Weapon Mastery now gives 8 expertise per stack, from 10.

NEW TALENT - Raze: Increases your spell critical strike chance by 2/4/6%.

NEW TALENT - Improved Polymorph: Reduces the cast time of Polymorph by 0.1/0.2/0.3 seconds. Capstone Bonus: Your Polymorph also applies Detect Magic to the target.

The base cast time of Polymorph has been increased by 0.3 seconds.

Arcane Focus has been renamed to Alacrity. It now increases spell haste by 2/4/6%.

Arcane Stability now reduces the mana cost of all Arcane Mage spells by 3/6/9%. Previously it reduced Arcane Missiles mana cost by 2/4/6%.

Suppression has been renamed to Death’s Grasp. It now increases spell hit chance by 2/4/6%.

The Frozen Core capstone now also silences in addition to rooting its targets.

Sting (pet ability) no longer reduces the targets armor.

Black Arrow now increases the damage dealt with Hunter abilities only. (We will likely add Mystic Enchants to expand on this in the future)

Survival of the Fittest now increases armor contribution by 4/7/10%, from 5/10/15%.

Thick Hide (feral) now increases armor contribution by 5/10/15% and calculates in the same way as Survival of the Fittest. (This talent is now significantly stronger than before.)

Cyclone is now removed by immunities.

Frozen Power is now a 3-point talent.

Unrelenting Assault now grants a 1/2 second cooldown reduction, from 1.5/3 seconds.

Fixed an issue where tooltips for Rockbiter Weapon stated an incorrect amount of attack power. The amount of attack power given by this ability has not changed.

Concussion Blow now stuns the target for 3.5 seconds, from 4.

Shockwave now requires Defensive Stance.

Reduced the base damage and threat of Revenge by approximately 10%.

Fixed an issue where ranks 5 and 6 of Shield Slam had a lower threat modifier than intended. These ranks will now generate 15% more threat.

Exorcism no longer has a guaranteed critical strike chance against Undead and Demon targets, but now stuns them instead.

The Beast Within immunity duration now lasts 6 seconds, up from 5. The damage increase buff is no longer separate and also lasts 6 seconds.

Beast Within is now an enrage effect that can be dispelled by enrage-removing mechanics such as Tranquilizing Shot.

Improve Hammer of Justice is now a 3-point talent and now reduces the cooldown of Hammer of Justice by 5/10/15 seconds, from 10/20.

The Stun duration of Hammer of Justice is reduced by 1.5 seconds for all ranks. The Improve Hammer of Justice talent now increases stun duration by 0.5/1/1.5 seconds.

Preparation no longer resets the cooldown of Sprint.

Damage Shield now only triggers off unmitigated direct damage.

Increased the base damage and scaling of Seed of Corruption by 20%.

Fixed a bug where the Sharpened Claws sometimes was still incorrectly triggering.

The Cenarion 8-piece set bonus now reduces the cooldown of Tranquility by 25%, from 50%.

Flask of Mighty Restoration now gives 30 mana per 5 seconds and 70 healing power.

Flask of Supreme Power now gives 60 spell power, from 70.

The Damage Shield Mystic Enchantment has been reworked. It is now called Blunt Force Trauma and makes your Damage Shield hits to apply a high-threat bleed to the target. While bleeding, they take increased damage from further Damage Shield hits.

Holy Radiance now reduces the mana cost of Renew by 30%, from 20%.

Transcendental Embrace is now Epic rarity.

The spell power scaling of Hammer of the Righteous from Sparing No Rod has been reduced to 9%, from 12%.

The attack power scaling of Searing Pain from Double the Pain has been reduced to 8%, from 10%.

The Taunting Mystic Enchants have had their percentages lowered for some abilities that already dealt a high amount of threat.

Ice Age has been converted to Legendary quality and now also makes your Frost Nova undispellable.

The Mental Quickness Mystic Enchant now gives 2% AP conversion, from 4%. Just like the talent it is doubled by Strength allocation.

Shadow Strikes now has a chance to proc off any melee ability, regardless of if it's a critical strike or a normal hit.

The Critical Block Random Enchant is now Epic rarity and increases the chance for your Critical Block talent to trigger by 10% and the critical strike chance of your Shield Slam by 5%.

The Hasted Eruption mystic enchant has been replaced by Hasty Lava Lash.

Reduced the attack power scaling of Crackling Thunder slightly.

Reworked Nature’s Fervor. The new version now empowers your next Feral ability after you fully apply Lacerate to a target.
