The Weapon Specialization effects granted by Primary Stats (such as Fatal Wounds, Devastating Spells etc) are now passive spells. This fixes an issue that could cause these effects to stop working. The effects are now visible in the General tab of your spellbook instead of showing up as a buff.

[Pending Restart] Fixed an issue where the Grip of Horror talent also increased the horror duration of Psychic Horror.

Fixed an issue where Onyxia was still requiring attunement on ascended. Previously Onyxia required AQT to be active to no longer require attunement, now and (fixed) behavior it requires AQR

[Pre-Release Patch Notes] [Temple of Ahn'Qiraji] Original Recipes from Ruins and Temple of Ahn'Qiraji once again use their vanilla materials. The upgraded versions use the original TBC materials.
[Pre-Release Patch Notes] [Temple of Ahn'Qiraji] Recipes that originally drop from either Ruins or Temple of Ahn'Qiraji and at a later patch have been moved to one of the TBC reputation vendor such as Enchant Cloak - Subtlety now have a equal or better version available from their respective TBC vendors. Player that had the reputation to obtain those recipes can now purchase the upgraded version from the respective vendor. Upgraded enchants are, Formula: Enchant Cloak - Superior Subtlety, Formula: Enchant Cloak - Superior Stealth, Formula: Enchant Gloves - Greater Threat, Formula: Enchant Cloak - Superior Dodge.
[Pre-Release Patch Notes] [Temple of Ahn'Qiraji] Vethera inside the Temple of Ahn'Qiraji will now exchange a combination of Scarabs and Idols for Shoulder Enchantments.
[Pre-Release Patch Notes] [Temple of Ahn'Qiraji] Scarab Coffer now contain all items that can drop from trash creatures including scarabs, idols, recipes, mounts, epics etc at a higher chance. As bigger the coffer, as more loot it contains and as higher its drop rate.
[Pre-Release Patch Notes] [Temple of Ahn'Qiraji] Reworked the loot of all trash creatures inside the Temple of Ahn'Qiraji. Ahn'Qiraji Recipes now exclusively drop from trash. All trash creatures are now able to drop Scarabs, Idols, Mounts, Blessed Weapons (Previously boss bonus loot). Corrected multiple instances of trash epic items only dropping from a specific creature type. For example the Shard of the Fallen Star could only drop from 6 creatures inside the raid. All trash mobs can now drop every trash loot item, resulting in a drop chance increase of up to 5000% depending on the item.
[Pre-Release Patch Notes] [Temple of Ahn'Qiraji] Most Large Scarab Coffers have been replaced with Small Scarab Coffers, Large Scarab Coffers can now be found near each boss. C'thun's room now has Master's Scarab Coffers.
[Pre-Release Patch Notes] [Temple of Ahn'Qiraji] C'thun's room is now blocked of by a gate until all previous bosses have been slayn and that closes shortly after C'thun enter's combat.
[Pre-Release Patch Notes] [Temple of Ahn'Qiraji] The gate to the Twin Emperor's now requires all previous bosses to be slayn in order to open. The Twin Emperor's are now untargetable and will not enter player combat until all previous bosses have been slayn.

[Pending Restart] [Dragon Warrior] Fixed an issue where Dragon Fury had it's stacking damage bonus reduced to 40% instead of the intended 45%, it now increases the damage of Dragon Roar by 45% per stack.
[Holy Ground] This gameplay will push the Enchant into a much more active playstyle while still offering a powerful group healing option. We will keep a close eye on the performance of Holy Ground and make the necessary adjustments to ensure this remains a strong Epic choice for healers.
[Holy Ground] Direct Heals cast on an ally standing in your Consecration now radiate out, healing up to 5 nearby allies for 5% of the healing done.
[Holy Ground] Holy Ground has been reworked. This Enchant offered passive power in a way that limited the creative options available when selecting your Epic Mystic Enchants in high end content as the ability to stack this Enchant and bypass mechanics made it a non-choice for certain encounters. This passive design did not fit Ascension's design values for Epic Enchants and has now been reworked to provide more active power to healers.
[Holy Ground] Allies standing inside your Consecration now receive 5% additional healing from you.
[Swashbuckler: Bloodsail Captain] Updated tooltip to new paradigm for clarity.
[Swashbuckler: Bloodsail Captain] Panache will now split damage when hitting more than 5 targets at a time. This split damage is further increased when hitting more than 10 targets at a time.
[Wind Slam] Shield of Righteousness can now trigger Wind Slam.
[Swashbuckler: Bloodsail Captain] Panache nows deals damage to all enemies within 8 yards.

