A base value of 10 gold has been added to Fel Commutation at 60. This will allow more incremental scaling for people in the leveling process.

Fel Commutation cost scaling has been tweaked to accompany the decrease in items dropped per death.

High-Risk loot has been DECREASED to 1-2 equipment items per death, this is down from 4.
