[Pending Restart] - Fixed an issue where Missile Barrage was always giving half the intended proc chance when increased via REs or procs like Fire Evoked or Missile Barrage. This means even under 100% proc chance, you would only have a 50% chance to proc Missile Barrage if cast with Fireball.
[Pending Restart] [Elune] Shadow of Death now deals 50% reduced damage in PvP combat.

Talentos & Habilidades
[Pending Restart] These changes will go into effect next restart. If you already know Swipe (Bear) or Claw in Wildcard you will gain a new ability roll upon logging in. Note that if you have Cat or Bear Form you will NOT lose Claw or Swipe! It will just no longer require 2 AE.
Learning Cat Form, Serpent Form, or Worgen Form will now automatically teach you Claw. This ensures if you roll a Cat Form you have a spammable ability to use in it.
Learning Bear Form will now automatically teach you Swipe (Bear). This ensures if you roll Bear Form you have a spammable ability to use in it.
Steady Shot can now be learned or rolled at level 1. This will ensure Hunter Archetypes have a spammable ability at level 1.
Mazmorras & Bandas
[Manastorm] [Pending Restart] Andre Firebeard's Burning Ground now has a radius circle indicating the area it damages. Additionally, the radius of the damage has been reduced to better match the size of the fire.

[Pending Restart] The daily quest "Steaming Up in Un'Goro" is now properly completable in High Risk.

[Stormbringer] Old hidden Intellect scaling of Updraft damage removed.

[Elune] [Area-52] Secret of the Farstrider now scales up with levels. It has a smaller spell damage coefficient increase while leveling but it remains unchanged at level 60 and higher.

[Elune] [Shadow of Death] Increased the damage inherited from Ambush and Ravage to 75% from 33%.
[Elune] [Shadow of Death] Fixed a bug causing the Shadow of Death triggered from Ravage to double-dip on modifiers, and be able to critically strike. It will now behave the exact same way as the version triggered by Ambush and only deal the inherited damage.
[Area-52] [Elune] [Pending Restart] - Fixed a bug with Power of Light where in some circumstances you could heal another target but still gain a % of your base mana. (It will now only trigger when healing yourself.)
[General] Various new flavor spells have been added to a variety of classes and are still the process of being added.