[Dragon Warrior] The damage of Dragon Roar has been decreased to 45% per stack, down from 50%. In addition, the weapon damage percent from Dragon Slam has been reduced to 200%, down from 210%.
[Prayer of Preservation] Preservation can now only heal 3 targets down from 5. (This is intended to bring down the power this LRE brings to the table in Mythic + environments and the safety this heal provides.)
Thunderfury, Blessed Blade of the Windseeker proc effect has now 100ms internal cooldown to prevent unintended proc behaviour with AoE abilities.
[Soul of the Warden] Fixed an issue where off hand attacks from Fan of Knives could not trigger weapon effects like poisons.
[Blade Vortex] Blade Vortex now reduces the attack speed granted by Blade Flurry by 50%, however the base damage of Blade Vortex has been increased by 200%.(This is intended to reduce the passive attack speed power this Mystic Enchantment provides and give it more AoE power in physical builds that choose to use this.)

[Wind Rager] Rampant Tornado now deals 15% more damage and has 15% increased scaling to its AP coefficient.
[Snowblind] Ice Prism now has uncapped damage from 5 target max. This damage now shares damage on all targets hit, dealing full damage to up to 5 targets, and additionally reduced damage per extra target up to 10. Dealing damage to more than 10 targets will share damage to all targets hit, but not dealing more damage than if you were to hit 10 targets. This was previously target capped at 5 targets, with no damage shared. (This change is intended to increase the build’s AOE damage, while making it deal its damage more evenly)
[Soul Harvest] Clarified the tooltip to state that it is usable while shapeshifted.

[Blood and Guts] Execute (Disembowel) can now hit up to 5 targets up from 3 targets previously. (This is intended to increase its AoE power in Raids and Dungeons, and give more AoE power to melee builds in general.)

[A52] - Fixed an issue with Crows Cache loot, it will now correctly drop Heroic Bloodforged pieces of the current tier (Zul'aman).
[Pending Restart] - Corrected the tooltip of Dark Hunting (rank 2), to correctly state (as rank 1 does) that it increases the damage of your Hunter Shots and Abilities on targets affected by your Black arrow by 8%.

[Pending Restart] Fixed an issue where when learning the Mental Quickness talent your spellpower value would not update until you changed primary stat allocation. It will now update your spellpower correctly when learning the talent.
The Ability 'Tendon Rip' used by tamed beast 'Hyena' from the Ferocity tree, will now do damage if the target is immune too slows.

Corrected the stat values for the Heroic and Mythic versions of the Faceguard of Wrath. These had less hit rating than intended.
Corrected the stat values of the Mythic Plus version of Tearfall Bracers. The Mythic Plus versions of this item were missing primary stats.
Added missing items to the raid commendation vendor for SSC. These items include; Fire-Cord of the Magus, Mantle of the Elven Kings, Bands of the Celestial Archer, Seventh Ring of the Tirisfalen, Bark-Gloves of Ancient Wisdom, Girdle of Fallen Stars, Bottled Nethergron Extract. These items where in the trash mob loot pool but were not available on the vendor.

[Time Bomb] had an incorrect PvP mod on Area 52, causing it to deal 10% damage to players instead of the intended 30%. We will continue to evaluate and adjust this spell’s PvP performance.
[Eldritch Weapon] Fixed an incorrect tooltip that stated weapon attacks instead of melee abilities. No mechanics were changed.
[Pending Restart] [Dark Ranger] Shadow Artillery is now affected by Molten Core. This means it can now consume stacks on cast for the benefit of % damage and % critical strike chance.
[Elemental Assasin] Fixed an issue that cause your Ice Shock to not apply its damage over time effect while the Northern Winds epic random enchant was equipt.
[Steward of Eternity] Fixed an issue that would prevent you from casting the spells transformed by this random enchant while in a shapeshift form. These spells now correctly take you out of form when you begin casting.
Fixed an issue where the Mortal Shots talent and Random Enchant were not effecting Black Arrow after the most recent change where Black Arrow's periodic effect can now critically strike.

