[Pending Restart] - Void Power for Cultist has been reworked: Instead of gaining 2.67 healing power per DPS over 30 weapon dps it now provides approximately 1 healing power per weapon DPS up to 55 ~ weapon dps, where it then provides 4.67 healing power per weapon dps. This value is This value is further increased, by how slow your weapon speed is. (Bonuses are approximately: 3.6 speed: +22%, 3.7 speed: +26%, 3.8 speed: +30%, 3.9 speed: +35%).
[Pending Restart] - Necromancer's Overwhelming's Force Talent that gives your minions a 5% chance to restore 2% maximum mana and 2 Runic Power has been adjusted so that the proc chance is MULTIPLIED by the Life Force cost of the minion. So an abomination now has a 15% proc chance from 5%.
[Pending Restart] - Necromancer's Tears of Lordaeron talent has been reworked instead of gaining 5 runic power on direct critical strikes, it NOW reads: Direct Critical Strikes regenerate 3% of your maximum mana and 9% of your maximum runic power. Periodic critical strikes regenerate 1% of your maximum mana.
[Pending Restart] - Fixed a bug where the new change to Bone King was not highlighting blight when it procs.
[Templar] Argent Blade has received a 5 second cooldown.
[Necromancer] Now starts with Undead: Protect by default.
[Runemaster] Issue where Permafrost Rune was lasting 30 seconds against players has been fixed.
[Witch Doctor] Mojo Cauldron visual reworked to have no collision and be more aesthetic to the class.
[Knight of Xoroth] Hell’s Forge visuals reworked to have no collision, and look more badass.
[Guardian] Standard of Recovery threat generation reduced. It was pulling threat on spawn.
[Venomancer] Greater Spider Pheromones now provide a correct amount of Agility, equal to highest level of Spider Pheromones.
[Tinker] Restorative Beacon threat generation reduced. It was pulling threat on spawn.
[Sun Cleric] Justice no longer requires an offhand to be used. (Still requires an offhand for its secondary hit).

[Pending Restart] - Fixed a bug where DoT spells could not deal damage on their last tick.
[Pending Restart] - Fixed a bug where ALL Channeled Spells would lose ticks or sometimes get interrupted if used right after moving.
[Pending Restart] - Bloodmoon Blast base damage has been increased by 20% at rank 1, 26% at rank 2, 15% at rank 3 and 10% at rank 4. This is to bring their damage more in alignment with other casted spells at similar levels.
[Pending Restart] - Blood Shield from Blood Mage now increases your health regeneration by 50% up from 20% and now correctly allows all health to regenerate in combat. This buff to Bloodmage is supposed to help their early-game survivability with their spells costing health.
[Pending Restart] - Fixed a bug where Dungeon Spoils wouldn't be rewarded.
[Pending Restart] - [Cultist - Heretic] - Fixed a bug where Dark Infusion could sometimes fail to pick a target and would stop healing.
[Pending Restart] - Fixed a bug where command spells and grave march could cause your necromancer pets to go off to another mob in combat nearby.
[Pending Restart] - All tanks now have a 6% crit reduction against PvE monsters, making them crit immune against most mobs in PvE. This does not nullify defense requirement for tanks on gear, as mobs with the RPG overhaul can gain bonus crit chance. Defense rating is now more circumstantial rather than a requirement for you to tank. Defense Ratings' other properties are unchanged, it still decreases enemies chance to hit you, increases dodge, block, and parry chance.
[Pending Restart] - Bone King now also reduces the mana cost of Lichfrost by 100% in addition to its instant cast effect. Bone King will now also make Blight Instant Cast and have no mana cost.

[Pending Restart] - Necromancer Pet AI has undergone a comprehensive rewrite. Now, pets will no longer attack things that you aren't in combat with, they will not automatically go aggressive and start trying to help out other party members and will remain by your side unless the necromancer is attacked. This will stop your necromancer pets from going to attack things you never intended to attack.

The bats form Tirisfal Glade no longer silence every 18 seconds, they now silence every 22 seconds so that you can tame them as a pet at level 10 without being interrupted every cast.

[Pending Restart] - Drain Soul and Death's Embrace no longer require you to recast the spell to gain the benefit of their execute damage. This damage will automatically be applied the moment a target is at the threshold for the increase to take its effect.
Basalthane - this is a changelog for a change that has been live. The damage of eruption has been reduced by approximately 33%. Effects like Guardian Spirit, Ardent Defender can no longer fully soak Eruption solo as a player.

This profession allows you to take the wood that you chop, carve, and shape to be made into equipment like bucklers, spell tomes, staves, arrows, spears, polearms AND MORE. This does NOT occupy a primary profession slot and can be picked up alongside woodcutting and 2 primary professions.

Fixed a bug where Void Power wasn't increasing healing power correctly. Void Power now grants healing power based on your main-hand weapon’s DPS above 30. Each weapon DPS above 30 grants about 2.67 healing power, up to about 66 healing power. Around 54.5 weapon DPS, the scaling increases, and each additional weapon DPS grants about 4.67 healing power. This value is further increased, by how slow your weapon speed is. (Bonuses are approximately: 3.6 speed: +22%, 3.7 speed: +26%, 3.8 speed: +30%, 3.9 speed: +35%).

[Witch Doctor] Hexing Effigy no longer polymorphs the enemy if they are casting against the effigy, only against the player.
