earth Shield, and increases the healing of the next Earth Shield orb by 50%, stacking up to 3 times.
Fixed an issue where you could refresh other people's Beacon of Light by using Growing Light.
Fixed an issue where combat would not drop if your bleeds triggered damage from the Master of Shadow Mystic Enchant.
Master of Shadow had its attack power scaling increase reverted. To compensate, its spell power scaling has now been slightly increased, and the buff from Master of Shadow now also gives spell critical strike chance.
Fixed the tooltip of Void Eruption debuff. In addition, the knockback distance has been increased.
Increased the attack power scaling of Frostbolt and Ice Lance from Ice Lash from 10% and 2% to 15% and 3% respectively. In addition, Ice Lash will now restore your Fingers of Frost to maximum stack count.

[New Epic Enchant]: Natural Synergy - Your Shaman direct healing spells increase the critical effect chance of your next Regrowth by 5%, stacking up to 10 times. The periodic heal of your Regrowth can now critically heal the target of your Earth Shield.
[New Legendary Enchant]: Fury of the Titans - Your maximum rage is increased to 300. You learn Titanic Strike, a finishing move that strikes with both of your weapons. When used at full rage, Titanic Strike makes you go into a Titanic Fury, increasing your physical damage dealt with all attacks by 15% (5% against players) and removing all rage costs for 12 seconds. When this effect ends, your rage is reset. Requires Titan's Grip.
[New Epic Enchant]: Continued Power - Reduces the effect granted by Copious Power by 33%, but Copious Power now has two charges.
Words of Healing has been made into a Legendary mystic enchant and had its effect reworked: Your Borrowed Time now also increases the critical strike chance of your direct healing spells by 15% while active. In addition, Borrowed Time is no longer consumed by casting spells, but its duration is reduced by 2 seconds.
[New Epic Enchant]: Fetch Me Their Bones! - Dealing damage with Steady Shot or Wing Clip will reduce the cooldown of Kill Command by 2 seconds. In addition, your Kill Command now increases the damage done by an additional 5% per stack.
[New Epic Enchant]: Lightning Discharge - While casting Lightning Bolt and Chain Lightning your Lightning Shield is supercharged, increasing its damage by 50% and making it discharge pure energy, stunning nearby enemies when triggered.