[Pending restart] Fixed an issue where the Agility Two-Handed specialization bonus Fatal Wounds was giving 40% increased critical strike damage bonus instead of the intended 20%.
[Pending Restasrt] Fixed an issue where the Ebbing Tides Totem Mystic Enchantment did not increase the healing of the Medicinal Sting or Blooming Shot spells from Grove Ranger.
[Pending Restart] Increased the healing amplification provided by Ebbing Tides to 10% per stack from 8%.
These changes aim to help mold and shape the identity of Black Arrow. Currently, Black Arrow was only used as a filler ability to empower other Hunter Shots and had rarely contributed any meaningful damage to your breakdown. With these changes and the changes that hit live yesterday in mind, Black Arrow should take a slot amongst strong rotational spells while still being able to invest into empowering your other Hunter Shots and Abilities on targets affected by Black Arrow.
Black Arrow's DoT effect can now critically strike and will benefit from your ranged critical strike chance.
[Pending Restart] - Dark Hunting now increases the damage of Black Arrow by 10/20% (up from 5/10%)
[Pending Restart] - Black Arrow damage has been increased by 50%.

[Mythic+] [Classic + TBC] [Unrelenting Spirits] Reduced the range of Unrelenting Strike by 3 yards down to 5 from 8. Reduced the damage inflicted by unrelenting Strikes by 50%.

[Pending restart] FIxed an issue where the healing from Align did not benefit from Copious Power.
[Grove Ranger] Healing and Regrowth will now prioritize consuming Natural Alacrity before consuming Grove Ranger Stacks instead of consuming both.
[Focused Serpent Sting] will now effect Medicinal Sting.

[Pending Patch Update] - Clarified the tooltip of Black Widow Strike that it increases the damage dealt by your Hunter Stings, Shots and Abilities by an additional 4%. No behavior was changed here. (This means with 2 points in the new talent and this RE equipped its able to increase damage by 12%).
[Pending Restart] - [Area-52] - Dark Hunting is a new talent, it now increases the damage of your Hunter Shots, Stings and Abilities on targets affected by your Black Arrow by 4/8%. Increases your total Agility by 1/2% and increases the damage dealt by your Black Arrow by 5/10%.
[Pending Restart] - [Area 52] - Black Arrow will now be a common ability. However, it will no longer increase the damage of your Hunter Shots, Stings and Abilities done by 8% on targets affected by Black Arrow.
[Pending Restart] Issue where some Totem of Rebirth items would reduce Reincarnation CD by 5 min and not by 20% has been fixed.
[Pending Restart] You no longer have reduced mana costs in arena while Primary Stat Intellect is active. (Because of the other mana reductions.)

[Pending Restart] - Mana costs of ALL spells has been reduced by 20%. This change comes to help remedy mana regeneration issues and increase the effect that intellect has on how long you can sustain your mana. This change will also increase the effectiveness of which hybrids can operate w/o suffering a detrimental amount of mana issues and will also improve effects that restore total and or missing mana (because they will now have a greater effect in terms of your SPM (spells per mana)).
[Pending Restart] - Reduced the effectiveness of Mp5 gained from Spirit by 10%. This change is to slightly reign in the passive power granted by spirit and to make all forms of mana regeneration more powerful with the above change.
Hibernate (Hypnosis) mystic enchant has been disabled. It is now an ability that you can learn.
Petrification Totem is now in the horror diminishing return category.

[Area 52] Damage taken in PvP has been reduced by 10% and healing in Battlegrounds has been reduced by 10%.

[Pending Restart][Dark Apotheosis] Demon Spikes now has a 0.5 second GCD, down from 1.5 second GCD.
[Pending Restart] [Steward of Eternity] Fixed an issue where Synchronize incorrectly had an AP coefficient.
[Pending Restart] [Steward of Eternity] Time-bind and Time-bound now only increase the healing done by Align by 20% down from 40%.
[Pending Restart] [Steward of Eternity] Synchronize has had its base healing and coefficient reduced by 15%, most of the healing done by a fully stacked synchronize was overhealing and increasing align duration means you can cover more of a raid with align’s before casting Synchronize.
