[Area-52] [Warden of Demonreach] - Unleashed Arctis and Fuego are now triggered on cast, instead of on hit. This means you can combo things with Starborn immediately instead of having to delay its cast to properly benefit from it.
[Area-52] [Warden of Demonreach] - Reduced the damage falloff on additional targets for Unleashed Arctis and Unleashed Fuego by 33%.
[Area-52] [Warden of Demonreach] - Heart of Winter and Soul Powered Flames now reduce the cast time of Arctis and Fuego by 60%, up from 40%.
[Area-52] [Warden of Demonreach] Now has a 30% chance to trigger Duality of Winter and Summer, prior to this it has a 20% chance. Additionally the internal cooldown of triggering Duality of Winter and Summer has been reduced to 3 seconds, it was previously 4 seconds.
[Area-52] [Plague Bearer] - Now has a new mechanic: Dealing damage with Infected Blood grants a stack of Blightheart, upon reaching 30 stacks of Blightheart it can be consumed by casting Faerie Fire. Increasing healing taken by 20%, reducing magic damage taken by 8%, and causing Plague damage in a 8 yard area around the caster for 12 seconds. Additional Blightheart stacks cannot be obtained while the consumption effect is active.
[Area-52] [Plague Bearer] - Rabies now increases damage taken from the caster by 10%, previously it was 5% and only affected Bear abilities.
[Area-52] [Plague Bearer] - Now makes Mangle reset the cooldown of Bloodthirst, in addition to applying Rabies.
[Area-52] [Plague Bearer] - Now increases Bloodthirst damage by 30%, and while affected by Berserk it makes Bloodthirst hit 2 additional targets.
[Area-52] [Thermal Void] - Frost Blast now has a 5-second cooldown, down from 6.

[Area 52] [Swashbuckler: Bloodsail Captain] Captain’s Resolve now converts 50% of your Agility in to Parry Rating and increases your armor contributions from armor by 50%.

