[Elune] [Pending Restart] - Vampire Lord now scales from 1.2% of your direct damage and 0.5% of your periodic damage, up from 1% and 0.4% respectively. (This is just the flat amount added from the old interaction with Vampiric Embrace, it is now baseline onto Vampire Lord!)
[Elune] [Pending Restart] - Vampiric Embrace no longer adds a flat amount of extra contribution from Direct and Periodic damage towards Vampire Lords healing.
[Elune] [Pending Restart] - Vampiric Embrace and Vampire Lord can now trigger their heals simulataneously. (Vampire Lord no longer prevents the ability to trigger healing from Vampiric Embrace.)
[Elune] [Pending Restart] - Twilight now only requires Vampiric Embrace to be active in order for bleed damage to be converted to healing. (This healing is still bound to the party just like Vampiric Embrace is, this remains unchanged.)
