[Elune] Resolve of the Just now increases the damage of Exorcism by 75% in PvP combat, changed from 100%.
[Elune] Ascended Holy Shock now increases the damage of Holy Shock by 75% in PvP combat, changed from 100%.
[Elune] Charred Bite now increases your Incinerate and Searing Pain damage dealt to targets by 10% in PvP combat, changed from 15%.

[Pending Patch Update] - Fixed an issue where Nightmare Roots was not obeying the GCD but was also able to trigger other procs. This ability is now able to be reset via Gabril Mewell. It being able to trigger procs was intended. [Manastorm] Fixed around 30 spells creatures in manastorm could cast that stated they stunned, but had a knockdown animation. This should significantly reduce the amount of knockdowns experienced in manastorm and allow counterplay.
[Manastorm] Fixed a bug where a Thorns damage visual was causing a knockdown animation, leading to permanent knockdowns. (pending restart).

[Templar] Class, Crusader and Zealot trees adjusted for better pathing and clarity with the above QoL changes in mind
[Templar] Benediction now heals by a flat amount rather than a percentage of maximum health, but now also scales with Stamina.

[Elune] Fixed a bug where Necromancer's Touch did not have its PvP mod applied and tweaked the values. Drain Life damage is now increased by 10% in PvP combat, changed from 30%. Blood Arrow and Shadow Dagger damage is now increased by 5% in PvP combat, changed from 15%.
[Elune] Mending Tide now heals 20% less in PvP combat.
[Elune] Tidecaller's Grace now increases your periodic Nature healing by 10% while in an Arena, Battleground or in High-Risk open world, changed from 20%.