[Area 52] [Swashbuckler: Bloodsail Captain] Hammer the Gap now deals 140% weapon damage.
[Area-52] [Words of Healing] Now has a new mechanic: Effective direct healing now grants you a stack of Premonition, reaching 9 stacks of premonition turns it into Clairvoyant. Reducing the cooldown of Power Word: Shield by 2 seconds and increasing its absorption by 50% for 5 seconds.
[Area-52] [Unrelenting Wrath] Now increases the damage of Frenzy Shot by 100%, and the damage of Kill Shot by 25%.
[Area-52] [Unrelenting Wrath] Now has a new mechanic: Triggering Unrelenting Wrath makes your Tamed Beast strike enemy targets within 8 yards, causing direct Physical damage, Physical damage over time, and increasing the damage taken from the Tamed Beast by 12% for 8 seconds.
[Area-52] [Unrelenting Wrath] Now has a new mechanic: Casting Frenzy Shot allows your next Kill Shot to be cast regardless of the target’s health. If Frenzy Shot damages a target below 20% health it resets the cooldown of Kill Shot.
[Area-52] [Unrelenting Wrath] Now has a new mechanic: Your Kill Shots make your Tamed Beasts next attack deal additional Physical damage.
[Area-52] [Unrelenting Wrath] The cooldown reduction effect for Frenzy Shot is now triggered by Beast Within, instead of from Unrelenting Wrath. This means that both Unrelenting Wrath and Bestial Wrath can trigger it.
[Area-52] [Unrelenting Wrath] Now reduces the cooldown of Frenzy Shot by 20 seconds, it previously fully reset its cooldown.
[Area-52] [Unrelenting Wrath] Damaging Hunter abilities now have a 100% chance to trigger, up from 50%. Charges for Unrelenting Wrath are now granted upon hitting 10 stacks, up from 5.
[Area-52] [Divine Purpose] - Healing and damage chains now function differently: damaging Penance heals nearby targets, while healing Penance damages them. The range of these effects has been increased from 12 yards to 20 yards.
[Area-52] [Seething Flames] - Now has a new mechanic: Arcane Shot and Explosive Shot casts increase the damage of your next Chimera Shot by 20%, and cause it to deal a 100% of the total damage of your Explosive Shot. Stacks up to 5. Chimera Shot resets the cooldown of Arcane Shot and Explosive Shot, and causes 100% of the damage the target has taken by your Explosive Shot within the last 12 seconds, if used at max stacks.
[Area-52] [Seething Flames] - Arcane Shot now deal additional Fire damage with Seething Flames equipped.
[Area-52] [Seething Flames] - Triggering Seething Flames reduces the internal cooldown of Lock and Load by 1 second.
[Area-52] [Seething Flames] - Seething Flames now gains 1 base damage per level, previously it gained no further level scaling. This means that on level 70 its base damage is roughly 5 times as high.
[Area-52] [Seething Flames] - Increased the scaling of Seething Flames by 50%.
[Area-52] [Seething Flames] - Now reduces the cooldown of Arcane Shot and Explosive Shot by 1 second.
[Area-52] [Righteous Zealot] - Now displays its proc chance in the tooltip. It’s 40%.
[Area-52] [Righteous Zealot] - Reduced the internal cooldown of Righteous Zealot to 3 seconds, down from 4.
[Area-52] [Righteous Zealot] - Increased the base damage and scaling of Righteous Zealot by 100%.
[Area-52] [Molten Earth] - Consuming Super Hot now grants Super Heated, increasing the damage dealt by your next Mage or Shaman Fire spell by 25%.
[Area-52] [Molten Earth] - Super Hot now increases the damage of Lava Lash by 50%.
[Area-52] [Ice Barrage] Frostflame Shocks cast time has been reduced from 2 seconds to 1.5 seconds.
[Area-52] [Ice Barrage] Increased the damage and scaling of Frostflame Shock by 10%.
[Area-52] [Elune] Increased the damage and scaling of Icicles by 10%.
[Area-52] [Flame On!] - Using Fire Blast at 3 stacks now empowers the ignite it triggers, increasing its damage transfer by 100%. This requires Rank 5 Ignite.
[Area-52] [Flame On!] - Flame On! Stacks now also increase the critical strike damage of Fire Blast and Meteor by 15% per stack.
[Area-52] [Time Warp] - Time Distortion now increases spell damage, spell haste, and spell critical strike chance by 8%, up from 5%.
[Area-52] [Time Warp] - Increased the duration of Time Distortion to 8 seconds, up from 6 seconds.
[Area-52] [Repentant Reconciliation] - The Circle of Healing from Repentant Reconciliation now has a 20-yard range, up from 15 yards.
[Area-52] [Charged Tides] The tooltip of Charged Tide has been updated to make its functions clearer. It has not changed functionally.
[Area-52] [Tree of Wrath] Now removes the cast time of Lightning Bolt, but grants it a 6- second cooldown between casts.
[Area-52] [Soul of the Warden] The Out of Knives effect now increases the energy cost of Fan of Knives by 2 per stack, down from 4 energy per stack.
[Area-52] [Elune] [Lock and Load ]- The internal cooldown of Lock and Load is now visible to the caster as a debuff aura.
[Area-52] [Holy Supernova] - No longer has an internal cooldown, it can still only trigger once per spell cast.
[Area-52] [Consumed by Fire] The proc chance of Gul’dan’s Chosen has been increased to 18%, up from 15%.
[Area-52] [Elune] Increased the scaling of Chaos Bolt by 15%.
[Area-52] [Elune] Soul Link can now be cast while shapeshifted, this means it won’t take you out of Tree, Cat or Bear Form.
[Area-52] [Controlled Burn] - Now increases the duration of Immolate by 3 seconds.
[Area-52] [Hydromancer] - Now has a new mechanic: Consuming Fingers of Frost now grants Charged Ice, increasing the damage of your Lightning Bolt and Chain Lightning against monsters by 60% for 12 seconds.
[Area-52] [Overheating] - Overheating is now a buff and stacks up to 5 times, changed from 3 stacks of debuff.
[Area-52] [Overheating] - Overheating now scales with melee ability modifiers.
[Area-52] [Overheating] - Increased the weapon damage and scaling of Overheating by 50%.
[Area-52] [Prophet of Wrath] - Divine Wrath now increases the damage of your next Smite or Holy Fire by 30% per stack, up from 25%.

