Re-tuned Shazzrah's Arcane Explosion and curse timers, so that there will not be an arcane explosion immedietally after a curse. Additionally, the time between Arcane Explosions was increased.

Lowered the radius of Shazzrah's regular Arcane Explosion ability from 30 to 20 yards.

Increased the health value of the Onyxian whelps from approximately 5200 to 9800.

You no longer start with Parry. It can be found in the general tab and costs 2 AE to learn.

You no longer have 20% faster cast speed baseline. Instead you can learn Spell Mastery in the general tab which gives 20% spell haste when you have a Staff or caster Off-Hand equipped.