[Area-52] [Ol’ Bloodsurge] - Now has a 4 second internal cooldown, down from 6 seconds.
[Area-52] [Ol’ Bloodsurge] - Surge of Blood now increases the damage of your next Hunter or Warrior ability by 20%, up from 10%.
[Area-52] [Fury of the Titans] Titanic Power now increases the damage of your next Warrior ability by 25% per stack, up from 20%.
[Area-52] [Fury of the Titans] Warrior abilities that consume Titanic Power now grant 1 combo point.
[Area-52] [Evoker] - Evoker now increases the critical strike chance of all Mage spells by 4%, previously it just increased the critical strike chance of Arcane Missiles and Fireball.
[Area-52] [Evoker] - Evoker now increases the damage of all Mage spells by 4% per stack, it still increases the damage of Fireball by a total of 10% per stack. It no longer has a specific increase for Arcane Missiles, this is contained within the general damage increase.
[Area-52] [Ice Lash] Having Frostbrand in the off-hand now increases the weapon damage of Ice Lash by 75%, up from 50%.
[Area-52] [Ice Lash] Now has a new mechanic, Ice Crash: Consuming Fingers of Frost now has a 33% chance to reset the cooldown of Ice Lash, and make your next cast of it deal 50% increased damage and hit up to 3 targets.
[Area-52] [Martial Crescendo] - No longer triggers from procs and on next swing abilities and does not refresh at max stacks.
[Area-52] [Martial Crescendo] now increases your attack speed by 9% per stack.
[Area-52] [Martial Crescendo] stacks have been reduced from 10 to 6.
[Area-52] [Martial Crescendo] duration has been increased from 6 seconds to 8.

[Area-52] [Gurubashi Berserker] Now reduces your damage by 1% for every 2 stacks of Gurubashi Berserker, down from 1% per stack.
[Area-52] [Disciple of Arugal] Now makes Curse of Agony benefit from haste.
[Area-52] [Lava Sweep] Eruption now also increases the critical strike damage bonus of Fire Blast and Pyroblast by 15% per stack, this is in addition to the critical strike chance increase it currently has.
[Area-52] [Raging Momentum] The cooldown effect of Raging Momentum has been increased to 4 seconds, up from 3.
[Area-52] [Titanic Mutilate] Now increases Bloodthirst damage by 12% per rank, up from 10%.
[Area-52] [Festering Wound] - Now has a new mechanic: Dispatch deals 30% increased damage, and causes 200% of its damage as Nature damage over 8 seconds. This damage is duplicated onto other targets affected by Crimson Tempest or Rupture within 10 yards.
[Area 52] [Blademaster] When you critically strike a target you gain a stack of Blademaster, this can only occur once every 10 seconds.
[Area 52] [Mana-Forged Barrier] The damage penalty of Mana-Forged Barrier has been reduced from 40% to 30%.
[Area-52] [Frost Lich] - Now grants Fingers of Frost upon triggering Frost Lich, this requires rank 2 of Fingers of Frost to be known.
[Area-52] [Frost Lich] - Now lasts 6 seconds, up from 4 seconds.
[Area-52] [Frost Lich] - Now also increases the damage taken from the caster’s Deep Freeze and Ice Lance by 50%.

[Area-52] [Elemental Assassin] - While affected by all three Elemental Blades your Backstab and Stormstrike deal an additional 40% damage as Elemental, hitting up to 5 targets within 5 yards.
[Area-52] [Elemental Assassin] - Elemental Blades no longer have charges, they instead last for 20 seconds.
